Checkin and Checkout was nice and gentle, even despiste arriving too soon I could be welcomed and hosted. The room was very basic, but was only to sleep so all ok. Bed was comfortable enough and the pillows also ok.

The curtain smelled like tobacco and the floor had cigarretes marks. Not the hotel's fault and all was clean, surely due to some nasty clients. The shower had a hole in the door so water went through it and flooded the floor a bit.

Easy to find, parking in the garage. There are cafes and fast food restaurants in the area. The room, although small, is completely functional. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. Everything was clean

We were charged for parking for 2 vehicles for 2 motorbikes, even though our 2 motorbikes fit in 1 parking space. In a world where we try to rationalize the consumption of everything unnecessary, it seems to me that it was also completely unnecessary

Clean and compact room. "Budget" means your bathroom is in the same room. Only the toilet and shower get their box with a door. Friendly staff. Checkin and checkout took less than a minute as keys were already provided in form of a code. Wifi works. Good value for the money, considering the city of Munich. Metro stop in a decent walking distance.

Got a room on the street side. Being the hotel on a heavy traffic junction there are cars and trucks running all the time. Sound protection is great, although not 100%. But it is ok for a night or two.

Good one and value for the money. Near to train station so easy to commute. Nice workers.

Noting to dislike but two things can be improved in future. First one: Shower door. The shower door has open air handle so the water is coming out through that hole while showering in different directions. Second: breakfast serving place: only limited tables are available at service. So people has to wait until they get the table. Waiting for more than 10 min to take breakfasts is not good, it looks like butterfly effect. Impacting next schedules..

The pictures of the room were accurate. The room looked even better and seemed larger than in the pictures. There was enough space in the toilette and the shower. There was an air conditioning in the room but I haven't checked if it worked since the temperature in the room was quite pleasant for the summer. I also loved that hotel/room doors use pin codes instead of cards or keys.

It would be really nice if room had an electric kettle and a minibar. There is also no closet in the room (but there was a very practical corner with hangers), which wasn't a problem but might be for some travelers.

It is a very good value for money, for one-day or weekend travelers. Basic stuff available: room with good beds (for kids also), more that decent breakfast with many options, paid parking under the hotel. The location is OK, close to metro, but not to many things to see in the immediat vicinity. Its a green zone, so you need the emission sticker. A definitive recommendation for people in transit.

The room is very small, also the bathroom. Our stay wasn’t pleasant as the air conditioner wasn’t well. It was really hot onsite and we needed to open the window towards the road to sleep well. As you can understand, the sleep you get after opening the window towards the road. It was noisy.

The location of the hotel was good, we have an opportunity to go to the center by foot (about 1 hour) or by underground (the station is around 5-7 minutes away by foot). Rooms are clean, equipped with everything necessary (no fan or teapot :) = budget hotel. Personal is great, parking is comfortable.

Rooms are a little bit small and there is no hot food for breakfast, however it is a Budget Hotel, so, in total it was absolutely expectable and acceptable

Room was very big and there was a cleaning service every day. They always left new towels everyday which was great. Also the staff was nice. We went there early than the usual check-in because our bus was early and we asked them if they can help us to do early check-in and they were very helpful.

The room was a little bit dusty but that is acceptable. Its a little bit far away from the city centre but its close to the metro so we were able to go to the city centre in 20 min.

A very nice hotel that is located close to metro station (3 minutes by walk). With metro you can get to city center in just 15 mins. The hotel is clean and quiet, has its own closed parking. The hotel is located just by the Munich green zone so that you might get away with not buying a green zone pass for your car. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast option for 10 euros a person is worth it.
