the actual hotel is beautiful and the location was very good. Staff were lovely and helpful.

They charge to residents 40 euros per sunbed set (2 sunbeds without even an umbrella) FOR 4 HOURS!! between 10am and 2pm! if you want to stay longer you pay another 40 euros! I have travelled in at least 20 countries and never before have I experienced this! Especially when the advertise a pool as a facility! it should be free for residents! similarly, they advertise parking facilities but it costs 17 euros a day. So overall, the facilities are there but you need to pay another 97 euros per day if you want sunbeds and parking.

Hotel is lovely, ie decor, furnishings, rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, very good choice. Location was good.

Had to pay to use a sunlounger by the pool and also the gym. Never had to pay for a sunlounger as a guest at a hotel ever before. There was a member of staff poolside who was constantly on at guests. The minute you arrived at the pool, you were asked "have you paid" Guests told they couldn't lay by the pool, couldn't have a towel by the pool, could only sit at the table and chairs if they purchased something.

Very clean. Pool was a good size especially for peak hours. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very central. Everything was good and great value for money.

Whilst paying to stay at the hotel one needed to pay for the deckchairs by the pool at a cost of 10€ per sun-bed. Then again, if renting the sun-beds they had no umbrella and were exposed to the sun all day. If a sun-bed is not rented there is the possibility to stay sitting down on tables.

Spacious and very clean room.

Breakfast needs improvement, It caters for big groups but even so, food needs to be decent and fresh. Pastries were microwaved, juices weren't fresh and the coffee was abysmal.

Room Space was good and the hotel is thery quiet. clean hotel in a good position. beautiful top roof with swimmingpool and bar. Front desk kind and fast serving the guests. Check in and check out very rapid.,

Gym and swimmingpool (you can swim but you have to Pay for laydowm on the sunbad and get a towel.) are not complementary. Time for use is very limited. From 1000am to 0700pm. If you are there for work.. . No way to use it. Breakfast Should be improved. Thery few fresh fruit selection with people waiting in line to get it and fresh juices seems to be (not sure) not fresh but bottled industrial ones.

Good location with easy access to taxis, metro and buses to the center. There is a big comfortable lounge area where you can relax or work, and a nice cafe near the reception area. Very nice view from our room and the roof top bar, you can see the whole of Athens.

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the area is very very noisy. Just mentioning if someone wants somewhere quiet. The only thing is that the cafe/restaurant's coffee and snacks are overpriced (for example one cappuccino costs 7 euros, I don't think it is justifiable). Also, check-in took us an extremely long time.

Above all, the positive and good things were: -The location of the hotel was good -The cleaning -The breakfast -Easy to find Taxi (Uber) -Luxurious lobby that smelled very good all the time -Easy to find in the hotel Overall, everything was very good.

Some negative things that didn't affect the trip too much but that might be worth mentioning are: -At check-in we had to pay a local tax that you apparently pay in Athens of €50 which was not mentioned anywhere when you booked the hotel. -It took quite a long time to check in, you should be able to improve that / or have machines where you can do your own check-in. -There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. -The minibar sometimes cooled well and sometimes not at all. - We wanted to get a room preferably with a nice view, just as preferably higher up in the hotel. But we got our room almost at the bottom against a facade / wall even though we know there were free rooms that we could have got higher up. -Check-out is very early if you compare other hotels in the world.

The staff at the President Athens Hotel were incredibly welcoming and professional. They were attentive to every need, always greeting guests with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their dedication to providing excellent service really stood out. As for breakfast, it was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start the day, and I looked forward to it each morning.

The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to offer free parking for hotel guests. While this is a minor point, it would make the experience even more seamless for those traveling by car.

The room was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly. They regularly cleaned the room and renewing the room amenities e.g vanity sets. The location was very convenient and the room view was exceptional

They advertise parking as a facility but you have to pay extra. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options but there was an absolute chaos due to the amount of people staying in the hotel at the time. There’s often a long queue to wait for an available table and then you have to wait even longer for the staff to clean the table.
