Very convenient location, on the outskirts of Loutraki with a great view of the bay and no traffic noise. Spotlessly clean and in perfect condition, renovated with good but not extravagant taste. Very nice staff. The Perla restaurant had very good food and service.

The Perla restaurant, blessed with a great view over the bay and providing very good food in over-generous portions, was unfortunately marred by too-loud club music piped over the adjacent bar-restaurant main hall (of the same restaurant), which literally drove us to finish our dinner as fast as possible and get out. When we made a remark to the waitress and to the hotel management, we got the impression that it did not register. Pity; with a more moody restaurant / lounge music, the Perla restaurant would be truly exceptional.

Room was clean and big enough. Breakfast had a good quality and came with cereals, bread and croissants, cheese and sausage selection, strawberry jam, a selection of eggs (fried / omelette and so on), fresh fruits, orange juice and coffee. Amount was enough. The hotel itself is clean, the location is a bit outside but if you have a rental car you can get everywhere you want. I want to mention the staff at the reception, because they are very kind and helpful - don’t hesitate to ask for help and tips!

There could be more diversity for the breakfast. As I mentioned, it was good and amount was also good, but it could have been different from day to day.

A good place to stop for a night near the motorway to break a long journey. We arrived around 9pm but were still able to have dinner. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated and you could just see the sea from it. The dinner was tasty, but the food more international than traditional Greek in style. The dining room was lovely, down near the water and nicely styled. We were there at the end of October so the hotel wasn't too busy though Loutraki is a tourist resort. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was an 'all or nothing' approach, delivered to your table rather than a buffet, leading to food waste as we were not able to only order the bits we wanted. It would be better if we could select just a few things from the menu. The hotel is on a busy road and our balcony faced the road so it would not have been very pleasant to sit out there at busy times. With the windows closed and a/c on it was quiet enough at night.

Highly recommend. Looks like a new or renovated hotel. Very clean with great staff. The restaurant perla is part of the hotel and was excellent. Private beach very quiet. A morning swim or a book at the beach front is a great way to open the day. The view was to the main road but I was with the kids so that didn't bother us. A bit far from the city center which is an advantage and a disadvantage.

Some minor maintenance issue but not serious

This is a nice little property on the outskirts of Loutraki. You can swim there, walk to the town centre if you want to or drive out to other beaches. The facilities were recently refurbished and the staff is very friendly and keen to help.

I found the pastries at breakfast to be of poor quality and somewhat stale and certainly below expectations given the rest of the experience at this hotel. An easy thing to fix given the wide availability of bakeries in the area.

Modern comfortable king bed in the seaside rooms . Right on their own strip of beach with great restaurant menu and attentive happy staff . Rooms had kettle and tea/ coffee with nice toiletries and lovely balcony looking out over the sea . Bedding soft and comfortable . It was a short walk into the busy town so nice to be away from it all but close enough . Waiter gave a great tip for a lake visit nearby and lighthouse walk .

Air conditioning just coped , we slept with just a sheet a cotton blanket would have been nice . Initially we had the mountain view room which had an interconnecting door which was not ideal as we could hear the other room so we paid and extra 20 and got the seaside room . Truely a world of difference .

First of all, view from the balcony is stunning. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed is great and first night we slept 11 hrs! We had a chance to have a Christmas Eve Dinner - kitchen is great and a cook have a great taste. Breakfasts were quite good although cheese and poultry could be something more than a Seven Eleven thing.

Fortunately we were there in winter. Notice that sea view rooms are just above the restaurants and wile there is a party for some people it could be too loud.

I love this property and its signature restaurant! Great location with access to the sea! I like to visit with friends or Family! Great for everyone!

Suggestion : The 4 hours spread between check out and check in is to big Also maybe a security camera at parking lot would help, found my car damaged :(

Beautiful location right on the water and close to the town without the hustle and bustle of trying to find overnight parking in a busy town. Parking on premises. The restaurant was picturesque and the included breakfast was good quality - warm pastries, cold cut meat/cheeses, cereal, fruit, and our choice of eggs our way
