Maple Homes is truly a hidden gem. When I first arrived on the road leading to the property, I doubted what the property would look like and was worried that I may be disappointed. This is due to the surroundings and road leading up to the property. However, the moment I stepped inside the room, I was surprised. The room was comfortable, stylish and the hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean. While I stayed, I could tell that staff had cleaned the room every day while I was out site seeing during the day. Beyond the beautiful accommodation, what really made my stay unforgettable was the great customer service from staff. Frank and Michael went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to offer assistance or local recommendations. Thanks to their support, my stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. I recommend Maple Homes for anyone looking for a good quality stay in Accra and somewhere that is affordable and not too far from tourists attractions. Thank you again to Frank and Michael for making my experience outstanding, you both truly embody the spirit of excellent hospitality.

Although the breakfast was tasty. It may be a good idea to introduce a short menu to give customers more of an option to choose from. Having an English breakfast everyday can be quite boring.

The neatness of the apartment and courteous staff. The apartment had all basic amenities including microwave, kettle, cutleries, plates etc.

Same breakfast. I got tired of it by the 3rd morning. I would prefer an option without breakfast because the breakfast is too basic with no varieties. The door locks needs to be checked for proper functioning. I had some issues which I reported to the staff.

Location is a little bit off but you can get to a lot of great places by Bolt or Uber within 15-20 minutes. Especially nice for families, no bar or restaurant where you can sit at location but a good breakfast nevertheless

Microwave in my room was not working even though they offered another Microwave in a different room, it was not convenient to go heat food in a different room. Also they do not check for towel & sheet change plus room cleaning unless u request.

The breakfast is the same everyday and only served in the room as they don't have a dining space. The kitchen in the room is nice but without basic things (e.g. salt) is impossible to use if you stay only for a few days. The wifi could be better.
