We liked everything concerning the property. Location is really very good. Less than 5 min walk to many of the attractions, hop-buses, etc. Pantheon entry is 17 min :) The overall idea to convert whole building floor into descent apartments with all the code accesses and business flow details is very good. We liked all and I'll not repeat all already said. Now, about some not that positive moments, which might appear and cannot be considered as property issue. Generally speaking, traffic and parking in downtown Athens is a VERY specific story. While traffic specifics are bearable with some extra attention, active dynamic defensive driving and behavioral analysis of the low flying mopeds around :) finding a parking spot requires experience, reconnaissance and propitiation sacrifice to the god of parkings, which overall, we, the first time visitors to Athens don't have :) Don't underestimate :) Yes, there is a parking in the same building. Yes, in most cases, it will probably be fine. But there is a black dressed prophet of the god of parkings on your way that you have to pass. Obviously I was a sinner and I was not the chosen one :) My sin is called citroen berlingo and especially its height of 1.8m doomed it out of parking heaven. So if you are driving something different than sedan or smaller crossovers stay alerted. Until you pass your vehicle's keys to the prophet, you are not safe. Yes, in most of the parkings in Athens you will be asked to give your keys so the vehicle can be tetris-ed around the place. If you don't fit to this place, you have to continue straight ahead down the street. Turn left at the junction and keep the right lane (where might be already a queue). In less than 100m there is another parking (not the cheapest one at all) which have open space and can accommodate higher vehicles. This maneuver could cost you about 45min if you are unlucky enough.

The room in the aparthotel, located two blocks from Syntagma Square, exceeded all our expectations. Two elevators, friendly staff ready to answer all questions, lockers for luggage in case you arrived a little early - it's all there. By the way, early check-in was not a problem either :) The room has absolutely everything you need for life: from a refrigerator to glasses, from zoned lighting to comfortable pillows and a mattress, from a cool balcony to fluffy towels. If you are looking for a cozy place in the very center of Athens - this is the place for you!

I am a frequent traveller and I have to say that this has been one of my best stays ever. The facility is like a hotel but with fully equipped kitchen and amenities. Quality furniture and stylish design, little extras like slippers, coffee capsules were really appreciated. The balcony was amazing and the attention to details was impressive - like the number of plugs and usb sockets around the room, which made smart-working even easier. Sparkling clean and friendly staff too, an amazing location right in the center of Athens and a 5min walk from the metro. Highly recommended, would come back anytime.

If I have to suggest one thing to make the rooms "even more perfect", would be a better soundproofing for the doors. The rooms themselves have a very good soundproofing from the thick walls and the glass door but the doors can be improved as you can hear the closing of the doors and the people walking and talking in the corridor. Little detail, but can ruin a sleep especially in the weekends.

First off all stuff was definitelly gorgeous with knowledge and emphaty However its apartment but you really get good infos and advises and recomends like in a hotel front desk or concierge without any expectations. Their management system works wery well (dont check your booking account last day like me after you make your booking cause they need infos for registiration) From the out door to the room door they really did great job for travelers (the lockers for get rid of your things and walk arround until check in and wc) At the room all items were working fine (especially mini fridge is chronic in all places but was perfectly working fine) there were hair dryer coffee machine kettle electric stove and kitchen equipment. Wİ Fİ was really good and bathroom was clean and nice Housekeeping were very good also Location is just perfect Close to everywhere like touristy spots transportation etc. Aircon works was fine.... Only negative i can tell was No central heating it could be better comparing aircon (during for winter time) and the matress was too soft (ofcourse it my opinion) Thanks for everything

No doubt this is a very comfortable place to stay in Athens. Has all the needed facilities, super comfortable bed, easy self check in, great location. Bathroom and shower absolutely fantastic.

Generally not sure the price is accurate for the value, but this is now the case across all of Greece and Athens. The studio is really tiny. It was a bit dusty in corners and walls have lots of marks. The exit sign above the door gives a lot of light at night which may be disturbing to some. In general, however, nothing to really complain about. If you look for solid accommodation in Athens, this is the right one.

- Great location! - Decor was pretty chic and modern. - Staff were nice. - Toilet was good. - We liked the soaps - We liked that this was an apartment style hotel - you can live like you’re at home.

- We wish that there was a shower door. - Water splashed everywhere when we were using the shower and we were being careful too! - The AC kept dripping as we were sleeping. - Lack of full length mirror - There was only one washer/dryer for the entire hotel and it wasn’t even on our floor! It would be great if there was at least one other washer/dryer on the 7th floor.

We only spent one night in the suite on our way back from an Aegean island to take a flight back home the next day. it was perfect for one night for a family of four but i would not choose it for a longer stay. If it's just two people it is perfect for longer stays but I think a family would be a bit cramped to stay here a week. In any case for our one night it was perfect as it is ideally located in city centre, walking distance to everything, food, drinks, sights. Great view of Acropolis from the veranda. Very clean, nice bathroom and toiletries and towels. Stoked with some coffee and cold water in the fridge when we arrived so we felt very welcome.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and a bit cramped.

Location was great. 10-15 min walk to most places as well as great restaurants etc. Metro Syntagma was a 3 min walk as well as the X95 bus, both of which connect direct to the airport. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean and we loved having a little kitchenette. Great shower with good (albeit small) towels, great water pressure and lovely Olive Era products. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Luggage storage after check out is secure and large and there's a convenient and clean toilet to freshen up in before leaving. We would definitely stay here again!

My one and only gripe is that there was only one mirror in the room, which was located in the bathroom. Another mirror on a wall or in the cupboard door would have been great.

The property was situated right in the center of Athens and has an excellent location. Every attraction in the city is pretty much walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has great facilities and functional WiFi. I sometimes use my personal laptop for work overseas, so this was important to me, and I had no issues with it. If you will plan on using a personal computer, I do recommend bringing an internet cable with you, or buying one from one of the shops close by, as there is a connection in the apartment that can be used to use the WiFi at full speed. The property was very clean and tidy upon arrival, with daily maintenance, and very comfortable. Initially intended on traveling with another person, but ended up traveling solo. It would definitely be better to stay with another person in the apartment however, it is not bad for solo either. Recommended for travelers coming to tour Athens (as opposed to using it as a launching pad for other areas of Greece).

Superb hotel in the heart of Athens. Perfectly located to go to/from the airport at its just 50mts from Syntagma Square where the X95 bus arrives. The room was beautifully decorated, big size, with top-quality beds and a kitchen. Big bathroom with a top shower. It seems it has been recently refurbished. Andreas, the reception manager, was very kind and helpful. They provide with lockers so you can leave your luggage after the check out. This hotel made our stay very pleasant and I will for sure recommend it to friends and relatives. The pice/quality seemed to be unbeatable in Athens. We loved it! PS: WIFI worked extremely well.
