We had a very pleasant stay in Fab hotel and definitely will choose it for our next visit to Munich. There we found all the necessary for us things to feel comfortable. Our room was enough spacious, cosy and very well cleaned during our stay. A big plus for me was the big terrace which I really appreciated as there aren't a lot of hotels in Munich, that offers rooms with terraces. The WF connection was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We like very much the location of the hotel, which is situated on Pfanzeltpatz, a very charming place. Around the hotel you can find restaurants with Italian and Bayern cuisine, bakery, cafe and the bus station is next to the door of the hotel. During our stay we went running every morning in Ostpark, that is situated not far from the hotel.

I can't mention anything negative. All was perfect.

Located in suburban Munich, convenient transportation. Super friendly employees, my German was not fluent but I told her I wanted to practice, so the lady at reception spoke slowly to make sure I got her!:) The single room was very spacious, even with a balcony. Various choices of breakfast.

No air conditioner, so I have to open the door to the balcony to get fresh air. The hotel was located on a busy street, and the bus stop was right in front of it, which could be a little noisy at night when cars passing by, or some drunk pedestrians chatting loudly outside if the window was opened. (but everything's fine when the window closed)

a bit remote from Munich city center, but we had a car, so we did not have an issue. otherwise, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and there is a train station not far away

The breakfast was great and so was the room. We liked having a balcony, although the weather was hot and there was no air conditioning which we're more used to where we live. The staff were great and we found free parking which was nice. The staff recommended a delicious, authentic German restaurant nearby which we really enjoyed.

Great comfortable hotel, very clean, absolutely fantastic breakfast, staff are all very nice and helpful The only thing that wasn't ideal is because the name of the hotel has Munich in it , one would expect that the hotel is in Munich. However, I wasn't thrilled with the 30-40 minute commute into the city centre , but I will take the blame of that and should do my research a bit better, but the connections into the city are either Bus Ubahn or Sbahn all within walking distance.so overall not that bad

A little gem. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk in late afternoon shifts. Interior design was exquisite. Room size was quite spacious. Delicious Italian restaurant next door. Supermarket and shops within 3min walk. Public transportation right in front of the hotel.

The sliding glass door for the bathroom is noisy and likely to wake up the entire room at night whenever someone needs to use the bathroom.

Clean, nice and tidy Hotel which is really not far to Munich centre with S Bahn. You can have the chance to check-on via key box which is great when you prefer to come late. They are very responsive to emails and messages etc.

Nothing at all. You need to walk 10mins after S Bahn station but that`s absolutely fine.

The staff at fab hotel are amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My mother had a bit of a medical issue while we were there and the reception arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel to tend to her. The staff alone are reason enough to stay here.

Friendly helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast exceptional. Excellent transport links - bus outside door to Ostbahnhof. Good bars and restaurants nearby (two beergardens). Nice big park withing five minutes walk.

No complaints. The hotel even has umbrellas available for guests.
