The single room was nice, with balcony and everything. They clean the room anytime you ask for it. The staff is amazing, they helped me for a lot of things (for example on how to reach a concert venue and all this stuff). The area is really quite and nice but there is no metro station. The closest metro it's Victoria and it's 1.5 km by feet and it's the line that closes at half past midnight also during weekends. There are many buses but you have to wait so, if you are on holiday it's not a problem. By night you can walk from Victoria or call a taxi but they apply more expensive rate for tourist without leaving receipt and they don't accept cards. There is a Grocery Store just nearby, open until midnight everyday, very useful. There are some restaurants just close by and if you walk a bit inside the area you can find more.

Sometimes the wi-fi was slow. I had a problem only one night with the neighbor, I called the reception but there was a lady that does not speak English so it was a problem to communicate. This is the only wrong note. The problem by the way was solved afterwards.

Buffet breakfast , plenty of it, available from 7.30 - 10.30, alwyas being checked and topped up , if anything getting low. the rooms were immaculate, very comfortable beds, balcony with a view. Lift between floors, and some one in reception 24 hours. Room was cleaned when you went out, whatever time that was. Outside, within a 15 minute walk, you had near enough everything. supermarkets, bus stop, taxi rank, numerous different restaurants, and many cafes can coffee shops

There was nothing I didnt like. There was no fault with anything at the hotel for me.

No they made me feel at home, this is my third stay with no complaints Toilet system broke went and told reception they moved me to another room straight away and were so kind and thoughtfu

Great hotel and staff; they are very friendly and helpful. The room was great, but the shower was small, and water kept coming out because of the curtains. The breakfast variety is limited, but it was good. The location is not far from the center and attractions, about a 30-minute to 1-hour walk, but there is so much to see along the way.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The facility was good, and the neighborhood was safe. There are nice restaurants next to the hotel with affordable prices and good food. And there's a market really close to the hotel, working to 11 p.m. I would highly recommend this place.

You get a decent buffet-type breakfast, a spacious balcony and a quiet neighbourhood. There are two supermarkets and several cafes nearby. A big park is a 3-minute walk distance away from the hotel.

There was a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation pipe, which is in the bathroom. A possible solution would be to set up an electric fan to push the air back to that pipe.

The blankets are very old and not so clean, some problems with the bathroom lavatory tap. Travelling by the car, the parking is far behind the hotel and very narrow. Another incomvenient is that you have to give the car key to the hotel reception.

Good location, friendly staff, fair price. I liked the balcony and breakfast is really good.

The hotel and the interior/equipment are a bit old school, good enough though. The bathroom: everything worked, but should be renovated.

This hotel is a cute hotel that has its own charm with his big balconies and friendly athmosphere at a very accessible district of the city (righ tnext to park that is reall nice). It is perfect value for money, clean, the breakfast is not very variable but decent. The rooms interieur is a bit oldish and not modern, but really ok if you want a neat place to stay.

Good value for money will strongly recommend this hotel staffs are nice the owner is charming man very friendly. Nice vintage clean rooms all with balcony. Breakfast simple but will do the job. If you are going there the cheap way is to take the underground from airport to palernou Station about 9th or10th stop I think its cost €9 and €5 for taxi which are located just outside station.

The location for 1st time person coming to Greece may not be ideal. But once you know its very easy and got a lot of cheap restaurants and food store in the walking distance
