Great location, close to lots of neighbourhoods and good food nearby. Metro station a 3 minute walk away. There is a small lift in the hotel. There is a small study/library and lounge area on the first floor, great for anyone working while travelling.

Our room wasn’t serviced two days in a row. We asked reception for fresh towels on the second day and explained the situation. The staff member we dealt with was quite defensive and appeared irritated, no apology. We found the interaction quite awkward and intimidating.

I booked this for one night only as I was booked on a coach trip that was leaving from Omonia Square. The location was therefore perfect for me. The staff allowed me to leave my suitcase early in the morning before my excursion which was much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the room and I particularly liked the big shower area - the shower was great. Overall, my stay was excellent and great value for money. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfort at this price point. It is also on a busy main road so it felt very safe but I didn’t find my room had traffic noise*. The fridge and kettle were a big bonus.

*It is no fault of the hotel but some “guests” simply don’t know how to behave in a considerate manner: Making so much noise late at night that you have to put earplugs in is disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The room was very quiet as well, which was great. Great facilities with kettle, little stove, a microwave, and an iron in the room, which is rare.

When we arrived late at night, there was a police van 2 streets away and lots of people taking drugs. We have been advised by the receptionist not to walk in that direction. Perhaps not the best first impression, that said, we avoided that street and did not feel unsafe.

The Location was practical. 5 minutes walking from Onodia station. The room had everything you need. Fridge, iron and ironing board, kettle etc. The team was polite and helpful. There was a neighbor that was very loud at night and after contacting the front desk they solved the situation within 2 minutes. Very polite lady in the breakfast room. As a front desk worker myself I recommend the hotel.

The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. But it wasn't a big deal for me. Just for future guests. Other than that, nothing.

The reception ladies were so helpful always on top of every single detail. Grandiela will welcome you to breakfast with a huge smile and she is so pleasant to talk to, always providing attentive service. This hotel deserves 5 stars because of the staff

i have mixed feelings about righting something bad, but, i feel the need to warn others. Omonia location is well known for pick pocket and petty theft, unfortunately, my phone was stolen from my backpack in a very profesional way, I never realized it happened until i walked into my room and saw the back pack open. This happened walking on the street, maybe stoping somewhere, like a street light or a shop, who knows. So I do recommend to carry your valuables in a bag or purse in front of you never on your back. This will avoid a bad experience and you will be fine and enjoy this beautiful city.

Central control panel in the room to control everything instead of traditional switches, the room has everything in it including a build in kitchen, couldn't find pan and cutlery because we did not cook, wet and dry bathroom separated and a safety locker enough to put me and my husband's pc laptop and other things, a big big mirror which I love. Not to mentioned I enjoy their included breakfast with my booking. Lovely yogurt and sausages is my favourite.

We had a flushing problem in our toilet I guess that needed fixing.

Great location, very close to 2 metro stations and hop on buses on Omonia Square.In the hotel we had everything we needed and would stay again. There are 2 great bakery stores on the square, real heaven with very tasty breads, greek cakes and pastries. Direct Metro line to Pireus port for islands day away.The location for me was really the best to expore the city and suburbs.

The area is very busy and loud but I was expecting that but me and my son felt safe walking the main road, even in the evening when dark.

Located 1-2 mins from metro station and pretty close to central Athens by foot. The setup pf the room was superb and pretty clean too. I specifically adored it's bathroom. Cozy room overall and not too noizy provided it's one of athens' most trafficked roads. Personnel was also too helpful.

I have to say the room said double bed, instead i found twin beds joint together. Personally for me it wasnt a big deal since I am used to be sleeping on a single bed.but the void created in the middle might be bit unconfy for some or many. The main problem was air conditioning which couldn't be controlled manually, hard setted to 25 degrees which again wasn't a big deal for me at the time. But I like to have control of my room's temperature for sure.

Excellent value! The location is great - just a few mins from Omonia Metro - and for the price, the room was super comfortable. The Acropolis, Monistaraki and Syntagma are all very close. Breakfast was delicious, and the young woman working in the breakfast room was so lovely and friendly! Staff at reception were very friendly and professional, too. Go for it if - like me - you need something affordable, yet don't want to share a hostel room with strangers!

Minor thing is that tea/coffee isn't provided in rooms even though kettle and cups are, but it's no big deal for me really.

It was new , near Stadiou and Athina roads which all lead to the main areas of Athens . The rooms were bright and comfortable and the shower pressure was great . It’s not 5 star but you aren’t paying 5 star money so not sure why so many bad reviews online . The breakfast was great and included in the room rate and the staff are all lovely and very helpful .
