1. Modern building, nice reception area, nice swimming pool with comfortable and cushioned poolside chairs and well designed landscaping and surrounding greenery. 2. Beautiful and clean rooms with a big balcony and amazing sea view 3. Very good breakfast 4. Lovely rooftop 5. Nice water park 6. Very close to Athens

1. Very slow elevators. One of the elevators is also extremely narrow (around half a meter in width). 2. Congestion and long waiting time for elevators (during peak times). 3. No parking in the facility. We were asked to park in a neighbouring unattended open yard which is full in rush hours. 4. Loud Music from surrounding bars till early morning (Saturday night). 5. Very poor buffet dinner. A la carte might be better. 6. Late check in time @ 3pm and early check out time @11am. Not sure if they are strict in applying this rule. 7. Lovely big but Overcrowded pool during weekend with relatively slow service.

Facilities and modern look. Good value for money. Warm pool. Young staff are very nice and hard working.

Breakfast is not the best you can get. Older pool stuff ladies are not very happy to help. Due to location a lot of outsiders can enter the resort and join the beach and pool.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I went with my partner for a relaxing week away and this was the perfect hotel to do just that. The room was great with everything you could possibly need and very comfortable beds, we had an ocean view room which was perfect. The breakfast was also exceptional with delicious food and lots of great options. We also had lunch at the pool/beach everyday which was delicious! The part that really made our stay were the staff who were both attentive and personable. George at the bar was a highlight of the holiday, always happy to make us a drink and really brightened up our day! Vlassis who worked on the beach was always there to get us whatever we needed with an infectious smile on his face. Other staff members such as Ludovico, Marionetta, Anastasia and Areti were also incredible and helped us with whatever we needed. It’s amazing to leave a hotel experience meeting staff who work hard but also take the time to make your holiday extra special. From the beach and pool area to the amenities such as the gym and water sports it really is the perfect location to relax and also have fun in Greece! Would recommend to anyone and also can’t wait to return with friends and family.

They didn't clean the room for a couple days.

From the moment we were on the way, the Costumer Relation manager, Areti Prentza, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is such a lovely person, and the hotel was right in putting her in charge of costumer relations. I have never been treated so kindly, and it was obvious that she did it from her heart, and that she truly loved being a part of the hotel. All of the staff were amazingly helpful, and they made sure to check in whenever. Areti was conscious of everything, and made sure to help with everything we needed, from the smallest things to the biggest things. If there is a reason I will come back, it’s thanks to her!

OMG ! That is only I can say. Incredible beautiful and amazing hotel. From the reception to the rooms. People were extremely professional and welcoming. I can’t say nothing bad or negative about this place. There was one particular internship person name Ludvig if I remembered correctly. He was so nice to all of the guests, his bright smile make me and my daughter feel so welcome to this hotel. Lady at the check in on reception was as well so helpful and professional that we been sorry to leave this beautiful place. We shall be back for sure !

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially owing to the fact that the Guest Relations Manager, Areti Prentza and her colleague Aphrodite were very kind and always ready to help regarding any porblem we encountered. Moreover, the hotel was up-to-date, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We even received some gifts the first and last day of our stay. The service they offered on the beach lived up to my expectations as well.

There were some technical problems but they were dealt with as soon as possible.
