Big and modern Hotel, good enough for a Short one Night stay on the road. Rooms are okay but my stay was Not perfect sadly. Next to the Room door there was another door and everytime people opened that door it fell in the lock, hearing a big bang which kept us awake untill late. The Ventilator in the bathroom made so much Noise you could hear it in the entire room.

Noisy bathroom Ventilator that cannot be switched off.. Door on the corridor next to the room was noisy Personal at the reception desk was unfriendly and Not greeting us when we entered the Lobby although we greeted them.. The Hotel itself lays Next to a Theater which is Not in use and the parking lot is used by road constructies, who Are noisy in the Morning. Parking is further away from the entrance which is Not handy with Lots of rain..

Great location close to autobahn. Plenty of parking and late check out. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly and allowed us to eat just before the restaurant shut. Also very dog friendly.

Spa pool is only open from 6pm for a few hours. As we arrived after 9pm it wasn't open the next morning so we couldn't use it. Rooms would benefit from air conditioning in summer. Cleaners were loud waking up some of us early playing loud music and talking loudly outside the bedroom door. After a late night would of appreciated if they were quiet outside our room so we could rest. Would of been nice to have a fridge in the room.

This hotel was perfect for my needs: I was driving with my dog through Germany towards Eurotunnel and this was an overnight stop. It's about 30 seconds off the Autobahn but has a leafy countryside feel with plenty of grass for the dog, the parking is free and although not technically "secure" as such, it is definitely not a good spot for an opportunist thief and I was happy to leave all my stuff out. There's no height restrictions for parking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. No kettle, but there were nice touches like welcome biscuits for the dog. Restaurant was nice. I've added this one to my list of preferred stopovers

We were not familiar with the place other than it is close to Frankfurt. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pillows felt a little bit flat but it was OK. The breakfast was good and they had a variety of options to try and the overall quality and type of food were good.

We didn't like the fact that we requested a baby cot upon booking the room and it was not there when we arrived. We asked during check-in if it was there of which the staff said it was there. I believe these things should have been coordinated with housekeeping and checked before the guest arrived to provide accurate information. I had to go down again to have it requested and brought to our room.

The hotel is around by green, quiet and can hear some birds singing. Parking is free and easy. Room is clean and with all the things you need. The breakfast has so many options with cold and hot dishes, and most of them are delicious, and you should be able to find something you like. I requested warm milk and was helped quickly by the staff. Good service. There are many siting places to relax in the lobby. The place is very convenient to travel to places nearby and to Frankfort. And they also offer free chargeing line for your phone if you forget it.

There is no fridge in the room. But it does not bother us that much as we later see it is not that necessary. It is still comfortable temperature during our stay and we just worried it can be hot.

We have been in the hotel for the second year, more than a week. Because we were on a business trip at Messe Frankfurt, for eight days. We left early in the morning and returned to the hotel late in the evening, so we didn't use the hotel's benefits and the spa area much. But... Breakfast is tasty and abundant. The corridors and rooms always smelled good. We always found a clean room in the evening. We always found a place in the parking lot, even very late in the evening. We will stay again next year when we come to the exhibition Messe Frankfurt.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, good restaurant, friendly and professional staff, free Wi-Fi and parking, great idea having a fridge with cold drinks at the reception so customers can get a beer when the bar is closed. Good value for money. Amazing wellness centre with a lovely hot pool at 38 degress, mutliple Saunas at different temperatues, cold room, etc .. but only open in the evenings. This was our second visit. We will be staying here again in April.

Convenient location, well presented surroundings, helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. We even made good use of the social meeting points at the lobby and the small shop at reception selling snacks was a pleasant surprise. We were using our own car so it was nice getting back to a serene rural location every evening.

We had been looking forward to using the pool and spa facilities. Unfortunately, on arrival, we were told the pool was under repair and drained. Very disappointed.

Very good value for money. On site parking. Friendly staff. Decent in-house bar. Very good breakfast selection including fresh healthy options - and great staff. Very clean rooms, which were spacious too. Beds and cushions good. Hotel is vast sizewise, which lacks character but makes it impressive.

The hotel was very hot and the airconditioning was not working (November). Opening the window was not an open due to the close proximity of the highway. In summer (when A/C is engaged) no issues but during wintertime may be uncomfortable. Bathroom fittings dated.
