Excellent hotel staff, very friendly and helpful and practical. Room was large, location is very central, some people worried about the streets but honestly it felt safe, just a little edgy like any big city such as New York or London's rowdy streets. Even with homeless people on the street, nobody talks to you or bothers you. Bedding, towels and room are very clean, and the staff cleans daily even if you don't want to.

It gets very noisy in the morning, the cleaning staff are loud, but also the downstairs area where the pool and cafe are is in the middle of the building's courtyard, so all the noise goes up to the rooms.

Returning visitor here. I had an excellent stay. Easy, secure and simple to book and pay and the prices can be very good especially if you book ahead. The room and the bathroom was elegant and clean. I booked the cheapest available room, since i was staying only for one night (i was traveling for work) and yet it had all i neaded. Air condition, tv, warm water and a good bathroom, plenty of clean towels, kind personell in the reception and in general a relaxing, quiet, clean atmosphere. You should be a little careful about the neighboring area though, especially if you have family.

I like the old and New style. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and beautiful style. 24/7 reception.

Breakfast could have been better. Rather charge more. Very simple. There are people in the neighborhood that are drugusers and you meet them. Just be aware of that. The pool on top is super nice and cool on hots days 🫶💪Thank you:)

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Athens, with close proximity to various transportation options, including the metro. It offers clean and comfortable accommodations, along with an average breakfast. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and cooperation, which is greatly appreciated.

The hotel lacks certain essential amenities, such as toiletries and a hairdryer.

Clean. Bathroom ok. Beds ok. Nice price. I liked the paintings on the wall. Tv and aircondition ok. Many and clean bathtowels. The personell in the reception was fine. The process with booking and paying was easy and without problems.

They should change the doors to the bathrooms and put real ones in order to have more privacy. It would also be a good idea to offer to the customers one-use slippers.

The location was good and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and museums.

Electrical outlets for charging devices were very few. 220 outlets were round and did not work with converters that were rectangular.

Liked the hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was good with a jacuzzi to top it off. The swimming pool was also a bonus. The area was a little sketchy and maybe not best part if town but overall had no problems.

I like eccentric places: filled with artwork and whimsy. They have a lot of amenities : a pool, central location: however have a map on hand with the location starred, these city streets are an unusual pattern and go out for a walk and you can get lost. Not too far from main cross streets. Beautiful.

Nothing to complain about: quiet, clean, small terrace was nice to relax and views of the city. I hope some investors come and fix up the beautiful architecture surrounding the hotel. Feel like this area is just waiting to be invested in. Reminded me of the theatre district in Manhattan in the 80’s before reinvestment took place.

The team at the hotel were all great and helped organise taxis for us when needed. We also needed to change the time of a car that was taking us to the airport that we booked through Booking.com. we couldn't amend the booking with booking.com as it had passed 24hrs but the guys at the hotel contacted the taxi company directly for us and got it changed. Its a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but it was clean and comfortable and had no complaints. We were only staying 1 night before going on a cruise so was ideal.

It was a shame that the outdoor areas were not in a state to use and were neglected. I did book this hotel as it showed a pool and sun beds which I thought would of been nice to use. There was also no restaurant as described, both assume had shut due to covid issues. You could get a 5 euro simple breakfast though.

A chic city escape in the heart of Athens. The renovated neoclassical building is beautifully restored, and the rooms are stylishly decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city's attractions. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for a memorable stay in Athens.
