The breakfast buffet could have been more diverse. The bread was good.

Pastries were overly greasy. On the first day, we couldn’t find a table for breakfast and had to wait for 10 minutes. The female service staff could smile a bit more; she seemed a bit tense. The coffee could have been better.

The location is great, the staff is lovely and warm and helpful. Fabulous, comfortable mattresses. Clean rooms. A nice heated pool area and spa, which is a perk. Good breakfast options.

I absolutely hate the fake ecological concept which essentially means there are things that are there for show but thoroughly uncomfortable. Cardboard-like toilet paper and tissues, laser-cut hangers that are hard to pull off the clothing bar and hurt your hand, terrible temperature control issues which meant I hot a frozen shoulder and neck at night because it kept resetting from heating mode to cool... small dark claustrophobic rooms.

Nice room, good size. Importantly the bed was comfortable and there was an excellent shower. Staff very helpful and suggested a breakfast bag when I had to leave earlier than breakfast. There was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Had dinner there the first evening as arrived late, limited menu but more than adequate selection that was well priced .The pasta and shrimp was delicious. Good location in central Athens.

Due to the hotel being across two buildings it is going up and down stairs or in different lifts to get to the bedrooms and restaurant. It was fine but perhaps not so great if you have mobility issues.

This hotel is a hidden gem, very comfortable, amazing and very helpful staff who were super supportive and always smiling! The room is spacious and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a quaint balcony! The mattresses are as advertised and even better! It is situated in a super nice and elegant neighborhood, with a diversity of restaurants surrounding it and many shops for some afternoon shopping and a wide selection of Greek designers to buy from. The hotel is within walking distance from many touristic venues such as Lycabettus Hill, Ermou street, Plaka, Syntagma square...

Everything was perfect!

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Amenities included in the room were high quality and the room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned. The addition of hand sanitiser around the hotel was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way they could. The freshly squeezed orange juice and strawberry juice were standouts.

The air conditioning ran too hot and it wasn't possible to turn the temperature down lower than the preset limit. The fridge also turned off when the keycard was removed from the wall which was an inconvenience if we wanted to keep our drinks cooled.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Both the facilities and the staff exceeded our expectations. Initially, it was a bit challenging to find our way around, but we quickly got the hang of it. We asked for a couple of restaurant recommendations, and both of them turned out to be great choices. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and fresh juices, and it was nice to have a drink at the restaurant in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing. The pool was large enough for swimming laps every day.

Our room was a bit dark with the curtains closed, and when they were open, we faced the security camera of the opposite building. I believe the issue was specific to our room, and other rooms shouldn't have the same problem. T The steam room is not functioning properly. When you step out of the pool, the floor becomes slippery, which is dangerous for people working out at the gym.

Great location, fantastic beds and helpful staff!

The restaurant was an hour or so into last order when we decided to go, but it took us 1.5 hours to get a greek salad and fried courgettes which were nearly burned. We ordered a pizza as well which we eventually sent back as it seemed precooked and simply reheated, hence cold when it came to us. The only waiter at that time and the next morning staff at reception however were really nice and when we explained the situation they comped the entire meal

All Cocomat hotels are high quality and very tastefully decorated and Jumelle is no exception. Staff is lovely and helpful. The room a good size with a super comfortable bed, several different pillows to choose from all from natural materials. Huge shower room, an excellent selection of products. A Nespresso machine with cups and a water cooker and tea is provided. Also a bag with drinks is provided. Restaurant and terras very nice, Swimmingpool is indoor and not too big. I booked a room with balcony which is very nice. My room looked on a side street which wasn't very inspiring and a little noisy from the street. All in all an absolute perfect comfortable stay.

About the position, the hotel is located in Kolonaki area: central, comfortable and elegant. It is not far from Syntagma Square, where you can get the metro; the hotel has a supermarket at the opposite side of the street and a good restaurant, “Me Kolonaki”, to have breakfast or brunch, at two minutes of walking; and with other three minutes, you can reach “Da Capo Cafè”, a perfect place for a pleasant stop. About the hotel itself and the services, it has rooms wide enough to receive a couple with two big luggages; they are clean and very comfortable; the shower in the middle of the room is particular but elegant. At your arrival, the staff is always smiling and they offer you a little bag with appreciated gifts: free water, various drinks and a pair of slippers. One of our favorite items is the bathrobe, which you can find in the room together with the towels.

Excellent Boutique hotel with all necessary facilities. Breakfast was really great with one exception on the coffee machine...on the other hand, the, there is fresh orange juice..! Room, though small, but very well equipped with coffee machine, fridge, safe and more. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

The only disadvantage, more according to my wife...😊 is the distance to the center of the city, 20 min walk. When it is cold or hot it might be an issue, however you can take Uber.
