Easy 24h check-in and access for the hotel, all floors have a side entrance with stairs that's very convenient, also there is a main entrance with the elevator. Facilities are almost new and the room was pretty big compared to others we checked before booking, also very clean, staff very helpful and professional. Continental Breakfast (Greek oriented) is plentiful with fresh food everyday. The hotel is located near many public transport points, you can reach almost anyplace within 10 minutes walking. Within 1 minute by foot there is a really cool roundabout called Platia Agiou Georgiou with many typical restaurants and bars.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so you could power it on or off, no choice for the temperature (22°C so it was a bit cold for us). Bathroom furniture was in a bit of a "maintenance" state, the shower door was not closing properly, the sink had hot water closed and there was a bit of smell coming in from the pipes(nothing terrible, just a little inconvenient) We booked a queen-size double bed, but there were two large single beds pushed together.

I loved the customer service! Kristhos was very helpful upon arrival and greeted us with a smile and all of the instructions. The payment had been handled beforehand and all we had to do was receive the keys. They were also able to accommodate earlier check in for our group of 12. They coordinated the airport shuttles for us both ways. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! They had an ample variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, omelettes, sandwiches, crepes, etc. The juice and coffee were fresh. We were about a 10 minute ride from the city center of Monastraki Square, and while the area does have some graffiti around it- it was perfectly fine for our 2 night stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, recently renovated and very nicely designed. Breakfast was nice, with different options. Location is ok, right near public transportation however not very near to the city center. It is a nice neighborhood, near a square with very good restaurants and bars. The staff were nice and made efforts to make us satisfied.

The room was very noisy.. we were offered a different room but had to pay extra cost. It was much better indeed, but we ended up paying much more than we'd planned.

It was the first time using self check in and it was very easy and comfortable. The hotel is in a very old building a beautiful one and the rooms are all new and very pleasant. The staff is helpful. What more could you want?

I really like the outdoor area for breakfast as well as the beautiful bathroom in my room. It was quiet and almost like apartment living.

Excellent Interior.design and style, Very clean, rich breakfast

Only thing a bit off was a person sleeping on the couch of the reception area at nights, so when we returned to the hotel after 11pm we would find him transforming the reception couch to his bed or find him sleeping which was a bit strange for us, felt like it wasn't a public space and we were interrupting. There were other areas on the same floor, not visible from the reception where he could sleep at nights, if wanted/needed.

Staff Nitika, Elena and Costa were extremely warm, hospitable, helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and all the way till we left. The hotel was renovated with great taste and the facilities were designed with a lot of thought and warmth. The breakfast spread was marvelous and of high quality. Elena made delicious omelette for us and introduced us to Greek food. We greatly enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard.

More space for hanging clothes could be handy.

clean and nice room ✨ I like the place in general and the Staff are also helpful funny and nice. There are shops everywhere around.

Just don’t be fooled by the Acropolis view from the balcony like I did 😅 it’s only a huge poster covering the wall.

The bed was comfy and breakfast was tasty. It was about 10 minutes from the closest metro station. We didn’t have much interaction with staff as no one was there upon checkin but the following morning the woman who was in charge of breakfast was quite friendly.

It wasn’t located in the best area and isn’t exactly “city center.” We stood here only one night, last night before going home and wanted to visit Plaka but it was too far of a walk for us - about 53 min.

So close to Aueb (university) and bus stations and viktoria metro station. Clean and secured. Breakfast is so delicious.

Actually only suggestion is that when we open air conditioner, it worked so slowly. In other words, it is not efficient. As a conclusion, it was great experience.

The building is a real architectural gem and the interior design is truly amazing. The ladies at the reception were so much helpful and pleasant. Despite being near Patission avenue which is very noisy, the room was calm.

The programming of the cleaning of the rooms was not well managed so we could not know at what time the cleaning ladies would pass. Once it was after 15.00 and another day was around 11.00. As a result we had to request from the reception toilet paper and soap for the shower, since we were inside when they passed and didn't return later. The breakfast area is small and packed but when the veranda is open it is really wonderful to have breakfast outside.
