Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We brought our penguin soft toys family and the cleaner(s) kept changing the arrangements every day to welcome us daily from our excursions - it was so adorable and personal!

It is about 9 min to walk from the Athens station to the hotel. We didn’t experience the potential dangers that the other travelers mentioned and the streets were bright and safe enough for us to walk around even after 10pm.

Good bathroom accessories. Good pool. Easy to get taxi

The meanness of providing 1 Tea bag a-day and paper cups for hot drinks which can be dangerous. Once used couldnt be used again or used for water . We are in a hotel not a kids birthday party.

The pool is a little gem. Also the service is very good.

The location is a bit creepy

We always take Novotel hotel if possible, because stay is nice, breakfast is perfect and is pet friendly. This one in Athens doesn’t allow to take your dog to breakfast with you, unlike the Novotels in France and Austria. So it is not completely pet friendly, but ok. This hotel has the best breakfast ever. The area is very close to city centre but the impression is - not completely safe. We visited a rooftop swimming pool area to see the fireworks for new years eve, and it was very nice experience, since we were visiting with small children and the dog, so didn’t want to stay out too late.

The location was great I found so many good restaurants in the area. And there was an orthodox church nearby where the local Kids play outside till very late and my kids enjoyed playing with them. They were very welcoming. The staff at this hotel where absolutely amazing that’s the best thing about it

The family room is very small one double bed and one sofa bed, with not much room to move around. Very small drinks fridge so you couldn’t put much in it. The pillows were very hard. I had a crook neck after a day or two and I found them very uncomfortable. Difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Lovely clean and quiet family executive room for 2 x adults and 2 x kids age 11 and 10. A good value base for a short weekend stay in Athens with kids. As it was summer we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool for the kids and it was much appreciated after a hot day of sightseeing! It's the small things but the kids also loved the table football in reception! All staff we encountered were really polite and helpful. Not the prettiest area of Athens however 10 minutes walk down the road you are in the centre of the city and you can't argue with that! We never felt unsafe.

The breakfast was great, however, I think the whole way the breakfast service is run could be better organised. Beginning with a member of staff allocating people a table rather than leaving this a 'free for all'. There were families wandering around looking for somewhere to sit. People sitting at dirty tables waiting for them to be cleaned. By holding people at the breakfast room entrance until a table to free and cleaned could help matters.

The hotel location is very near the Acropolis which allows to reach it without too much problem, also it is possible to walk to nearby historical landmarks. The rooftop pool/bar/restaurante actually has a view to the Acropolis.

The area, as it is in the old part of Athens is a bit worn down and looks sketchy. I definitely wouldn't want to walk this part of town at night. During the day it is OK but as with any destination be cautious. I did not wander outside the hotel in the night so can't speak of how free of problems it is but the area during the day is still not very "clean" and you may feel at time anxious. To be fair most people will just grab a taxi outside the hotel to the Acropolis, Plaka or other of the tourist areas and not bother about exploring walking this part of town.

Everything was perfect regarding the rooms, the laundry service, the swimming pool, the dinner (once), the breakfast (kids and us loved it), and the transfers to/from the airport. Nothing to be changed for a wonderful stay with kids

The location is close enough from the archaeological sites (Acropolis, Roman agora etc...), but not exactly in the extra center of Athens. Kids (6 and 10) managed to walk with us every day, but a few areas you have to walk through from the hotel to these "tourists" sites (museums, Plaka / Monastiraki / Psiri neighborhoods etc...) are not so nice. But this is not due to the hotel, rather to the Subprimes crisis and COVID crisis that happened in the last 15 years.

Small but comfortable room, good air conditioning, roof terrace with pool overlooking Parthenon. What made it was a good selection at breakfast, very nice.. Underground car parking, great to drive near the town centre. Friendly staff.

The hotel's location was not the nicest place, I would not be walking around at night, but by car all sites were within 10 min reach.
