It was clean, the facilities overall are in good condition, the beds are also comfy. It's well located and easy to reach from the train station.

We called to find out if it's possible to stay there for 2 people if the room was booked for 1. Over the phone they said the charge would just be 5, at least that's what we heard. At the actual hotel they said it's 89 euros per night. We ended up paying 50 per night, because we didn't agree to 89. The overall impression was already spoiled after this anyway. The lemon water at the entrance was far from fresh, the lemons were close to rotting in it. Shower gel and soap were empty in the room and when we asked the hotel to give us more, they just ignored us and nothing happened. UPDATE: the hotel contacted us and refunded 90 euros back, they said it was a mistake that we were charged the extra 45 per night. I changed my original rating to a 9, it IS a good hotel overall.

NH is my favorite 4 star hotel :) Everything lived up to my expectations. Very nice staff and there was free water downstairs! My room was big, with a very big and comfortable bed. I slept so much that I missed breakfast haha. There was a desk/ working space, with a lot of lights and plugs. A big tv, coffee, tea and a kettle and luckily also a fridge! High quality and everything is very clean and well taken care of, especially the bathroom. The location was a +10 minute walk to the trainstation and restaurants. The price was great too, I loved my stay here.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no complimentary water bottle in the room. I feel like that was missing, I had to go downstairs to get some water.

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was nice and clean. The location wasn't too far from the Hauptbahnhof; I walked it in about 10 minutes. I had checked in online, so the check-in process was nice and fast.

The location of the safe - I must have slammed my head into it at least twice. Please put some rubber or something on that corner. The beds were alright, but the sheets were slippery and clammy in the heat.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was a large size with 2 desks which is very useful if there are 2 travellers. The breakfast 18 euros was a buffet that consisted of cooked sausages, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, cold meats, pastries and cereal was excellent.. There was no noise from outside. Stations was less than 10 minutes walk from Oberhausen Station. There was an easy to use safe in room. I would stay here again.

There was nothing i did not like.

This hotel is a very nice hotel at a very nice price. The room was quite big but unfortunately I was not able to enjoy it much due my short stay. The staff was very friendly and I enjoy the self service market the hotel has inside. The hotel is not far from the train station and Flix Bus stop.

The only thing to mention is that the people in charge of cleaning the room should check if someone is already checked out before entering to the room. Nothing serious, but something to improve.

The room was quite warm in the winter. Environment is clean and awesome Bed is very comfortable The room is spacious

Our linens were not changed for 3 days despite we went with our new baby. The toilet wc had bad stains that were not pleasant at all. Facilities are not modern at all

I didn't have breakfast, therefore I cannot express an opinion on that. The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. Employee at the desk were very kind and helpful. I found a bottle of water in the room and a welcome letter for a special free treatment at the spa and a discount on the parking. I could not enjoy the spa, but really appreciated the discount.

There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I did not ask for a non-smoker room, because I thought it was anyway forbidden to smoke on the premises. I will do next time.

Decent hotel in a good location - about 6-7 minutes walk from the train station, with direct connections to lots of big destinations (we took a direct train from Amsterdam to Oberhausen). The bedroom looked a little tired/ outdated but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice too, with a large selection of hot and cold options.

Spotless and Clean, Quiet despite being right next to a road. Had plenty of room and was well ventilated. Couldn't have asked for more for my stay.

Coffee creamer was out of date leading to a wasted coffee and room may have a small leak above the window. I say may as it only appeared once during a heavy storm that was passing leading to the window sill becoming becoming soaked.

Friendly staff and the hotel was in a central area. The room and bath were clean and the bed very comfortable.

The only thing that bothered me: You have a terrible internet connection there! Even with your own mobile data. The hotel's wifi isn't any better, it just keeps disconnecting.
