Great location, new and functional apartment (we were upgraded from 1 studio to 1 bedroom apartment upon our arrival). Comfortable place with all the amenities you need for a one week stay.

The place was cleaned but when looking into details (behind the doors, in the corners of the rooms, under the bed, we found a lot of dust, hair :(. We sent an email to the property and ask for some cleaning. We did not get any answers. No one came during our stay to clean the place.

Clean and spaceous apartment. The location was also great. Our host was very nice and helpful and she explained everything we asked for and gave us all the informations we needed.

We were there 2 nights and each night we came back late. We weren't able to open the main entrance door with our cards. The first night the RF reader was rejecting our card and luckily there was a guy at the terrace in other apartment and he opened the door for us (THANK YOU SIR ! ). The second night the RF reader was not responding to the cards at all, so we had to call the host very warly in the morning and she opened the door for us (my apologies for calling you at that time, but there was no other way unfortunately)

It was very clean and comfortable. It had basic cooking equipment but don’t plan on doing anything too extravagant! The boat was pleasant and helpful. It wasn’t a bad walk to the touristy stuff and there are some fantastic restaurants in the area, especially if you walk away from the tourist area

Parking was an absolute nightmare. Admittedly we were there marathon weekend, but I honestly don’t believe it would be any better on a normal day. We ended up using the recommend parking garage nearby as street parking was impossible. This may well l be the sketchiest garage I’ve set foot in in my life, but they were true to their word and cheap so I’m not complaining! Prepare to have to park there if you stay here

I liked that the location was away from the centre and main tourist areas but you can walk there in 20-30 mins, as I got to explore a local area. It was very clean and spacious and the bed was big. Good facilities.

For November the duvet was quite thin so could get cold. I'd seen this mentioned before in the reviews so I brought warm clothes to sleep in but a warmer duvet for winter -or an extra blanket would be good. The balcony was too small to sit in but because it overlooked a school, it wasn't quite right for sitting in anyway so didn't get used. Still nice to have an outside opening though. Some people who can't sleep unless it is pitch black should bring an eye mask as the fire door sign in the corner emits some light.

Easy and straightforward self check-in process. Staff was super helpful when I reached out. The neighborhood is very nice, full of interesting and charming bars and restaurants.

Stayed in two different occasions at Omnia Pagrati, in the first stay, I choose the smallest and most affordable room option (cozy studio) and I found it to be too small for a couple also, the cleanliness could be improved a little bit, it wasn't bad but we found some hair here and there. On the second stay, we choose the chic superior studio and it was much better, both from a sizing and also cleanliness standpoint.

Clean, new and modern. The washinh machine os definetely a plus. Nicely done brochure with some useful details regarding accomondation. The property location is OK, lot of boutique shops around, walking distance to metro, other public transportation as a bus might not operate.

Business Communication must be improved, the local phone number should be presented in the reservation. Some difficulty to find the property as there is no number on the main entrance and name of the door is also missing. Closer to the check in there were sevarat warning messages about credit card and it was quite disturbing.

Great accomodation in Athens! Local enough to walk to the Acropolis passing other amazing sites along the way. Easy enough do find and check in and great easy check out process for early leaving for ferries! While there we also found delicious local bakeries, bars and food places! It was a great local feel with not an overly large amount of tourists around like closer to the acropolis.

The room was spacious and clean, not far from the main attractions but not difficult to move by public transport

As a person travel for a couple of days, it would have been nice to find some coffee or tea bags, also some oil,, small bottle of milk or eggs in order to get by for 1st day or even cook the following. I bought a whole olive oil to cook which i will love the manager team leave it to use for next guess but i have the feeling it is not going to happen, which i hope it does. Aslo have some salt or pepper just something to get by as i arrived late and i couldn't even make me a cup of tea as everything was closed around. Not sound proof, i could hear the people upstairs.

The location was very central. Great location for stores and restaurants. Easy to Uber to Plaka, Monastiraki and the Acropolis area. Host, Antonis was amazing! Started the communication while we were still at the airport arriving. Was prompt and helpful and let us drop of our heavy luggage before our room was ready.

Parking is pretty much impossible. Streets are full. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the bathroom. Couldn’t find a blanket. We just had a sheet.
