Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young man at the reception. The check-in process took less than 3 minutes, and he was ready to answer all our questions about the hotel, the city, public transportation, and other details. The payment was lower than stated on Booking.com, as they gave us about a 12% discount. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, a table, and two chairs where you could easily sit and have a meal. After 10 PM, the main entrance of the hotel closes, so you need to enter through the side entrance and go downstairs. The hotel key card unlocks the door. Parking is available on the sidewalk right next to the hotel. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I missed having a kettle, a radiator in the bathroom, and a balcony. There is no air conditioning.

We are 65 year old and were on the third floor and No Lift and no assistance to take luggage upstairs, a little to far from the city centre, bus stop 50 meters away but buses every 20 to 30 minutes, train station 10 to 15 minute walk and trains not always on time. difficult to get a taxi or uber. Although we did have a car due to parking it is not practical to use the car when going into city centre.

The hotel has an excellent breakfast. Located in a 50's style house, it maintains a very elegant vintage touch in its furniture and decoration. The staff in the bar and at breakfast was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Although it is not located in the center of the city it is very well connected with the bus and the S-Bahn. And one can easily reach the city center at any time.

The staff that welcomed us in the reception the first day was not specially friendly. The bathroom can be more modern and the shower cleaner. (It had an old mould)

Stuff was really polite and helpful in all regards - to how to handle local traffic to everything in regards to hotel itself. Everything super clean and as well...not difficult to reach the city center. It is a bit far but given the price vs quality it is really great in in peaceful part of town with a lot of green. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing worth mentioning. Prices was a bit high but this is due for the EURO 2024 but even for this event prices were super in regards to other prices closer to city center.

Very stylish hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. The bed and linen were very nice. Reception isn't always staffed but it is quick and easy. There is parking around the hotel which is adjacent to a park. Wifi was fine and the room was set up with a desk for a workspace.

No AC that I noticed but you can open the window for some fresh air. The lower rooms are close to the roadside but there didn't seem to be much noise.

Great location close to Nymphenburg, silent neighborhood and easy to find a parking place. The breakfast is great with many choices.

The hotel is a bit far away to the S-bahn station, if you want to go into the city center. You have to pay 4.5 euro for a cup of tea or even hot water at the breakfast time, which we didn't know before we check out the room. Wish to have a more transparent information about price before we make the order.

We didn't expect much cause we were looking for an overnight stay, on our way to Italy, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area, surrounded by villas in a forested part. Everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. An excellent bonus is the free parking right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The room is good, big enough, the bed was comfortable. It was warm despite quite cold night. I had a late arrival after the reception opening hours and the personnel provided good instructions how to check in in that case. Nice view out of the window on the park is to be mentioned too.

There were some bugs in the room that probably got there after the window was open during the cleaning. The cover of the toilet bowl wasn't clean.

The staff was very kind, the boy who checked us in welcomed us warmly. The food was very good, with many options and at a very reasonable price. The mother-daughter duo at breakfast were very kind, it was a pleasure to meet them. They were very nice to us. The room cleanliness was excellent. We liked everything, we will definitely come back!

Nice, hotel with lots of character. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and priced cheaper than other hotels. Location was good 10 minutes drive to palace and about 10 minutes to the BMW musiem.

There is no elevator and no AC. However, rooms did have fans. Lack of AC is indicated on the booking.
