The hotel looks and feel modern and well-kept. I was offered a room at the eighth floor and with the good sound-proofing I had a quiet stay. No noise coming in from the corridor at all. Room was quite large. Safebox included. The reception offered a large bottle of red wine and a large bottle of water complimentary. Breakfast was at a nice modern space, typical options for price. The staff were polite and helpful.

There are two lifts which are quite small and trying to check out or check in if arriving with a group takes awhile to complete. Small opening at the windows. The neighborhood is good for moving around Athens since there is a metro station very close. However it is not the best place to wander during the night. Not unsafe, but there are always drug addicts etc nearby. The situation has improved lately.

Good hotel, easy access location , clean and nice rooms, helpful staff and a nice decent breakfast, highly recommended for a business trip.

unfortunately during our stay there was too mush noise at the hotel due to student guests that were staying while we was there, there was shouts and loud talks in the rooms and hallway

The hotel looks very modern and updated. The breakfast is wide and the rooms have a very good size. The bedroom and the bathroom is very clean and everything is easy and makes your stay confortable. The staff even prepared us a breakfast box for the day we had to leave early, otherwise we'd have missed breakfast time!

Even though the location is very good and close to the centre, construction work was being done on the street in front of the hotel, so it was very noisy at very late hours (12-1 pm). Maybe the soundproof of the rooms could be improved. The rest of our stay was perfect!

The location was very close to the historical centre and all the famous monuments There was really friendly staff in the hotel, especially at the reception The junior suite apartment was very big and there was a nice view of the mountains behind the city Everything was clean and well prepared The food on breakfasts was very delicious

ALL OF THE DISADVANTAGES MENTIONED BELOW ARE JUST LITTLE DETAILS - OTHERWISE OUR STAY WAS VERY SATISFYING The streets around the hotel were filled with garbage and homeless people (not really the fault of the hotel) The equipment of the hotel did not correlate with standards of 4-star hotels (in comparison to ones I have been to) In our room there were broken tiles in the bathroom shower and the carpet and sofa were also not completely clean The variety of food on breakfasts was smaller than we expected

It's clean, very good, very personal. Very friendly environment. You feel at home when you are in the building.

In general, omonia is disgusting. As soon as you leave the hotel, you feel like you are in hell. The streets look very dangerous. You see the horror of everything. The hotel itself is extraordinary. I recommend it 100 percent. Staff is very friendly, rooms are perfect cleanliness and comfortable, delicious breakfast. It would be good if the streets were more orderly. In my opinion, hotel owners can change the terrible reality on the streets.

Comfortable room and bed, lots of space and nice bathroom, good air conditioning but also extra blankets etc. Breakfast was good considering it’s included, quite a wide selection. Also a free bottle of wine in the room! Helpful and friendly staff.

On the whole it was clean but wasn’t perfectly clean, felt a little outdated and that it’s trying to be fancier than it is - I wouldn’t say it’s 4 stars. Also location wise - it is definitely not the safest part of Athens, I walked here across town (solo female traveller) and I didn’t feel in danger at any point but I didn’t feel safe either. I didn’t venture back out beyond 9pm but that was due to being alone

The hotel staff are very kind and offer all possible assistance. Many thanks to the receptionist, Aggelos (Angel in English), who does not hesitate to help and provide the best. We arrived at the hotel at around 10 pm and although we had booked a standard room, he gave us a room upgrade. Everyone who works in the hotel is very kind and so friendly, whether in the reception, in the restaurant or in the housekeeping service... Thanks to all of them. The hotel is clean, the room is very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom and the shower and the AC are perfect. The breakfast served by the restaurant is excellent and very varied. The location is approximately 200 meters from the well-known Omonia Square, which is close to all the sights of Athens. You can reach most of ِAthens sights on foot or you can use the Omonia Metro Station which is very close. The services and welcome we received were worth more than the price we paid. I would not hesitate to choose the same hotel on my next visit.
