Nice room

There were constructions being made opposite the hotel from 7 am. It's not the hotel's responsibility and the reception informed right away. The hotel offered free coffee next morning. I feel they could have offered more: ex. Discount or possibility of free cancellation.

Located in the heart of vibrant Koukaki, this amazing spot offers unparalleled convenience. Restaurants, transportation, convenience stores, bakeries, artisan food shops, coffee shops, and attractions are all just a 2-15 minute walk away. The area is brimming with fantastic dining options, making it a traveller & food lover’s paradise! We booked the deluxe apartment, which was incredibly spacious, bright, and offered a view directly overlooking the main road. It was equipped with all the facilities one could need for a comfortable stay. Note- while there is a coffee bar on-site, breakfast is not served there. However, arrangements are made with a nearby restaurant just a few meters away. Keep in mind that the breakfast menu there is quite limited and remains the same throughout the week. For the best experience, consider skipping the breakfast add-on, as there are numerous excellent options just a 2-10 minute stroll away. Will definitely stay at COHORT KOUKAKI.

Everything was superb! The breakfast at a nearby cafe was extremely delicious and staff was so kind and helpful. Our room at the property was spotless. We also had 2 bottles of water in the fridge which we appreciated since we arrived late at night. There were also coffee pods and tea bags. The property is a 5-10 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and only a 3-5minute walk to the nearest bus / tram stop.

I cannot fault anything, but if I have to be really picky, I'd only mention that the heating is centrally controlled and since we felt extremely warm, we slept with the window slightly open although it was December. It was a pity that this could not be controlled from the AC in the room.

Beautiful room, clean and attractive hotel very close to the attractions. Our airport transfer didn't show and the lovely woman at reception helped us call them and organise another way to the airport.

Everything was fantastic. We booked and paid through booking.com and the only somewhat negative was that the hotel emailed me a bill when we returned home which was confusing. I chased it up and they clarified it was just for their records but I had a bit of worry until it was sorted, so maybe they could ensure their bill says paid and zero it out.

- Clean, nicely-furnished place with great surprises (e.g. Yoga mat in the room). - the staff is very friendly and takes its time to give you good insights about the Athens - cosy common work space on the ground floor - access to the hotel by pin code which makes late arrivals very simple - central location in Athens and close to good restaurants and bars

- Unfortunately, not all rooms are a good match for noise sensitive sleepers (i am one of those, i could hear the traffic of the road behind another building and the entrance door when opened). However, the work colleague travelling with me told me that it was silent in his room. Therefore: If you are similar as I am - it might make sense to let the hotel staff know in advance so that they can give you a calmer option...

Conveniently located hotel with modern and clean rooms. It has a cool vibe throughout. All the staff member were friendly and helpful. Loved the olive oil shampoo and body wash, really nice! And the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Also, the mini kitchen was a helpful amenity and so was the bar top table table with two chairs--perfect for a quick meal or take out. The desk was roomy and with the good internet speed, it was easy to work. Overall a wonderful experience! One thing I want to point out about the breakfast, which is located in the nearby "It's Loco" cafe, be aware it only starts at 9am. Maybe make other plans if you have to travel or have meetings. But if you have the time, try it out, great service and fresh & tasty food.

We had problems with the AC. It kept turning off automatically after about 2 to 3 hours, which made for a warm night in this hot summer. Don't know whether this was an energy saving feature of the AC or just a malfunction.

Good location and safe area however, one should bear in mind that in order to get to the area of Monastiraki square you need approx. 20-minute walk. This did not bother us, as we like to walk a lot. Breakfasts in a nearby restaurant were great, nevertheless, it would be nice to have 1-2 more meat options (especially if someone stays more than 2 nights).

It turned out that the air conditioning in the hotel does not work in the "traditional" way. The heating is set centrally, and even when the air conditioning is not turned on at all, warm air blows out of it anyway... However, the staff provided me with an additional fan, so the problem was solved and I was able to sleep comfortably :)

The location: a 2-minute walk to Fix metro station. A 10-minute walk to Acropolis Museum/Plaka area. Taxi bay very close by. Good neighbourhood. Very quiet street. Apartment: 3B. Fully equipped kitchen, ample terrace with table and chairs, spacious. Lift. Staff: very kind. A big thanks to Mary, she was wonderful.

Many plants in the terrace, so many mosquitos. It was not possible to sit there. Bed sheets not of a very good quality. Half of the matress did not have a matress protector. Sofa bed uncomfortable for an adult/teenager. It was fine for our daughter, but definetely not for an adult. Safe too small. Doesn't fit a laptop or large tablet. A/C worked OK as it wasn't very hot, but had to keep the temperature to 17° to keep the place cool. Not sure if those units would cool enough during hot weather. No frying pan, but everything else was available and worked fine.

The main area/lobby of the hotel closes after 6-7 pm and outside of the room there’s nowhere to go and sit within the building. I had a few work meetings while my Partner also had work calls, and I had to sit on the stairs to complete those because outside of the room There’s nowhere to go after they close. It’d be nice if at least one of those desks/tables could be available to guests after hours.

As for the view- it’s not the property’s fault. There was construction across the street and it was a complete building tear down. If I go back next gear, staying in the same room, I’m sure the view will be spectacular. The location of the place is PERFECT! Everything I need (food, pharmacy, market) was a 5 min walk from the hotel. And then all the historic sites were about 20 min walk. And acropolis is a 6 min walk. Location just can’t be beat!

We bought a breakfast package, but we didn’t get a reminder at check-in so we completely forgot about it (it’s served off site). Which wasn’t a big deal at all because there were plenty of options around the hotel and given our sight seeing schedule, it was probably better this way. The hotel refunded us so that worked out nicely for us.
