Everything was amazing. The apartment is big and even has a living room. There is a rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Everything is reachable within a few walking minutes and they even have a discount on the brunch spot next to the apartment, which is one of the best in Athens. John is always available - he helps and gives recommendations whenever requested. We would definitely choose it again when visiting Athens.

The only thing which we missed was a window in the bedroom. We slept with the door open and the bedroom has an AC but the air was stuffy in the morning which impacted our sleep.

Wow, I’m so happy I found this hotel. The room was so nice, perfectly decorated, clean and spacious. We loved the rooftop and the hospitality provided by the staff. They sent us a list of their favorite spots in the city and we were blown away. We cancelled our fancy dinner reservation and stuck to the list they sent us upon check in. Best food and drinks we had during our whole stay in Greece. The restaurant next door, Usurum, was also incredible and I wanted to eat there every day. Cannot wait to go back and stay here again. Incredible location while still tucked away and quiet. They also provided us with a complimentary bottle of Greek wine, two bottles of water each day and nespresso pods! Truly a perfect stay.

This place was absolutely perfect! The host was super friendly and even sent us some of his favorite restaurants and bars in Athens. The apartment is located in a very cool and hip area with soooo many great restaurants nearby, it's hard to choose just a few! The room itself was so beautiful looking, really gorgeous interior design. As the area can get quite noisy, the room is equipped with double windows which make sure that you don't hear a thing from the street below! On the top of the building, there is also a very cute terrace, where you can relax, look at the stars and drink a bottle of wine. We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through, but the next time we are in Athens, we are definitely staying here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very tastefully decorated rooms. Bohemian chic style. Natural materials. Lamps with soft light. Large and comfy double bed. Very clean and nice bathroom. And an absolutely adorable little roof terrace! A very tasty breakfast package (with some 10 variants) is offered from the super cozy restaurant next door. The open sandwich with avocado and halloumi is to die for! Aswell as the fresh orange juice, the coffees, the scrambled eggs and yoghurt with fresh fruits. The staff at Ederlezi is also super-friendly and service-minded. They keep in contact both before and during your stay, making sure that everything is allright. Provide you with super-clear info on the automated check-in. When we needed to book an extra night (and Ederlezi was fully booked) they instantly arranged with a room at their sister property, and smoothly arranged with the baggage transfer while we were away on a day-trip to Hydra. All in all, this is a wonderful little place to stay!

There’s nothing I didn’t like, but if I might suggest something it would be to put a flower pot or two on the balcony, creating the same cozy feel as up on the roof terrace

Where to start Savvas went above and beyond with assisting my request for taxi, luggage hold., as well as providing a lovely list of food stops and evening drinks. But what a little gem in the heart of the city. Room was clean and comfortable with option of a/c or ceiling fan that the was from olive tree. There was double window at the far end of the room near the bathroom that was a nice. They had earbuds if you needed extra peace and quiet. But I'll be honest i heard nothing from the hassle and bussle on Saturday evening. I look forward to staying here again!

One of the best options we ever made! The room was extraordinary, spotless clean, comfortable and cozy! It’s even better than the images! Everything was brand new and had many extras offered to us, including bottled water everyday in the room, nespresso machine and coffee, a bottle of wine! Savvas is an amazing, friendly and helpful host! I would recommend it 100%! It is located in the heart of Psyris area, with dozens of options for food, drinks and coffee! Excellent choice! And value for money!

Savvas was outstanding - could not have been more helpful,pleasant or communicative. Property very well located for access to major highlights of Athens, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and two Metro stations if one wants to venture further or access airport or port. This small boutique hotel is beautifully laid out with great attention to detail in the various rooms. A welcoming complimentary bottle of house-branded wine and several bottles of water set the tone in a major city in which one often has to pay for every amenity.

Not the most comfortable mattress in the main bedroom and the noise from adjacent bars and restaurants a little disconcerting

In such a good location, close to all the sights and sounds of Athens. Great food and drink nearby. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful they were absolutely amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The facilities in the room were great. The roof terrace was really cute. When I come back to Athens I will 100% book here again.

It was rather noisy when people went up and down the stairs. Any noise in the corridor was very loud but it didn’t happen too late at night or too early on the morning and didn’t take away from my stay at all.

Property was excellently maintained, our room was very clean and well made up. (reception) staff was super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions before and during the trip. Furthermore, there is a large rooftop Terrance that you can make use of with a very nice view. Lastly the hotel is very well located in a very lively street. This does mean that there is a lot of noise during the evening/night, but the hotel has everything it can to minimize this problem (double windows/doors) and provides earplugs for light sleepers, as a result we had no noise problems!

Great place to stay! The rooms look beautiful en are very clean. The hotel is in Psyri neighbourhood, with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby (you don't have any issues with noises, it's quiet) and 10min walking distance from Monesteraki. There's a rooftop where you can relax. Staff is great, good service (gave us umbrella's when it was raining, gave dinner and drinks recommandations (which were very good)).
