Reception Staff were very friendly and very helpful.This for me is very important..Shuttle was efficient but surprised the bus terminated at Holiday Inn next door however, all easy. Room had excellent layout and I liked my view of the Courtyard. Planes landing every few minutes but good sound proofing. One can open the windows at night...great! 15m walk to the Train Station. Go a bit further and Rewe Supermarket plus reasonable small Restaurant...also Netta Supermarket next door-VERY convenient

Missed the Lounge area of the other NH Hotel which had lots of interesting books if one had to wait for a late Flight. Waiting Lounge area had no view but one could sit out in the Terrace Garden...very pleasant.

Hotel facilities were very good. The breakfast had a lot of variety and I was able to enjoy it.

I stayed at this hotel as my child's exam was held at this hotel. Since the hotel name said "airport", I thought it would be closer to the airport, but I was a little disappointed as it wasn't. It was about 15 minutes walk from the nearest S-Bahn station, and it was a very cold day therefore it was difficult to walk. It was close to the nearest bus stop, but it took 30 minutes from the airport and there were only two buses per hour, which was very inconvenient. The free shuttle bus to the airport was also inadequate.

The receptionist was ultra kind, efficient and sweet. For some reason, I had a free room upgrade and stayed in an amazing room, it was so cozy! Transfer from and to the airport worked perfectly (it takes about 12 min with their van). Info prior to arrival was detailed and helpful, I could already check in one day before arrival, which made the check-in at the hotel last only 2 min. I am super pleased, it was only one night because I had to attend a 2-day event at the airport, so I was well rested to make the most of my day. Thank you!

The location was great, they offer a free shuttle to the airport, the rooms were nice, and the lobby area was pretty nice too. Also I really liked that my room had an additional door between the entryway/bathroom area and the sleeping area. While this sounds like a small thing, I like it because it helps to block out sounds from the hallway and bathroom.

The only thing that was a little off was that the building itself felt like an old college dorm. Just very boring character to the building and walking along the inside it reminded me of a dormitory. However, once you got inside the room you forgot all about that.

Love the pictures on the wall, the comfy bed, amazing breakfast and perfect location for an airport hotel. The kitchen was closed when I was there and because I had travelled the whole day, I did not feel like going out for dinner. Luckily, I called for a food delivery for dinner and my food was sent up to my room in 30 min. It was awesome and just like ringing for a room service.

The sink in the bathroom has sharp edges & corners. To get out of the bath tub, I had to use the sink as a support.

I got room in higher standard in compared, to which I booked. There was bedroom area +living room area:), room very clean, in bathroom all necessery things, even hair brush!! Bedroom, bathroom and living room very comfortable. Breakfest very taste-big choice of dishes. Verrrrrrry tasty small croisants with chocolate:))) hotel in close area to many companies-almost in front of technology area. Also close to centrum of raunhein - 15 minutes of walk. I highly recommended staying in NH hotel.

Trip to Frankfurt airport with family. 10 min drive away to the airport. Hotel is Clean, Family friendly, has a Good standard breakfast,l has all necessary ameneties like a Restuarent, Bar, 24 hr Snack bar, avg sized Swimming pool and a wellness area which we did use even though we didnt plan to initially. Hotel was fully booked. the Staff were really helpful and friendly.They have airport shuttle too.

Parking area was limited and congested. Our room didnt had warm water on our night of arrival, so we couldnt take a bath after swimming. It got fixed d next day however.

Room, breakfast, grounds and Easley to reach from airport, dedicated bus free to hotel and only E5 pp back to airport( book as soon as you arrive as bus gets full quickly)

We really liked this hotel. It has large parking space, we got fabulous breakfast and we enjoyed in swimming pool (very warm water!) as well as in comfordable beds.

The management should really pay more attention about cleaning. The curtains in our room were dirty with some holes in it and it was impossible not to be seen. I really wonder if cleaning service simply turns the blind eye or they are not allowed to replace them. Also, we were probably the first guests on that day who used swimming pool and we could find there empty bottles from previous guests as well as some used swimming suite. Obviously nobody checked the pool before the new day started.

Typical NH hotel - good layout, comfy rooms and beds, great breakfast buffet, very helpful daytime receptionist (e.g., helped me mailing a letter). They also have a 24x7 self-service corner for snacks and drinks in the lobby. Had a good stay (despite of the parking situation, see below).

In their car park, the hotel obviously rents out parking spaces to vacationists without leaving enough parking for their overnight guests. As a consequence, people arriving by car have a hard time finding parking; this happened to me and at least another couple arriving by car around 10pm. The solution suggested by the hotel was to park at the neighboring Holiday Inn (they also have a fee). This worked but was somewhat inconvenient.
