A really nice old building, from the outside and completely renovated on the inside. I used it as a stop on my way home from a trip to Norway, the location is very suitable for such usage. The room was nice and clean. The window had a bug screen mounted. I had a single room, that had only 1 single bed, it felt a bit small, but it was 90cm wide. It has good value for your money The Italian restaurant serves good tasting and reasonable affordable meals (not included in my rating, It is separate paid) The breakfast selection was not really of my choice, lots of yogurt like stuff and muesli things. They have a very fine coffee/espresso machine, so the coffee was good.

- There is no elevator (it is stated on the information) - There's limited ventilation of the room possible (only 1 window) - The door to the badroom is quite narrow, I don't know why, I hit the doorknob a couple of times. - The was no power socket anywhere near the head side of the bed (for charging your phone)

Good and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Easy to get to from the highway.

They forgot to lend us a crib for the baby, but they had made up the third bed (sofa bed) in the room so we made it work with one parent on the sofa bed and the other with the baby in the double bed. Everyone slept well non-the-less, just a small irritation upon arrival late at night.

This was very nice hotel, near a beautiful church and a park. The staff couldn’t speak English and there were no English menus but all the communication worked out very well with the nice staff. The food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast even better. I would strongly recommend this place. Dogs are also allowed , which is a big plus.

The rooms were no fitted with air conditioning and when the windows are open lots of car and people noises sit it was hard to sleep

This was my second time staying at the Landart and it is such a little gem. First of all, it’s very dog-friendly including the restaurant. The food in the italian restaurant is really excellent, as is the breakfast (although I had to leave too early for a ferry to get to eat it this time). The rooms seem newly done up and are very clean and comfortable. The town itself is really cute (what I have seen if it so far) and the hotel is located perfectly for dog walks - there is a big park around the church which then continues along the river to a pond. Finally, the staff are super helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

The hotel is in an old traditional building, modernised very well. It is quiet, clean, charming and comfortable, located off the main street of Sittensen, with a beautiful church very close by and a pleasant garden to sit out and eat.There is a good restaurant attached which serves Italian food. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and supervised by a very nice lady.

Restaurant staff were not quite as welcoming as expected.

Very clean, great location just off the highway in a beautiful German village, restaurant at the hotel. Or rather its a restaurant renting out some rooms. Their Italian restaurant also has vegan options. Easy parking.

We were not given the room I rented. The description did not match. And the rooms trash can had not been emptied. Those were the only things.

Loved just about everything about this place, but have to highlight the food in the restaurant (both dinner and breakfast), if was way better than expected and reasonably priced. Nice and friendly staff all around. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Free parking and very close to highway.

Not the property’s fault; but a church clock every 15 minutes and a busy road outside is not very conducive to a good nights sleep.

This is such a gem; the rooms are super clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great shower! The restaurant is actually really very good, not the cheapest but still great value for money. Also relatively close to the highway, so very easy to get to.

Very minor thing: Breakfast is great in terms of quality & service, but lacks a little in variety.

Lovely breakfast, very convenient location when travelling by car (short distance from the highway, but still very calm environment). Ideal when travelling with dogs, as in the middle of the green area. Will definitely use the hotel again!

Everything was as advertised and better! Great location on our way to the Nerherlands. Cosy room and lovely backyard and free parking. The restaurant at the same building served us the best pasta we have ever had, and the breakfast was good too. All in all, great value.
