I really loved the bed, it was amazingly comfortable and very soft. Plus, the pillows were fluffy (which is hard to find in Germany). Honestly, this might have the best bed I've stayed at in a hotel in this whole country and I travel a lot. The hotel is handicap accessible and no stairs are needed to access the rooms. The internet is great, everything was clean, the hotel was charming and the staff is very friendly.

There's only one problem for me - the water pressure is very low. Plus, the soap they are using smells acrid, like an old lady. For most people, the water pressure is a minor annoyance, but because I'm disabled, long showers to get rid of the soap or to wash my hair are a hidden potential injury that starts off my day with pain. Unfortunately, that is probably the sole reason I won't come back here, though if I can make sure my hair doesn't need to be washed, I'd come back.

The location is great. The room was nead. The facility itself is nice, a nice olace to stay.

My room was facing the restaurant. There was a birthday party going on that night till early morning next day. It was extremely loud (music and people talking loudly). Impossible for me to sleep. If I would have been given a different room further away from the party, I would have been able to enjoy my stay. My recommendation: at checkin ask if there is an event that night, and if yes ask for a room that isn't close to the restaurant.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff, English spoken; spotlessly clean, kitchen provided with coffee, sugar, creamer, tea; free off-road parking; just off the motorway if travelling across Germany, yet quiet; gift on departure; air-conditioning; comfortable beds. We loved this hotel the first time we stayed and have been trying to return ever since on four occasions, thwarted twice by COVID and twice because it was fully booked up - not surprising, seeing how good it is

Nothing we did not like. If looking for improvements to an already lovely hotel, maybe providing decaff coffee or tea would be even more perfect

We were going to be late so I called and since we paid ahead of time they left the keys by the door for us. The rooms and the bathrooms are really nice.

I had hoped for two separate twin beds, but that wasn't available and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom a bit small, but still clean and serviceable. The grounds were lovely. The breakfast was excellent and not to be missed. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

They were hit hard by COVID, as so many businesses were, and are still in the recovery phase. Restaurant offerings were limited.

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is great for business travellers who want a good night rest in a clean comfortable hotel without paying large amounts.
