The value for the price is really good. Booked a small studio with my partner for 1 night for 85 Euros. It was spacious enough for the two of us and very well equipped. Very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was super helpful and although the facility is organized in a remote way, they were able to instantly help with two request we had via phone and e-mail. There is a little shop where you can buy sweets, coffee, snacks and basic food like Pasta, soups and pesto, as well as drinks, which is nice. The digital check-in was effortless and convenient. Shuttle or taxi service takes you to the airport under 10 minutes. Highly recommend as airport hotel prior flying from BER.

I had a string of misfortunes reaching the property, from my plane being diverted to Hamburg due to fog, to reaching Berlin Airport by bus transfer at 2 am instead of 8 pm. When I reached the aiport, no taxi driver there was willing to take me because they were holding out for longer fares. I ended up having to walk almost 5 km at 2 am through an industrial zone and by some fields in the middle of the night. Despite all this misfortune and my extremely sour mood, the apartment was so nice that I very shortly started feeling much better due to how amazing the amenities were. Not to mention how very generous the breakfast is compared to how much it costs. They also left a complimentary drink and sweets which were really good! I highly recommend this place for the weary traveller, it is very well worth the money! PS: Thank you for the response and recommendation. I actually tried Bolt, Uber and regular Taxis and nobody was willing to accept my fare due to the short length. So whoever travels there late at night and plans to spend the night next to the airport, please note you may have significant challenges in finding a ride to take you to the incredibly good apartments next to it.

Clarity over how the digital key must be used, never used it before and there were not enough explanations and context given to english speakers. I had no issues realizing due to IT experience but others may not be in a similar situation. Everything else was perfect!

This place is fantastic,short or long stay, a real home from home. Excellent facilities, decor is great, bed is comfy, I've stayed here several times and I can honestly say it's really a second home. Not, it is a self catering type apartment, don't expect hotel style service with room made up every day, it gets serviced once a week, which for me is perfect. Kitchen and appliances are great, Nespresso coffee machine. Superior room has 2 TV. Excellent, that's all I can say. Oh, street parking for free and a bit of worry, but I personally pay for the tied garage, especially in the winter, snow and frost free, in the summer the car is cool.

The room was super cozy. Ideal for those who might be dealing with jetlag, and need to sleep the day away. The staff was nice, and helpful. They have a mini spaiti in the hotel, so you if you left anything behind don't worry they have it. If you need a quiet place to get away from the world without sacrificing modern conveniences, Id say this place is great for that. I loved it, was very sad to leave.

Transportation for people without cars is not ideal. Regular Bus to the airport came only 2 times an hour, very close together. Didn't try their shuttle service so I cant comment if that is better. It would be the ideal apartment living, if there was a decent supermarket nearby.

I had a great and relaxing stay at this studio/apartment and I am very satisfied with the Customer Service. Thank you very much, Bianca and her collegue at the reception for helping make this stay calm and easy for my sport competition. The studio had everything I needed, it was clean and calm, the shuttle service to the airport/trains works very well, the app to open the doors is a great system, the automatized washing room is a perfect solution for laundry and the wifi worked well too and it was really comfortable for me as solo traveller.

The only thing would be that some people have no respect for other's need of calm and rest. They just slam doors even when the system is made for the door to close by itself. But the Customer Service and reception responded very well to this and I could find the calm place I needed. Also, the distance between the appartment and the airport is covered by the shuttle service, but you must know that especially Uber and FreeNow don't seem to know at all of the existence of this location! You might encounter yourself arguning with a taxi driver who doesn't speak English, only German or any other language, for example. Beware of this.

We didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the apartment, like the fully stocked kitchen, but we did rate the excellent shower and comfy beds. The self serve shop for essentials located in the lobby was also great for a drink and a snack. If you need something more substantial, there is an Italian restaurant right next door.

Although the app entry to the rooms was snazzy, a traditional key card/ key would have been preferred. But it wasn't the end of the world, just different! We also booked the shuttle from the airport to the apartments but couldn't find it! It was easier to find on the return journey when it became clear the adjacent car park facilitated it - but just as cheap to use an uber for more than 1 person.

A good option for an affordable stay in Berlin. The city was packed due to the annual marathon, so I took this hotel, next to the airport. The access was good, with busses to the airport every 15-30 minutes, for a 5 minutes ride, and a quick train to the city from there. The room was very new and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the toilets comfortable.

Despite the double-glazed windows, a little noise from the landing airplanes can still be heard. The distance from the city makes it a little difficult to commute, but if budget is an issue or you just need a night before a flight, it's not a bad option.

A magnificent hotel, very modern, equipped with everything you need, a beautiful shower with excellent cosmetics, and superb wake-up coffee. My best impression of Berlin - this hotel. I would stay there longer

My room had a view directly on BER approach - I love planes so definitely a bonus for me :) With an open window it was sometimes loud but window itself was nicely soundproofed. I loved blackout curtains. I had a desk in my room, but I sometimes used the common area for remote working (although sometimes too noisy for working on a call). A small shop saved me a couple of times. Multiple times I received delivery and post without any issues. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook food for myself, bed was comfy and tv filled with channels and apps to the brim. WiFi never failed, always connected and fast. The commute with public transport to south parts of Berlin was fairly convenient. Commute back was more troublesome. I liked that I had an option to rent a bike anytime. Overall, very unproblematic stay, exactly what I was hoping when travelling for work.
