Excellent hotel. Very clean, spacious room with a spacious bathroom, seems renovated recently, ( bathroom like new ) everything is very clean. Great location, it is not in city center, but very easy and cheap to reach by U-bahn stop " Im Degen " ( keep transport ticket to get discount in the museums ). The area is safe and green and quiet to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, everything works perfectly, wifi is great, hot water, heating. Staff is kind, friendly and helpful, receptionists were very nice and warm welcoming.

Quite basic (eg towels not large and fluffy but still white and very clean); but you get what you pay for! Also no air con so quite hot if windows and blinds shut - in mid-summer this could be a problem

The cleanest rooms I have ever seen. And very beautiful i must say. Comfortable. The staff was super friendly and actually walked me to my room. Check-in is very practical. You can save time by checking in online. I really felt at home . I was very positively impressed.❤❤❤❤❤❤

The only thing I can say is that the Keys to the room have a very large key holder. Not so practical to carry it around, if you are planning to walk around the city. Everything else was fantastic!!

The Staff were good but non English Speaking. That was a little difficult to communicate. Our 2nd night there we lost water at midnight due to city issues with construction. No water to shower in the morning.No breakfast either. No drinking water or to brush our teeth. BUT when we talked to the staff they handled it very well. Brought us bottled water. Also will refund us 1 night plus cost of breakfast we missed.

Staff should have someone who speaks English. They did try their best tho.

Solid breakfast and larger room than I had anticipated. What really elevated the stay was how courteous and friendly the owner was. And extremely service-minded. Me and my colleague had a very nice conversation with him (in German) over breakfast, and will definitely return in the event of another Stuttgart visit.

Cheap, good access, smoking terrace, surpringly large room, very comfortable bed slept for a solid q6 hours, fridge in room is actually functional and hospitable staff. Thanks to the staff.

Entrance is a bit confusing if you don't speak German but when in Germany that's expected.

The staff are beyond attentive, superb. The rooms are spacious and flawlessly clean. Well equipped too. Breakfast is good quality and the location is excellent, right in front of the tram and a 15-min walk from Mercedes-Benz Museum.

Could do with a renovation.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is quite close to Mercedes world and within close reach of some very nice local restaurants. Staff were very helpfull

It might be a little hot in the summer due to the lack of an A/C.

The personnel were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good with traditional tea. Parking was good and easy to access with the elevator.
