Comfortable *** hotel, quite, nearby shops and restaurants, kind receptionist.

Nothing, everything ok for one night stand.

The hotel is well located, both for those who are in transit to another country, who have to take a plane at the airport in Frankfurt or for holidays. I start with the kind service of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the beds, a great hot shower and a delicious breakfast with lots of options. There is a beautiful river 5 minutes walk away, where you can find several restaurants and you can take a long walk. The hotel price is fair, as is the breakfast. I recommend it and will return whenever I am in transit to other countries.

The family rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. A good breakfast buffet is available for just 11 euro. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good place for a short stay.

The hotel is quite difficult to find (also because of road blocks) and should be clearer about parking options and locations. Rüsselsheim itself is quite a somber place. The buildings are ok, but it's full of drunks eyc

The location is perfect, 5min walk from the train station. Shops and places to eat directly outside.

The bed was too hard. No air conditioning but they were nice enough to supply a fan (was too loud for me) They supplied an iron when I checked in but no ironing board. My towel there were some stains on it. Overall though, the staff were friendly and it was ok for a night of sleep before my flight.

It did what I needed it too - they were accommodating with my arrival time and I appreciate that everyone in Germany seems to speak remarkable English

The WiFi was not good in my room and the doors are quite loud - if you're a light sleeper, you might struggle a bit

The room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Central location

No access from the parking to the hotel. Hotel parking was tricky to find at first, has just 5 places or so and it was busy more or less all the time, The only possibility was to park in a city parking nearby.

It us a nice location and staff is courteous. Rooms are of good size.

Provide guidance for thise who will be driving to this location. As apparently their is no place even to stop the car at this location to get off and check in.

Breakfast is good

Location is not great! We have parked at the back of the hotel and luckily we had a view from our window to watch the car when a group of gangsters checked every tourist’s car and we scared them off. Be aware

Nice rooms, clean, simple. Nice staff.

HARD to find by car GPS. It's tucked into a corner, off of a pedestrian street with parking in a near impossible place to find. Also, I was on the 2d floor, but cigarette smoke kept wafting into my room.

Overall excellent hotel for a family. It was short for us but was a great place. I'll definitely recommend

Coming was a little bit slippery and could have salted the area but I also noticed a lot of homeless people around that Area and was scary
