The breakfast concept works great! You put a list on your door and a box with the breakfast is delivered at the time you have choosen. Most of the rooms are sound proofed which is great since this is a busy city. The roof terrace is amazing, especially in the evening with the view of Acropolis.

The room "Cloud Nine" is not as well sound proofed as the others. If that does not bother you then it is a great stay since it has it's own private terrace and jacuzzi! Others have noted that the entrance was a bit hard to find, I agree, but they offer images and instructions through WhatsApp prior to the visit so you should have no real trouble.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They helped us book transfers to and from the hotel prior to our arrival and had some wonderful suggestions on things to do in the area. We stayed in the rooftop terrace room. It was very private and had its own hot tub and patio. The views of the Acropolis at night were beautiful. We had an early flight in the morning and they packed breakfast for us to take with us. This boutique hotel was adorable!

The rooftop terrace room does not have an elevator. It is accessed via a winding metal staircase. We were able to carry five bags up with a little effort, but some people might have a problem with it. The staff did offer to do the carrying for us. The privacy and views from this room definitely made it worth the climb.

The building is really lovely and the people that work there are so nice and accommodating. The room was a great size and the bathroom was really spacious. The breakfast was delicious!! We didn’t go to the rooftop but if we came back that is a wonderful feature.

The ac thing wasn’t very strong so the room got a bit stuffy at night. It was fine for us, but there is no elevator so the suitcases were schleped up and down the stairs which could be difficult for some. Although Dominique at the front desk carried BOTH our suitcases at once up the stairs for us!!!

The breakfast was excellent and we loved having it on the roof terrace with views of the Parthenon. The breakfast times were flexible meaning we could get out early to see the Acropolis and come back to enjoy the breakfast. The location also made this possible. The reception staff gave really good recommendations on where to eat in the evening and all the places were a short walk. The hotel is really nicely decorated with attention to detail but is also comfortable and with good facilities in the room. We stayed in the bird of happiness suite.

There is some noise from outside at night but not nearly as much as I was expecting from reading other reviews. We were there on a weekend and it is a busy road outside but it didn't stop us sleeping. Ear plugs are provided if needed. There was nothing we didn't like and we would stay here again.

The area is in the middle of monuments, and a very lively neighbourhood with tons of restaurants and bars. The hotel is gorgeous with a lot of charm. The room is perfect and the amenities comfortable. The staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast had fresh ingredients. The rooftop view and jacuzzi was amazing.

Being very picky, the only things that could be improved : The jacuzzi took more than 2h to be hot enough to be able to enjoy it, would have been nice to have it to temperature at arrival. Breakfast portions were a little small.

our room was cozy and well appointed. the rooftop terrace was lovely and even though it was very hot outside, the heated jacuzzi was a nice place to spend the afternoon. the staff was incredible, especially ilana who i had been communicating with before our stay and she was so friendly and helpful with everything. even setting up our room for my husbands birthday.

it is hard to find but check your messages and you will see a picture of the exterior which makes it much easier.

The location cannot be beat! Just far enough outside the busy city center, yet close enough to walk to everything. The rooms and property were very well done and comfortable. We had to leave early each morning so staff provided us with our breakfast the evening before. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had and were all extremely friendly! Being able to see the Acropolis from the rooftop deck was an added bonus! We were jet lagged and wanted a quiet first night so we ate a takeaway dinner while viewing the Acropolis all lit up … it was magical!

Nothing - it was perfect!

Beautifully decorated room, setup is perfect, bed is comfortable. Love a place that provides robes and slippers. Great to have a heater in the bathroom to knock off the chill before showering. Very nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Convenient to have washcloths - not all European places provide. Very nice breakfast delivered to our room. You can choose from yogurt, fruit, pastries, soft or hardboiled eggs, coffee and more. Delicious and nice presentation. Great location for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. Staff is phenomenal - friendly, kind, helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the Fiat tour provided by owner Theodore. Such a great guy! Genuinely a good person who wants to share his experience and knowledge of his country, plus hear a bit about your life. Sharing stories was a highlight of the tour, along with the places he took us. As a local, Theodore knew where to go and what to share. Without hesitation I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel. (Not a big deal, but my post shows I'm from Mexico and I actually live in US)

Very minor item but there is an overhead "rain" shower head in the shower, plus a handheld. I turned off the overhead shower head since not washing my hair, and there was no where to hook the handheld. You're forced to hold it and try to use soap, washcloth, shave legs, etc. A bit cumbersome. Would be nice to have some type of hook to attach the shower head.

The rooms are amazing, the location fantastic. Breakfast and drinks on the roof terrace with a view of the Acropolis was something very special. However the best thing about the hotel is the the staff who are absolutely fantastic! They made our visit! It’s the second time we have visited and we said this time we wish we could lift up this hotel and stay in it wherever we are in the world.

Really lovely little hotel. Perfect from start to finish. Before arrival we exchanged some friendly whatsapps with Panagiota and Giannis, who arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Room had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were both very comfortable. Really good bathroom. You order breakfast the night before and we chose to eat it on the terrace which was a beautiful way to start the day. It's easy walking distance to the acropolis and all the restaurants, cafes, bars and markets of the old town. Panagiota and Giannis recommended some great restaurants. Have already recommended to friends. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Athens.
