We stayed in Athenes 3.5 days with 2 kids (4+2 years) and enjoyed our stay in this hotel / apartment. Very nice room, clean and spacious. Albert, who met us for check-in, was very helpful and very welcoming throughout our stay. Close to the sights, 10 min walk to public transport. For the price we paid, definitely met our expectations (or even beyond).

For those who have difficulties with hills, then I might be challenging to walk up and down the streets. For us, even with kids, it was ok.

A modern, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment with super comfy beds. We had the first floor apartment at the rear of the building which was very quiet. It had a large sunny terrace with 2 sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs which was a nice surprise in a city centre location. The apartment is within walking distance of all the major sights and close to restaurants and Syngrou-Fix metro station. A big thank you to Albert who was a brilliant concierge. He met us at the property, showed us round the apartment and gave us great advice about local amenities. I would definitely book this apartment again and would recommend it to friends visiting Athens.

The kitchenette, although well equipped, had limited work top space for preparing food and the fridge was very small.

Albert was incredibly helpful. He had great recommendations and gave us loads of great advice. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with lovely historical features. It is situated close to many restaurants and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis and museum. The sheets were a lovely quality, and the facilities were awesome. It's a stunning apartment. We loved our stay.

It's situated up a steep hill so you need to be fit. A smart TV would be good as there were no English speaking channels. A nespresso would be great as we didn't want to buy a whole bag of ground beans for the coffee filter for 3 nights. These are just suggestions as we loved our stay.

The property is located in a very close convenient location in the heart of it all. It was very clean and spacious. The staff were great! Very helpful and gave us all the do’s and dont’s of the area upon arrival.

The AC unit never seemed to keep up with the heat even after it ran all day. Room stayed hot enough it was difficult to sleep. The bed was very stiff. Seems to be more common in Europe where we either get an extremely comfortable bed or a stiff one.

Excellent service from Albert who advised us on local restaurants and gave us great recommendations. The water filter fountain was an amazing addition to the property. Really glad for the safe box and the super comfy bed too.

Wifi connection could be better as we struggled to use it at times. Not sure if that has to do with us being in the basement or too many people from the other apartments trying to connect at once.

This was a fantastic little apartment. The host meet us onsite with the keys and was very flexible with a change of arrival time, as well as giving us a small induction to the area which was fantastic. The apartment was huge and had plenty of space, it was beautifully clean and was well fitted out with a mini kitchen if you did end up staying a few days. It was minutes walk from great restaurants and right at the centre of some of the beautiful sites of Athens. Great stay would highly recommend.

Great, tasteful modern finishings throughout the apartment. The use of the lounge as a kids bedroom worked really well and was organised nicely by the hotel. The neighborhood is excellent for good restaurants (non-touristy) and the proximity to the Parthenon is great while still being separated from more touristy parts of Athens.

The sensitive local noise laws combined with the weak noise proofing of the the building made it difficult to manage sound with our small kids. It worked fine for us though and we’d still recommend the place and go back. Perhaps better use of the courtyard can be made - a simple breakfast offering?

Great apartment in a quiet and safe area of Athens that is very close to restaurants, shops and the acropolis. The apartment was very modern and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay . The hosts were very communicative and allowed us to check in very early which was great on a hot day in Athens . Albert was very helpful with recommendations and helping us organize our trip. The bed was very comfortable ! Given the location and price we would definitely stay here again

Nothing , it was a perfect stay

Located on a beautiful leafy residential street, ideally close to the Acropolis and other key places to visit and super neighbourhood restaurants and bars. Staff are warm and very hospitable, giving excellent tips of where’s good to have a drink and eat. We found the bed and bedding very comfortable, and the size of our bedroom was great; nice and spacious with high ceiling. There was a water filter at the property which was a really useful thing to have access too.

Really nice, spacious apartment, newly renovated and fresh. Also the hallway and the whole building is renovated. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Host Albert is the nicest guy! Athens residence has few apartments in that building and they have a small office in the lobby. During our stay Albert was there few hours every day, and it's really nice that someone is there and easy to reach if needed, as mostly when you book an apartment you might not even see the hosts. We love Koukaki area, it is really interesting and nice neighbourhood, and we knew it's a small walk to Monastiraki and the most central parts of Athens. So for us the location is perfect. Good value for money and would stay again.
