I have stayed at dozen of apartments in Europe. Kinglin is truly a Gem in Athens and was by far the best stay/experience ever. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Spotless clean and amazingly decorated apartment with a beautiful kitchen and shower that works perfectly. The bed is extremely comfortable, I literally had to use an alarm to wake up. The location is superb, very safe area with lots of beautiful restaurants! I was so happy to find Athens Hop-on Hop-off Bus Stop right outside the building (only a few meters). I could go on and on about how much I loved this place. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. Speaking of the hosts, Effie and Daphne are fabulous people. Effie went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I had a personal challenge prior to arrival, she made sure I was getting all the help I needed. Effie, I can’t thank you enough!!

Everything about this place was perfect. We were there for 4 nights and 3 full days and took 2 tours while in Athens. The meeting spot for these tours as well as the Acropolis and countless restaurants was just around the corner. Although its location was so near anything you could want, it was still a quiet and restful place to come back to at the end of the day. With the windows closed we didn't hear any pedestrian or street noise at all. There was an amazing spot for pastries and coffee at the end of the street that we could smell as soon as we walked out the door. We stopped there for snacks and the man working was so nice in explaining every treat they offered. This would be a perfect and convenient place for additional breakfast items if needed, although they offer a breakfast energy box at 8:30 each morning. The box contained pastries and fresh orange juice. This was plenty for us to start our day and they were very gracious about bringing it earlier for us to enjoy before our tours. The room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed, kitchenette, and an amazing shower with great water pressure. Communication was so easy and responses from Effie came almost immediately. She was very helpful with our check-in / check-out process, and securing transportation to and from the airport. Thank you so much for your efforts Effie! I wouldn't even look at other options if we decided to come back. There was nothing not to like about this property.

Our stay at Kinglin Luxury Apartments was absolutely unforgettable. Effie and her incredible team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we were spoiled with fresh orange juice and a different Greek pastry – such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better, just a short 10-minute walk to the Acropolis and only 2 minutes to the metro, perfect for exploring Athens. A luxurious stay in a prime neighborhood, hosted by amazing people—what more could you ask for? The home is equipped with impressive technology and fantastic features that make the experience even more exceptional.

All amazing

The beautiful remodelling of the building and apartment is superb and done with high quality materials. The apartment is on a ground floor and with a patio so it doesn’t have much natural light but it is a pleasure to be inside. It has everything that you might need, even a washing machine. The location is perfect, as you walk out of the building you can see up close the Acropolis Museum. The goods they leave for when we arrived were a great surprise and the morning breakfast boxes are excellent. Especially the fresh orange juice!

The bathroom is a bit too small although it’s finishes and water pressure are great.

The apartment is new and modern. Nice decor with a massive bathroom. Comfortable beds. There is a small washer but if you stay for a short time, don’t wash your clothes as it won’t be dried on time. The apartment is situated in the middle of everything, all walking distance. We stayed for 2 nights but only had 1 day to explore and it was so convenient. The property manager (Daphne) was so nice that made everything felt so much better. Daphne is very accommodating and kind. Communication is efficient and quick response. Our stay went smoothly. Housekeeping comes and tidy the room next day and was helpful (helped with the washer and hang your clothes on the rack once it’s done) Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Absolutely highly recommended!

This is a half block south of the new Acropolis Museum, thus a block and a half from the Acropolis itself. Wonderfully clean, comfortable, amazingly quiet for central Athens since a tiny side street, with capacity (kitchenette) for a lunch or even cold supper in when you tire of restaurant food. Beds super comfortable, living room spacious and livable. We were here for a full week and could not be more happy. Moreover, the manager/concierge Effie was a delight and very helpful; and the cleaning staff as friendly as they were effective. And as a bonus, they supplied fresh orange juice and a cheese pie every day to get you on your way. Marvelous fruit stand around the corner; splendid latte a half block away (a small Italian place); "My Market" grocery a couple of block away. Terrific roof top bar a half block away (Herodian), a great place to watch the sun set over the Parthenon.

I cannot say that there is anything we didn't like. This is an apartment, so if you're really into the hotel experience this is perhaps not for you. But it's not "adventurous" apartment living - pretty darned pampered, and the only other apartments (4-5 in the whole building) are just like this, luxury rentals - so it's not that you are in an apartment building with permanent residents.

We had a wonderful stay at Kinglin luxury living! The true highlight of our stay is the staff, particularly Effie the owner. Effie was incredibly accommodating and did her absolute best to ensure we had a perfect stay at her hotel. The hotel itself is just beautiful. Nestled away from the bustling streets of Athens is this gorgeous 1920’s building, with modern but still authentic, renovations. The room felt like a piece of Paris, and I felt right at home. Location is quite nice, only a short walk away from the highlights of Athens however, in the middle of summer you may be best to opt for a taxi. I will definitely be back!

The level of service from Effie was exceptional. She made sure that everything was taken care of, from the transfers to and from the airport, to the daily breakfast energy packs and recommendations for attractions and things to do. We were there for a relatively short time and Effie made sure we packed in as much as possible which resulted in a very enjoyable and memorable stay in Athens. She also assisted us with great recommendations for our time spent on Santorini, Paros and Milos. The accommodation was truly luxurious which provided much needed respite from the heat.

The location was absolutely perfect! The in room coffee is great and they leave a little breakfast box outside your door with is fantastic! Effie and Daphne were an absolute delight! Daphne met us to go over the details of the apartment and how to access it! They helped us arrange transportation to their apartment and also to the airport. They were great with suggesting restaurants and cafes and excited to hear about our adventures! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Athens and would 100% stay at Kinglin Luxury Apartments again! The apartment was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh which you don't always get with an older building! When we were leaving the housemaid was so particular with the laundry, she was cutting strings off the towels! I thought that was excellent attention to detail and says so much about the cleanliness!! We loved our stay! Thank you!!

The only thing that could have been better was our stay was too short!!! We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is unbeatable: few minutes walk to the Acropolis entrance and the Acropolis Museum, great neighborhood for bars and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, host super accessible. Beds are very comfortable, the cleaning was impeccable. The showers was great. The "energy box" (pastry and orange juice) was helpful, so was the Nespresso machine in the well equipped kitchenette.

The bathroom is not well designed, there is no place or to hang the towels when you step out of the shower. We had an issue with A/C (heating) that was promptly solved when complained about it.
