There's not really anything to complain about...

We were surprised by how good this place was! All the furniture and equipment are of a really high standard and far exceeded our expectations. The location is an 8-minute walk from the center, which was perfect for us. It allowed us to easily visit the city during the day and enjoy a good night's sleep at the end of the day, without the noise you would encounter if you stayed in the Ermou area.

The facilitites were excellent. The decor was spooky. Especially scarey for the kids, but for the grownups as well. Unfortunate that it was so off-putting when the rooms themselves were fine.

Get rid of the scary skeleton pictures and other Halloween-like "art." Some of the furniture also was less than comfortable. :Chairs and sofa felt like used furniture.

Overall, my review of Bespoke House Athens is highly positive. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay very welcoming. The room itself was lovely, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, the weather in mid to late March was amazing, adding to the enjoyment of the trip. Furthermore, the location of the accommodation wasn't too far from central Athens, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Bespoke House Athens to others looking for a pleasant stay in Athens.

One aspect that I found slightly inconvenient was that the shower room was located within the bedroom itself. While this setup may offer some privacy concerns for some guests, it didn't pose a major issue during my stay. However, it's worth noting for those who prefer separate bathroom facilities. Additionally, the lack of a small wardrobe in the room made it slightly challenging to organize my belongings. These were minor issues and didn't greatly affect my overall enjoyment of the accommodation. I would still recommend Bespoke House Athens to others looking for a pleasant stay in the city.

The stay in the place was very good and without problems, the building is quiet and the room is cleaned daily if required. Extras such as water, tea or coffee are available for free, there is even a Pacman machine at the bottom of the stairs. Konstatinos was super nice to us and gave us a much bigger room with a terrace which we were very grateful for. He also pointed us to some nearby places for dinner, Seychelles was one of them and I highly recommend it as it is a nice place and the food is delicious. The distance to the center, monasteraki and Placa is 20-25 minutes walking, straight ahead. We never used public transportation, although there is a subway station a few blocks away. If you want to enjoy Athens, it is a good place to stay.

Everything was quite correct, no complaints at all

The location is a bit shady. Also, the apartment interior was quite different from the photos. It was still a nice place but not fitting to our taste

A brilliant apartment. Very clean, modern, spacious. Lovely bathroom facilities and a nice shower. Comfy bed. The private pool on the balcony was fabulous to have, to go back to the room and have a bit of relaxation amongst city site seeing. Host was very helpful and sent us a lot of recommendations of places to eat and visit.

Although the place is quite centrally located (within a 7 minute walk of the main areas) you do have to walk through a bit of a rough area for 5 mins to get to/from the main area. Not that we had any issues at all, but I wouldn’t have wanted to walk that alone, especially at night. But that aside, its location is good and we didn’t need to use public transportation at all, everything was in walking distance.

The property was excellent - quite unusual and a bit quirky, but in a really good way. The beds were supremely comfortable and the bathroom was great and had two showers, so really handy for families with younger children!

Nothing really - the only thing I would mention is that the parking facility wasn't great. It was very secure, but quite tricky to get in and out of, especially when full. There was however plenty of parking on the surrounding streets, where we could have parked if we hadn't had all our possessions in the car and therefore needed something more secure.

Great room, good design (kids enjoyed the net in the junior suite), very comfortable and spacious bathroom, the room was nice and cool at night, very good beds, located close to metro but very easily walkable to important tourist sites, friendly staff, easy to reach for questions or last minute change of plans, free water/coffee/tea, good advice on where to go, etc…

Nothing the hotel could help, but the adjacent park and streets did not make us feel 100% comfortable walking around with young children in the evening: quite a few people were hanging around in the park doing drugs, we couldn’t help but notice needles and other drug related items in the park and on the streets around it… To be fair: no one actually bothered us, but still, the perception remains…

(1) It was clean and tidy and (2) central. (3) Nicely designed , quite quirky and fun with the hammock etc and (3) Netflix was free which we greatly appreciated with everything well considered. (4) Excellent comms and response to enquiries such as when I couldn’t figure out the safe mechanism.

(1) The traffic noise was super loud at night but you can’t fix that unless you install triple glazing (2) the light in the outer hallway came through the glass window into our apartment so we woke up when people who stayed above us came back late and put the light on. (3)The lift was super small and we couldn’t figure out how to get it to open at the top so in a panic about getting stuck we came back down and used the stairs.(4) location is abit run down and looked abit dangerous when we first arrived but we got used to it quickly and it seemed safe.
