Neighborhood is quiet, felt safe, and not super touristy. There are a few restaurants a couple blocks away; if you want more options you need to walk further. The room has a small but well-equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals yourself, or reheat leftovers. The room was clean and attractive, and everything worked fine. The room had a small deck that looked over the street, and we enjoyed having breakfast there. The owner provided clear instructions about how to check in and get the key, and was helpful with instructions about how to get there from the airport. The room was stocked with instant coffee, and a few basics (sugar, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar) and there was some candy for us when we arrived, which we appreciated.

No major complaints. It is an uphill walk from the metro station, which might be longer than some people would like. The mattress seemed like it was getting a little bit saggy. Of course, we had jet lag so we probably wouldn't have slept very well regardless of the bed!

The room was compact, clean and comfy. There is a variety of kitchen stuff in there (utensils, electric kettle, toaster, oil/salt/pepper), and also iron and hair dryer. So everything you need for your everyday life is included. The place was secure and quiet enough, it wasn’t scary to be in that area in the late night. Thanks to the owner for always being it touch! Hope to visit you again someday!

Maybe some of the towels (big ones) should be changed due to their condition. Nothing else to add :)

So clean, so private, so quiet, so cozy, and so comfortable. It's perfect for couple who want to have some relax after a long day. It's close to the most of the public transportation, to the local restaurants, minimarket, and touristic area (Acropolis, Olympic Stadium, Parliament Building, Museums, Teleferik, etc). I mean it just perfect! And of course, the host is very warm and easy to reach whenever you need a help... We're looking forward to comeback to Athens🔥 Greeting from Belgium🇧🇪

Uhmmm nothing. Everything is perfect! Maybe only the bed that in future needs to upgrade to the more steady one. It's a lil bit noisy when you move while you're lying... but overall it's really perfecet!

Great place in Athens, only 2 metro stops from citycenter, 1 stop from the Akropolis, and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We loved the closeness to restaurants and the local feeling without noise and still being close to everything. Aircondition was great in the greek summerheat. Clean place, all the necessary things, a bit small the apartment but quiet, central and communication with Lazlo was really excellent and very helpful!

the price was very good, it was quiet and easy to access, though there’s a lot to improve to feel more comfortable

the rooms need a bit of a renovation (the walls have many stains, the mattress is not comfortable and the towels need to be changed)

The location is really convenient and easy check in process. Overall we had a nice stay.

Some small issues the property owner could easily address are the following: The toilet works but it takes more than 10 min to refill the water tank. The kitchen is nice but the frying pans are really scratched and need replacing and also having some basic ingredients like salt & pepper would be great.

Good, quiet neighbourhood. Good bed. Nice warm room with everything you would need for a short term stay. If staying longer, could use few additional things.

No washing machine and poor sound isolation from other rooms. Fortunately, noisy neigbours stayed only 2 days. Alos, stained carpet in hallway and no vacuum cleaner to clean your space if staying a bit longer.

The location is great. This is a quiet neighborhood with all the facilities (e.g. supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and still close to the city centre. Excellent contact with the host Laszlo. There is all you could need for a shorter or longer stay (e.g. dishes, spices) I highly recommend choosing this place during your stay in Athens!

The place was less than a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis in a quiet residential area Beautiful courtyard (with tables and chairs) and also a well kitted out kitchenette in the room, which was well laid out room with everything you might need (including some shower gel). Contactless check in and check out. Host offered his friend's cafe nearby if you needed somewhere to leave your luggage for the day.

The aircon and TV remotes looked a bit dusty (could do with a good clean). The kettle (only appliance I used) was a bit dusty as well.

We like the location very much. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and public transportation close by. We don’t like staying in a very touristic area so this place was perfect for us. it’s a walking distance to the acropolis museum and acropolis itself. The owner answered all of questions quickly and also helped us in making our stay more comfortable with the bed and the WiFi. He was very accommodating.

Despite the clear house rules, there was people staying in the same floor who was loudly on their phone after 8pm. People tend to forget that they are not in their home and traveling means also respecting other people. This happened on our last night so we were lucky.
