The only bad thing about the hotel is the location, as the area is full of homeless people and drug users at night around the hotel, and you do not feel safe at all while walking. I advise everyone not to go out at night or order a taxi to and from the hotel through applications.

The staff was the best. They were so helpfull and attentive and kind, from the moment we arrived. They really went above and beyond to accommodate any concerns we had throughout our stay. The hotel is walking distance from archeological museum, and you can take a taxi to the accropolis, for under 10 euro.

Location is not great because, although it is close to attractions, it can get scary at night if you are traveling with family/children. You shouldn’t be walking around at night. This is the area in Athens where homeless people stay, and you find many people in the street who are clearly struggling with addiction. We managed by taking taxis during our stay, so it wasn’t a problem. Also, there is always a guard at the entrance, so we never felt unsafe.

Breakfast and dinner were fine. They are in the form of buffet tables, so everyone can choose what they like. I would appreciate a larger selection of meals, especially regarding fruits and vegetables, and more options for dinner. However, for me and my friends, a five-day stay with half board was enough and we did not go hungry and were satisfied. We still had lunch somewhere in a restaurant near the monuments. The rooms were always clean and tidy and we were given enough towels and hygiene products. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel staff. They were always very nice, accommodating and ready to help. Whether at the hotel reception or in the hotel restaurant, we always felt welcome and at ease.

What I really didn't like was the location of the hotel. Which I do not include in the rating, because it's not the hotel's fault. Especially in the evening (but also in the morning and at any time during the day) there are many strange people around - junkies, prostitutes and homeless people or dealers. That's why I recommend going back by taxi, especially in the evening. I also missed tourist shops so you will have to do your shopping elsewhere.

Everyone in the staff was incredibly nice, always friendly, available and will do their best to accommodate you. The room was clean and just big enough. Daily room cleaning with fresh sheets and towels. Great breakfast with typical Greek breakfast items with a beautiful view of the city. Less than 5 mins away from Omonia plaza, bus, metro, cheap Uber ride or a brisk walk will get you to most point of interest in the city. The noise isolation is fine, most sounds get filtered out apart from the very loud bike or truck. 10/10 would come again. 👍

The neighborhood isn't the greatest although nobody will bother you, it can appear shady. But the hotel is on a big 2x2 street making it much safer and lit up than the hotel situated in the smaller side streets.

We have had an amazing family time in Athens. The hotel was wonderful. It was really clean and elegant. The general atmosphere was extremely friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Service - helpful and friendly! Breakfast served on a rooftop was very fresh, tasty and varied. Underground 300m from the hotel. Overall, the hotel highly recommended! I would rate it 10/10 but...

Everyone mentions the location... The location itself would not be the worst. Every big city has areas like this one. We were here with three kids, no one would bug us but it simply didn't look attractive... Lots of homeless and drug addicts who were sleeping in the immediate vicinity of the hotel... that's something that the hotel should take care of. At least they should be relocated somewhere... The hotel loses its reputation which is sad because it's a really great hotel.

very small room, uncomfortable shower cubicle with insufficient protection against splashes in the bathroom, extremely poor lighting in the room above the bed which makes it impossible to read normally, disturbing noise in front of the elevator made by guests and none of the staff stops it, noise from the street under the window during the night made by homeless people and drug addicts

Great breakfast, very friendly staff and facilities were are all in good condition.

Location is not too far from the metro but at night it kind of getting uncomfortable going to the hotel as you have to walk through dark alleys with sketchy people. My sister and I were kind of scared of walking back at night time.

The location is good for the metro and the main station. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to start the day. The rooms are also a good size as is the balcony. I found the staff to be very friendly too.

The area is a little seedy looking at night, but I had no issues with the people in the street as they dont seem to bother tourists. The immediate locale of the hotel is fine, although quite busy with traffic as its on a main road.

The breakfast and the dinner was perfect. The stuff was helpful. Sum up, I was satisfied.

The neighbourhood of the accomodation was a bit fearful. There were a lot of homeless, and "ppl who make "businesses" at night" (the edge of the society). I guess this does not belong to the responsible of the hotel, but still not good for them in long term.

In general, I liked everything in the hotel, food, stuff, my room, the roof has a good view, etc.

The hotel is in one of the most unsafe districts in Athens, omonia, every time, when I pass by the streets around, I feel unsafe because of the homeless and addicted people who are in these Street
