Decided on a taxi to the hotel as didn't want to try finding it on our own , as it was our 1st time in Athens. As part of the hotel booking process, they sent us a link to book a taxi , using Welcome Pickup, which send you contact details of your driver and a photo of him. The hotel is spotless and welcoming. Breakfast varies slightly every day , with a range of hot and cold options. The staff in the restaurant area where we had breakfast are so friendly and helpful , especially on the 1st morning, when you don't know how to use the coffee machine or where cold milk is etc. I missed the morning welcome off some of the ladies when it was their day off, they made that much of an impact. I hope the hotel shows the ladies this review. Ideally located for buses and metro (about a ten minute walk) and yellow cabs can be flagged down on the street and an average fare into town was between 6-8 euros The coffee shop on the corner Madly Coffee house is open until 9pm and has great coffee

The staff was excellent. There was a large selection for breakfast. And they also took care of the gluten-free guest perfectly. The room was nice and the bed comfortably hard. There is also a small refrigerator and a kettle in the room. And even hairdressing salon is part of the hotel.

A little problem with electricity in rooms. But the staff always helped immediately. If you come from the subway with a suitcase, use the hotel's instructions and walk as long as possible along the main road around the concert hall. All the side roads, even the one on which the hotel is located, have very damaged paving and narrow sidewalks.

I like the hotel but since there was no “Do Not Disturb “ ticket I taped a do not disturb sign in paper and told the front desk. Upon return I was looking for the hair dryer that was inside the drawer that I saw before we left to Meteora but it was gone so i think someone came in and took the dryer. It was not my dryer, I thought that was provided but later on I found the hotel dryer at the back attached to the wall. Nothing was missing just puzzling.

As hotel prices in the centre of Athens have increased a lot recently, I decided to stay a little further out to get a better room at a reasonable cost. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro line which goes from the airport to the city centre (two stops away) and the fares are cheap. The rooms are a decent size and of a good standard. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the pavements in the area are not in great condition, and often blocked by parked cars, so pulling a bag from the metro station is a bit difficult (but certainly not impossible)

Staff was helpful, polite and competent. Breakfast and bar service were great. All the hotel decor is like a blast from the past, it is very well-kept and impeccable. I have not had ironed sheets in a long time, what a treat.

Pretty much liked everything. We were a family of six and everyone of us enjoyed it. The only thing that might not be 10 out of 10 is the location, although I love the neighborhood and for us, it was not too bad because we are walkers, location is a little far from some of the attractions, however, because it wasn’t in the middle of everything, it was quiet in the evenings and we did find lovely restaurants nearby.

Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the sauna and billiards table. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Metro was a only a short walk, so we had easy access to all the great tourist attractions of Athens without the noise and expense of Syntagma or Plaka. There were lots of good restaurants in the area, including an amazing, traditional ouzeri only two blocks away.

The room was a little small but plenty comfortable for two people.

Housekeeping was below standard in our room #317. Our two used cups were "cleaned", but alway with tea bag marks and stains every day! The sink and bathtub were left with hair everyday as well. The curtain has came off the hooks through our 4 days stay but no one noticed. We ordered two single beds but they only have two physical single beds joined as one big bed! The hotel is far from city centre. Only one of the two very tiny elevators worked as the other one seemed permanently out of order. The second floor facing the street was very busy noisy with busy traffic.

We stayed for one night before leaving for the airport. The hotel was well located, close enough to downtown Athens and within easy driving distance to the airport. We were able to take the subway (3 stops) to the Acropolis and Plaka. Parking was available next door for 10 euros. The staff helped with all aspects, from helping us with our bags, to helping us with parking. They were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel lobby was well equipped with maps, brochures, and information for tourists. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety of fresh foods available. The eggs that were cooked to order were excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bathroom was nice and large with premium shower gel, shampoo and body lotion supplied. I also appreciated the filtered water in the hallways and the bottles provided in the rooms to refill with water in order to reduce plastic waste. The attentiveness to not wasting food, water, or resources was appreciated. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the spa or the (complimentary!) hairdressing services provided, but this certainly would have been a lovely perk.

We had booked an "executive room" and while the room was clean, adequately furnished and comfortable, it did not appear to me to be an "executive room" . And we had a view of the adjacent apartment buildings, the parking garage and car dealership which was not ideal. Notwithstanding, the room was clean, spacious, and well appointed and overall would recommend.

The staff was excellent in any way. Breakfast had eggs made in front of you, although the coffee was a bid lacking, it was a machine, I rather someone make an espresso, cause from the machine it doesn't taste the same. All and all, a great experience, for sure I'm staying there again!

Coffee/espresso/ Would like more options for breakfast other that sweets and cake. Small elevator, difficulty getting luggage to room(floor has steps).

Oh boy! My husband and I checked into a different hotel, that shall not be named here, and we were less than impressed. I immediately went on to booking.com and found this place instead. It was worth it to pay for one night at the other hotel and move to this hotel. Not only was this place cheaper than our previous hotel, it was SO. MUCH. NICER. It was like night and day! Upon checking in, we were greeted by a very nice staff person who was incredibly helpful. They had tiny macarons for free at the front desk. Our room was large and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom very nice. Excellent breakfast in the morning! Not too far from a metro station either.

The location was not bad, but it wasn't near the touristy things, so if you plan on doing those things just get acquainted w/ the metro!
