The view and large windows are a highlight. We liked the design of the room, the fact that you have a small kitchen, it was nicely equipped, the room was spacious, the bed was confortable and for a short stay it is perfect. The reception staff is kind and helpful, they make you feel welcomed and try to make you enjoy your stay, offer additional information. The hotel is nice, clean, spatious and quiet. And it is right next to the shops and mall. The surrounding buildings are office buildings, which make the neighborhood safe and quiet. The breakfast is good, with a variaty of choises, and you can find pastry and access the coffe machine, plus the water and ice machine anytime of day and night.

The sofa bed is not confortable. If you leave the bathdoor open, you will bump the entrance door and get stuck outside :) A funny, yet not ideal use of space for the entrance/kitchen/hall. The room was a bit cold, we could not make the thermostat go up from 21 degrees. The location is not ideal, you have to walk around 17-20 minutes, go through a tunnel beneath the train lines to get in front of the train station, where you have the transport connections toward the center.

The hotel is very new, very clean and has great amenities. There is a 24/7 bar/restaurant that is very convenient for early/late arrivals. The location is very convenient, very close to Ost Banhof with many SBahn and UBahn connections to get you almost anywhere in Munchen.

A little on the pricey side but finding anything decent in Munchen for Oktoberfest is very difficult.

Nice spacious and modern room and bathroom, well-quipped kitchen in the studio and good breakfast in the shared breakfast area. Walking distance from large transport hub.

While the room have sleek modern design, some choices were strange - for example, one side of the bed had both the nightstand and hanging lamp, while the other one had no lights at all (only over the headrest light strip, also connected with the other side of the bed). it didn't affect our stay much though.

Clean rooms, a very filling German breakfast (cold cuts, fruits, croissants, milk, coffee, bread, cereal etc), extremely friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff, noon checkout, fully equipped kitchen, amazing shower strength and coverage, everything was as it should be. The hospitality was amazing! This was one of the best stays we've had.

Not possible to sleep in: The housekeeping crew was very disgruntled all the time. We were jetlagged and wanted to sleep in but wanted our beds made and dishes done in the afternoon. This made the lady very unhappy and she kept knocking on our door every few minutes asking if we wanted housekeeping now. Since we weren't getting any sleep anyway and wanted the dishes done for sure, we finally gave in and got out of the room as early as we could. If you don't want to do afternoon service, better not to give guests the option.

The size of the hotel room was great. Breakfast done each morning was very delicious. The location of the hotel is good and access to everything you need

The reception staff is suppose to advise what you can do around in Munich, there should also be a suggestion list on arrival in your room. I feel we could have done a lot more, if we knew our surroundings. They also did not advise that coffee and water can be taken free from machine during your stay. The room was not clean each day, we come on holiday not to clean

all staff very polite, helpful and friendly. very nice room, very clean, small kitchen with all facilities. very secure using room card to open outside doors and use the lift. good choice of food at breakfast which was constantly replenished by staff who were very friendly and helpful. great location, bust stop outside property and train station 3-4 min walk away. 2 supermarkets, a bakery and a drug store underneath the hotel. would definitely choose hotel to stay at again.

had to ask for room to be cleaned on second day but after that it was cleaned daily , it certainly wouldn’t put me off staying at hotel again

It is an industrial and business location close to train station Munich East. The apartment was very nice, luxury and comfortable. There is also a convenient parking available, not so expensive for a hotel quest. Small shopping mall is around a corner.

The room wasn't ready at 15:00 PM which wasn't too good after a long trip. But this is a detail.

Impeccable standards that one has come to associate with Marriott - extended here too. We were on our family holiday and the staff (Weronika & Co., incl. Mary and a certain gentleman who welcomed us at the time of check in) were super helpful. The rooms (that come with an elaborate kitchen) were extremely well appointed, catering to every need of ours. The breakfast was among the best we had on this European tour. Most importantly, the facility also had a good self-help laundry room. Grateful to the Marriott crew for the wonderful experience!

- The lobby was missing a shoe cleaning machine. - A steam iron box instead of a dry iron box in the rooms would be a good change.

Breakfast was okay, it's as per usual but it's still yummy and fulfilling. Extra point for hot coffee and comfortable room, easy access from parking to the room as well (with card and security). And they have shops (like supermarket and DM) in the same building , which we love it and easy for us.

All good for me, nothing to complain

The Staff of excellent. My son unfortunately fell sick on our holiday and we were in need of a doctor. Anna and Mariia at the reception helped us out tremendously and arranged an appointment on a weekend.
