Staying at this brand new, impeccably clean flat in the heart of Athens was an absolute delight. The modern interior design added a touch of luxury to our stay, and the helpful host, Fisher, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Absolutely stellar experience at this hotel! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Fisher, our hostess, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, and every aspect exceeded our expectations. Located right on main shopping street with convenient access to everything. Although in an older building, the actual aparthotel takes up an entire floor and subdivided into individual bed/bath units with their own code and physical key access. Rooms are bright, airy, modern, clean, and set up with comfy beds and thoughtful amenities. The owner monitors booking communications and directly intervenes to ensure prompt responses and guest stay meets expectations. Overall, price, customer service, location, amenities, and cleanliness can't be beat.

Apartment clean. 2 little free bottles of wine in fridge a nice touch. Bathroom and shower great. A/C worked well. Access was clear, even for our tired brains after 30 hours of travel. Communication with management was excellent and timely. Very convenient, central location for sights, shopping and Metro to get to and from airport.

Building was a little sketchy, but that is not uncommon. It didn't reflect on the apartment. Elevator could definitely use an update as it was a bit tired and hard to figure out. We had to tell someone else how to use it when they were checking in.

We are a family of three, and we spend three nights at this lovely place. The location is the best that you can have, it excessed the location than other hotels there, since everything you need is on this street and you do not have to cross any traffic light at all. The facilities are more than excellent. The rooms are modern and luxury. Cleanness it something that we should mention since the place was really clean! We were surprised that our room was cleaned everyday. Check-in and check-out were more than comfort and the communication was very easy. Definitely will stay there again.

Location is perfect: Dozens of good restaurants around, supermarket and a important metro station a few blocks; people walking on the street all the day and night, what made us feel safe. Accommodation was new and had everything we need (comfortable bed, refrigerator, air-conditioning and a nespresso machine; bathroom with good shower and reasonable space). We arrived late night (1 am) and had to leave very early on the morning (5:30 am), and it was no problem at all. It is a place I would return for sure.

I was allowed to leave my luggage in the room before check in hour even though cleaning was in progress. The room was very clean & bright with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was equipped with all the toiletries in nice packaging. There is a coffee machine with coffee capsules in the room as well as complimentary drinking water & white wine in the fridge. I stayed during weekdays with lower room rate so it is really value for money

A kettle would be great. The water outlet for the coffee machine didn't work well

The location is perfect, a three-minute walk to Syntagma square and the metro station to and from Piraeus and the airport, as well as the airport bus. All major central attractions, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within easy walking distance. The room itself was large, clean, comfortable (best bed we had during our two weeks in Greece), luminous and quiet for the location (yes, there is some noise from the street but you're literally a block away from Ermou and the windows are well insulated). Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Some comments complain about the entrance and elevator however, having stayed in similar lodgings in central Athens in the past, we found this one within the norm considering this is a multi-use building and not a hotel.

The outside door of the building was left unlocked at night. Some of the guests also left the common door giving access to the rooms open, which felt unsafe.

I highly recommend Rate Voulis Best Global Home. The location is excellent, with close proximity to great restaurants and shops. It is just 100 meters from the popular shopping street, Ermou Street, making it an ideal choice for those interested in shopping at exclusive boutiques. The accommodation offers a very high standard and is well-equipped. The room is spacious with large windows and two balconies. The hotel is also close to other tourist attractions, such as Syntagma Square and the National Gardens, which further enhances its appeal as a base for exploring Athens. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was so helpful and was always glad to help. The location is absolutely amazing, close enough to everything so the walking distance is short and also far enough from the main road so you can't hear the music from your room. We got fresh water everyday. We checked in much earlier than we should have thanks to the very nice owner(which talked with us through our stay and checked if we needed anything). The bed was very comfy, the room had a lot of light coming from the windows with the option to close the curtains, the shower was clean, big and comfortable to use. We had a lovely time staying here!

The booking page of this place says specifically "Luggage storage" and we picked this place while taking this as a consideration. Unfortunately the place doesn't have the option to store your luggage and we needed to pay for this service in another place. The elevator is a bit old and it is weird at first but not so much of a deal.
