Perfect, clean, well-equipped rooms near the gorgeous Monastiraki square with  extremely friendly hosts, especially Philip. Do not skip the breakfast, there are many options, very delicious in a nearby, beautiful restaurant. There are many nice restaurant with live music near, but the windows don't let the noise even. Great for late night walks! Bonus: You can even see the Acropolis a little from the balcony!

The location is spectacular! Near to the Monastiraki Station (no connection needed for the metro from the airport) and among many restaurants. I was really impressed with the atmosphere of the enviroment. The owner is very polite and attentive. Due to the flight time, I had to leave the accommodation early in the morning. So I asked him about directions for the check out procedures. As he has realized that I would leave before the breakfast, he took a nespresso machine, juice, water and cake to my apartment. It was really spectacular!

The location is just perfect. Even though it is located in a lively street, you can’t hear any noise inside. Very clean.

The reception is open few hours during the day. They don’t organise the room cleaning very timely. We went back to the hotel at 3:30pm to scape from the heat for a bit and the room was still undone. We were resting and the cleaning person entered the room without out permission, we had left the sign “do not disturb outside” and we had let them know we were in the room. We asked her to come back later. Same situation repeated 30 min later, she came in using the door code.

This property was/is a beautiful and lovely boutique hotel with only 11 rooms. The entire hotel has been renovated and is absolutely divine! Smaller rooms but every inch is utilized and efficient! I simply love that there are NO door keys to keep track of. There is a code used for your room and the front lobby door. Dani, Viviana, Jordan, and the cleaning crew were marvelously splendid and extremely helpful and wonderfully welcoming!!! I am stealing the decoration ideas of the bathroom with the delightful green tile. The designer and planner should be praised on high!!! From the facade of the front to the lobby to the basement to the first , second and third floors, this property emanates good taste and pure class! My hat goes off to the owner and staff! One other thing: it is within walking distance of plentiful tourist areas, rail stations and bus stops.

I love and adore EVERYTHING about this property. However, I was a bit apprehensive coming down the street where all the graffiti is, BUT continuing up that same street opens up to the most quaint and lovable area of restaurants and shopping stores.

Cute rooms with a modern touch. Cleanliness could be smelt and seen from the moment you step in the building. The hotel is located 1 minute from taverns, bars and restaurants which all have such a lively atmosphere going on at night. Having said that we never heard any noise from our room with balcony (1st floor). Georgia the receptionist was also very friendly too. This hotel is great value for money!

Nothing at all but if I really have to mention something it’s just that the ac takes a while to boost up but once it does it’s ok and we had cool air in the room

During my trip to Greece, I had the chance to stay at this hotel, and it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. While traveling alone, this hotel never made me feel lonely. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful; they treated me like a friend. They supported me with all my questions, gave great recommendations about places to visit, and were always there with their sincerity. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s in Monastiraki Square and only a few minutes away from the metro station. This made exploring the city very easy and getting to the airport was also very convenient, which is one of the most stressful parts of traveling for me. The staff made me feel very comfortable about this as well. On my last day, they gave me ideas for activities, and when I thought I might miss my flight, they reassured me. Walking everywhere was very easy and enjoyable. The room was very good in terms of comfort and cleanliness. It was spotless, and every detail was well thought out. The breakfast was very filling; I didn’t lose energy while walking around, and I didn’t feel the need to eat for a long time. This hotel not only offered a comfortable stay but also made me feel like I was at home. If I go to Greece again, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to everyone; this hotel truly deserves the praise. Thank you so much again for everything 🫶🏻

We was sleep in the private apartment with the jacuzzi on the roof that is adjacent to the hotel. cleanliness- Everything was very clean, we put the white note on the door and the cleaner would come every day and clean. Their service is outstanding. location- The location was perfect, I couldn't have chosen a better location, it's very close to the Metro and to the restaurants with the live shows, you can actually see the show from the balcony, but inside the room it's quiet and you can't hear anything because the windows are sealed.

There was one downside to the room we chose and that was the long and narrow stairs. It was very difficult to load and unload luggage. Suitable for strong and young people :)

Loved the location of this hotel, and the soundproofing from street noise was excellent. The room was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The restaurant that they use to provide breakfast is very googood and reasonably priced.

Having the double bed right next to the wall isn't the best when you are older and the person sleeping next to the wall needs to get up in the middle of the night. Not sure if all t the rooms are designed that way, but you may want to ask if that could be an issue for you. Also, one morning my husband went out early and then could not get back into the room because the wifi was out. Fortunately, he returned shortly before 8 am, when someone arrived at the front desk and fixed the problem, so he was not inconvenienced for too long, but it did make us concerned for the rest of our stay.

Great location right next to restaurants and shopping but very quiet. About 5 minutes walk from the train station. Safe area. We chose the location as it was our first time in Athens and we were catching the train from the airport at night. It was perfect.

We only stayed one night before a tour but was a great place to explore from. We stayed a bit further away for the nights after our tour to save a few dollars (and have access to a washing machine) but would have loved staying here again.

We stayed in the queen suite which is its own separate apartment. We loved the location in the heart of Psyri, literally meters away from a cute vibey restaurant square and only a 30 minute walk to key attractions like the Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus, Parliament, etc and even closer to train and bus routes. Georgia the staff member was really helpful and put us at ease, we had security anxiety as a previous place had been broken into but we felt very safe in the apartment. It was spacious, bed was comfy, seemed to be ample cooking facilities (although we didn’t cook while we were there), we loved the balcony and would sit out there in the evenings listening to the live music from the square downstairs. Also the breakfast included was delicious, heaps of variety and much better than the breakfast provided at other places we’ve stayed in Athens. Would definitely recommend!

Just a few small things that didn’t make our experience negative in any away! Just things to note: there wasn’t a door on the shower so the bathroom got quite wet, there’s skylight windows above the bed which are great at bringing light in but we could see some apartment windows from above, not sure if they could see us too! And for sleeping, as per other people’s reviews there is noise at night, but it’s not too bad - my husband slept fine and I did too with my ear plugs and face mask. The ‘exit’ sign is super bright at night too so if you’re a light sleeper definitely bring your eye mask! And if you’re not good with stairs, the stairs in the apartment are quite steep :)
