A lovely Greek family run business in a brilliant location within the port (the property photo does not do the property justice at all). The apartment had a traditional Greek room feel to it, but with a nice modern bathroom, white walls and furniture etc. And brilliant views from the balcony; among the best views in Greece from our dual aspect balcony. The Poseidon taverna served great Greek food, including in a busy waterfront outside dining area overlooking the sea.

This is an excellent spot . Perfectly situated on the island close to beautiful beaches and towns, right on the bay and fabulous restaurants for supper including their own restaurant. The hosts that greeted us Andre helped us with suggestions daily and we truly enjoyed our stay . Wonderful spot beautiful location and a beautiful island. You do need a car but they an help u with that as well. Loved it and will go back for sure. We recommend this and in fact it was most enjoyable, totally relaxing. Rosetta and Carmelo

The location was idyllic, on the waterfront at Agia Efimia and with spectacular views of the harbour, bay and mountains from balconies. Daily cleaning and fresh towels were provided and rooms were kept very clean. A llovely breakfast was provided, including a selection of pastries, bread. jam, honey, Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, feta and tomato bruschetta, fried eggs. hot and cold drinks. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The busy restaurant also provided excellent food in the evenings and was the best restaurant we visited in that area in our week there, as well as having the best location.

Very centrally located to visit points of interest on the island. The breakfast was very tasty and diverse each day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would also recommend the restaurant, had one of our nicest meals during our holidays there. Easy public parking right next to the hotel. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Really liked the air con, since we were able to turn it on at night without it freezing us (night mode).

Nothing that we didnt like, everything was great. As a point of improvement, towels can be changed a bit more frequently and there was no hand washing soap when we came, so this can be added.

A small but chic family hotel, perfect location, great value for money, friendly staff, good food, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Even if we booked a room with no sea view, the owner gave us an upgrade and got one with a stunning view of the gulf, not to mention we checked in at 10am so we could enjoy the whole day at the beach . The breakfast was amazing, for all tastes. We also had dinner twice at hotel restaurant, probably the best cooked fish on the island. The family that runs it is very friendly amd careful at tourists needs, the perfect example of greek hospitality. We totally recommmend this hotel as it exceeded by far our expectations and we will come back!

Really relaxed atmosphere. They were happy to help when we needed some, A good working team focused on customer satisfaction. Apartments were good. The taverna is good. The seated eating area was good.. The food was good, But most of all. The place is good. Would return without question

Didn't like.............. Well there was nothing to dislike. Hard to make stuff up?

We got upgraded for 5 of our 7 nights at no extra charge. The Breakfast each morning was good. Beds were comfortable. The staff were great! Very helpful and lovely. Small kitchenette was a nice addition. Location is great

The bathrooms were a bit dated and small. The second room we stayed in was right near the entrance to the ground floor apartments so it was too loud to leave the doors open at night.

Really friendly hospitable staff. Apartments plus a restaurant plus car high business. Genuine discount for guests on the car hire. Great location looking out over the water to Sami, watching yachts come into the harbour. Saw dolphins from our balcony one day! Water side tables to have a lovely Greek meal in an evening. Great views of Agia Efimia from our balcony. Facilities were good for basic self catering, with a fridge for wine & chocolate plus a kettle, but lots of tavernas and shops nearby. Glass shower screen - no sticking shower curtain!!

The location is amazing!! The staff are so helpful and breakfast daily was included. Honestly this side of kefalonia is so beautiful and to base yourself here in Agia efimia, especially with a family is such a good choice. Parking is super easy with the marina across the road and there is a great supermarket and restaurants. The rooms we had were fantastic and overlooked the marina. The beds comfy, plentiful hot water and great aircon. My son fell in love with a lovely older lady who to this day he asks for ‘yaya’. It was such a great experience

Just be aware there is no lift and potentially quite a few stairs depending on your room. BUT the people that work there are lovely and helpful if you can’t manage. Also in the self contained apartments there was no dish soap or plug provided if you need to wash up in the sink.

Excellent location overlooking the harbour. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Numerous restaurants available on the doorstep. Our visit to Agia Efimia was booked to visit a specific restaurant, however, the warm welcome we received when we checked into the apartments encouraged us to cancel our original booking and eat at the Poseidon instead. We did not regret it - we had a fantastic meal.
