Very close to the downtown area for dining and shopping. I even got a nice haircut from a barber down the streer. The breakfast buffet was very healthy options. The neighborhood was very safe and nice running route around the neighborhood. I really felt like I got a great deal staying here and will definitely come back and stay here if I got a chance. Awesome safe place to stay.

It was different than traditional hotels I am familiar with so I had to learn some of the quirksof this property. Example was the entry and exit of the parking garage. Boutique Hotels are similar to a bed and breakfast or at least what I experienced from Hotel Klemm. After I got used to the quirks, I really enjoyed my experience of living down town Weisbaden, Germany. Pay the money to park in the garage...the streets are narrow and parking is limited at times for street parking.

The room was very clean and functional. I liked that one could alter the heating rather than relying on someone else to decide the temperature and that the room was very quiet and that there was additional bedding in the wardrobe. The staff were very helpful and called taxis for us on a couple of occasions. The coffee was only so-so but the rest of the breakfast was superb - a lot of choice and variety - very delicious.

I was surprised that the room was made up and that towels were changed after only one night. I would suggest to the management that they set up a system whereby guests are asked to hang up their towels if they don't need to be changed and leave them on the floor if they do. This could save water and energy. Spare pillows could do with having covers.

Located close to the city center in a calm street, no noise from the street. Beautiful historical architecture. The staff is very nice, helpful and polite. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! Big selection and variety. Home made juices, cake, salads, spreads and pates. Everything clean. I had the S room, which is just enough for 1 night.

The S room is super tight, especially the bathroom. There was no warm enough water in the shower - in winter time it was extra chilling (in summer I wouldn’t mind) The doors are just plain interior doors, no sound proofing so you can hear your neighbours’ comings and goings.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from the main train station. The hotel has a very vintage look with brick walls, old style carpets, decorations in the room are old-styled as well. It gives a very tingly sensation. I really admired it. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The breakfast was out-of-world. Most of the items in the buffet was self-made; they were delicious. The hospitality was commendable.

The doors. While I liked the old styled decor, the doors were tough. A couple of times I thought I had locked the door but i wrongly judged. Nothing was stolen and the hotel is safe but one needs to force shut the door

Everything here was great. Room was tidy and clean. Location is great, you can easily walk to the pedestrian mall, Kurhaus, Kurpark, hot spring, church market, and Neroberg (a scenic summit where you can see the city), and plenty of shopping and restaurants. About a 20-30 min walk from the Train Station. It's on a back street so it's quiet and away from the traffic and bustle. The breakfast was top notch. The variety is unbeatable - there's literally everything you can think of that you'd want for breakfast. The ingredients were great quality. It was one of the reasons I booked it here and it didn't disappoint. Great value.

If you plan to check in late, make sure you make arrangements to be able to enter the hotel.

Like many other comments, great breakfast options over the weekend (when many visitors). Nice quiet area. Not too far away from everything central. Very friendly staff. Overall good VFM.

Although not in room description, and is available in the lobby, would be nice to have a coffee machine (which does show in pictures) or a kettle in the room as well as a small fridge. Some room pictures have an armchair, but mine didn't. Could be a bit more modernized.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices including breads, yogurt, cheeses, and even salad dressings. The staff was friendly and helpful; they allowed us to keep our car in their garage for a couple of hours after checking out without any extra charge, we then had some time to explore the neighbourhood. The location is fantastic, just a 5-10 minute walk to most main attractions.

Good location on silent street close to the center. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. 24 hours access to the wide variety of tea in reception.

Dampness smell in the room. Loud noise under the window at 7 o’clock in the morning when staff moves rumbling metal trolleys (not every day), better to keep window closed if you like to sleep in the mornings.

I felt that the room was very clean. The room provided what I expected for a room at the price-point that I reserved. Location was short walking distance to nice shopping and restaurants. Complimentry breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly and it was nice that they spoke English too.

It was not a big problem but there was no door or curtain in the shower and so the floor got very wet in the area where there was no drain. I didn't like leaving the floor like that for the hotel staff to clean up. Again, not a big problem, but I had to park about a 5 min walk away because there wasn't parking any closer. That said, the staff did say that I could use the garage parking for 15 euros a night, which was an additional cost that "cheap" people like me don't like to pay.

The hotel is centrally located and close to all of the amenities. The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable. The room door was difficult to close especially after a fine evening in Murphy's and the Scotch n Soda. It turns out that it's slightly tricky. The kurpark is pleasant and expansive. Plenty of shopping in this slightly more expensive city. For tourists, the Kaiser Friedrich Therme is worth a visit when it is open again in September..! Just bring a large towel (not a swimsuit).

There wasn't a safe in the room. One lift that gets busy in the morning.
