Great location near to Central Train Station. Shower very powerful and single room comfortable with own bathroom.

WiFi was bad. Didn't work in room at all (406) and sitting right by reception service was ok at times, but kept cutting out. Wish they would get it fixed instead of always saying that it is in the process of being repaired. Older reviews state the same WiFi issues. Staff on reception are not the best. Walk away when they see you standing there and are not the most friendly.

Accessible, convenient and comfortable. No blinds though. Staff are all very helpful and understanding, They let me leave my luggage and early check in which is a bonus.

Great location for bus and train stations. The room heater was amazing, very warm very quickly if you needed it in winter. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good value for money with hot drinks fruit juices meats cheese tomato cucumber plenty of bread options and fresh fruit. Gluton free bread was also available. A free drink voucher was offered for each night stay.

The shower head rail was broken and so the water sprayed everywhere. The pillow was the most uncomfortable I have ever had, only 1 oversized with insufficient filling and no alternative available.

+ Close to our points of interest: 5 minutes from Munich Train Station and about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the Munich Christmas Market. + The express bus from Memmingen Airport drops you right at the accommodation. + You receive a voucher/person for each night at the hotel. With this voucher you can buy a coffee, tea or juice. It was a pleasant surprise.

- The room has an old air, but for the price paid, I didn't have too many complaints. - The elevator broke down and we stayed on the 5th floor. - Only 1/2 of the radiators in our room worked. - The blankets were too thin, considering it was winter and the radiator couldn't handle heating the room (the room is very small).

I appreciated the large windows, the comfortable bed, and the high-quality shower mixer that effectively regulates the water temperature, even with a strong jet. I particularly enjoyed the location, which is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest point, being close to everything and offering multiple options for entering and exiting the city center.

The pillow was really uncomfortable and the door was a bit narrow. The heater was in a weird spot and it seemed like most of the heat was stuck there. The wi-fi signal in my room was weak and have some glitches of signal.

The location was perfect for me: I got off the train right away, crossed the street underground, dived into the arch and I was already in the hostel. There are two supermarkets for different budgets (Rewe and Aldi) 200 meters away. The central square is a 10-minute walk away. The roller blind perfectly darkens the room at night and in the morning. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. There is a kettle, a plastic cup and a bag of coffee and tea in the room. The shower and toilet are comfortable. The breakfast is not rich, but sufficient.

The door frame at the entrance and the toilet lid show that they have been in use for a long time. I'm 1.95 and the blanket is a bit short for me, so I had to put socks on my feet.

The staff is friendly, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions, thank you! You need to give 2 euros for the electronic key, which will be returned to you later. Near the reception there is a coffee machine and a snack machine, it is convenient. The room is good, the bed is clean, although there is no common hanger for jackets in the room. The toilet and shower are shared. The water in the shower is hot, super!

I appeal to the administration of this hostel with a request: please hang shelves on the walls in the shower cabins (for soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc.), flexible hoses with water diffusers and more hooks for towels and clothes, because now it is very inconvenient to wash! Otherwise, everything is good 👍

Location: very close to the Hbf. Easy to find. You exit in direction of Arnulfstr., cross the street turn left and after a sing "Sixt", under a sign "Fan area" turn into a little passage that leads up to the hostel. The U-bahn station is also right there. Very convenient. There are Rewe and Aldi grocery stores in a tall brick building nearby. A 10-15 min walk to the Marienplatz. Room: was staying in a 12-bed room and it was actually ok. Almost all the guests were respectful to each other, tried to be quite and nice. Bed: the mattress was nice, the pillow big and soft. The bed was already made upon arrival (super nice), you just need to take care of the bed clothes when checking-out. No towel provided. The bed has a little overhead light and a socket and a locker under the bed. Facilities: there was no guest kitchen but they give coupons for free drinks. A drink of your choice a day. Very nice :) There is a bar with a nice terrace, and a little area with tables and a coffee machine. One WC on the floor that had 3 showers (strangely engineered but manageable), 3 toilet seats and 3 + 1 sinks. They told me you could borrow a hair dryer at the reception. Staff: cleaning, bar, reception guys were really friendly and nice (at least the ones I got to interact with) :) Special thanks to the receptionist Laura for being the most helpful and knowledgeable!!!

Bed: would be nice with some curtain around the bed for some privacy. My bed was open in all directions.

I was in the single room with a private bathroom and let me tell you how everything was beyond my expectations! They even gave me a drink coupon for the each day I was there and I found that gesture to be very thoughtful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was alright (I was on the top floor), the bathroom was more than enough (although I couldn't figure out how to turn the water cold), the desk and drawers next to the window were also really nice. Since I was there to attend a conference, the desk was really useful to me. There were even an iron and an ironingboard in the closet, which was unexpected and delightful since I was able to iron my shirts. Overall, people were kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay there. If I am in Munich again one day, no doubt I will book here.

I stayed in the 12 bed shared dormitory and I loved it. They provide you with pillow and a blanket. They have 2 USB charging point, a personal light above your bed and a plug point (German style. Make sure you get one before you come to Germany). Loved the stay, the guys in the front of the hotel have a great hospitality. They have a pub and food as well. I was offered with 4 free drinks for 4 nights stay. So overall it worth staying here. The location is perfect since it is just 2-3 mins away from the Munich HBF so you can get S-bahn, U-bahn and long distance trains (including ICE). If I come to Munich again I will definitely stay here again.

No toiletries (not even shampoo or body wash) so better get one or you can buy from the stores present in Munich HBF station. Get a back up towel too. I don’t think it’s not a problem though.
