It exceeded my expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. Beautiful new rooms and perfect bathrooms with lots of space. I stay at lot at the Niu Hotel Chain, but this one is definitely 100times better. Lots of parking available outside at a reasonable price. Bakery, Aldi and a Drink Market just a few steps away. I extended my stay

The cleaning ladies outside were really loud around midday and earlier. One day they were arguing so loud that I almost regretted my extension. Fortunately, it was only for an hour or so but the rooms aren’t soundproof and someone should tell the cleaning ladies that they should keep their conversations at a normal volume. This wasn’t just one day and the first two days I kind of got over it, but on the third day, it started to get annoying. It’s like they’re with you in the room. They’re very nice ladies, but if this is happening every day, I might think about staying here again. The hallways are left full of garbage on some days for hours. I think this could be handled with more care

Took the suite option with its 48 sqm last time for a little more than a double room, no regrets. The whole place is indeed very clean and also appeared quiet - balcony, coffee machine in room, king size bed with a good mattress, even the furniture's noticeably better than most in the same price range. We're yet to see about the standard double room option next time (25 sqm), and might also try their praised wide variety breakfast this time, with the food bars I am all aware she loves.

Only one: underground parking bays and the corridor in between them at certain turns / ends could be wider. Still manageable, clean, and well maintained, but bays are painted on such that with a wider car the neighbouring vehicle may well end up having to park way too close to my liking. It's not terrible, but for an extra €15 per day, I'd really expect to purchase a little more peace of mind with larger underground parking bays and/or safer spacing between them.

I like the most the parking availability even at the full night I parked in the parking in front the hotel for free, wifi is good, staff are so kind specially cleaning staff and the reception, comfort stay and so matched to what is described on booking.com page even the photos

The voice isolation between rooms and each others and even the corridor does not exist you can hear all the voices, air conditioning does not work at all so the room temperature is so high, and last thing they forgot to clean my room one of the days while I was away since early morning but reception staff was helpful with men and gave clean towels for that night

The most efficient check-in process I ever experienced as a world traveler. I booked past midnight and arrived shortly after while needing a place to sleep after 12 hours on the road during a long drive home from the Balkan to the Netherlands. The reservation was to my surprise already prepared and within 1 minute the lady provided my entrance pass to the room with über German efficiency. Usually there are questions about the reservation when arriving in 20 minutes after booking. No questions about my 2 giant +100kg Mastiff hounds and she even charged me the rate for 1 dog. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great price/quality ratio. Very pleased with the experience.

nothing worth mentioning considering the price for the room. 50 euro's and 10 euro for 2 giant dogs is a bargain for this type of hotel near the highway while passing by Frankfurt

breakfast was fantastic with so many options and food bars, the rooms were very clean, wide and spacious with completely new interiors. Staff were friendly. Parking was simple and easy although you do have to pay. Finally trams from the city centre went straight to the hotel making it perfect to travel from.

Good location to acces highway Cost-effective price.(believe me) Clean level is good.!! Just fit for 1~2 persons. Great parking area(for me, it is free) Comfortable beds. Facilities are same as pictures (No independent shower booth but nice bathtub with shower function)

Nothing special but in Bathroom, in lamp module, was creaking at night(i found source of the noise during I sleep.. think I used hot water in bathtub before I sleep in bathroom ,where was probably heating up .it means that plastic module of two lamps hanged on mirror was thermally expansion....in time, it gets stress-released and makes creaking to match part-position correctly... bathtub is near by lamp part.(but not dangerous)

very good for the value of money. Large room with double bed and sofa. Working table and spacious place. Very clean room and bathroom. Good position of the hotel with good access to public transportation. good breakfast too

It is a great place: easy to reach from the motorway, lots of parking (price when I was there: 5 euro outside, 15 euro inside) and a very good breakfast with lots of choice and warm eggs and vegetables. I was positively surprised to find a tub in the room, if I would have known I would have come with bath salts. The hygiene was impeccable!

We had 2 rooms, my normal double and a superior one for my parents. the superior had air conditioning only in the bedroom and not on the lounge room, it was on higher floor and it was too much hot. They gave a bottle of water in the superior room but not in the normal room, and this is the middle of August, for a 4 star hotel is embarrassing

The room was very very clean 👌 👏 and the bed was very comfortable bed. I loved the bathtub as well. I give them 5stars for sure..

The one who received us was very unfriendly but the one who checked us out was atleast friendly.
