The hotel is a 10 min walk from the main touristy areas such as the port, which means it is very quiet at night. The room was always very clean. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Everyday the towels and amenities were renowned. The manager (Joana) was very kind, always looking to help us with anything we asked! The partnership with the parking lot near the hotel is very convenient. Everyday we had 4 water bottles with fresh water on the minibar - that was really useful and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

The room has a light coming up in the morning, but this is something you can solve with a sleeping mask.

They have a 24/7 reception desk which is very convenient. Check in and check out were very fast. We were greeted by Ioanna which was very helpful and accommodating. She gave us all the information about the hotel, the room and the facilities. The hotel is new and very clean. The room itself is very spacious and has a lot of light. The breakfast was very good, from 8 to 11. The boys at the bar make great coffee. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great because it is a 6 minute walk to KTEL, where you can take the bus to any destination you want to visit (elafonisi, falassarna, kissamos port to take a ferry to Balos). It is also a 15 minute walk to the Venetian port and 3-10 minutes walk to all shops, local and chains. So the location is really prime. Finally, the hotel has the sweetest visitor, a cat which we called Grace. She is the sweetest and most graceful girl we've met in Chania!

This is not a disadvantage but rather a suggestion: Add at least one suitcase table to each room because now the suitcase can only be placed on the floor. Picking up clothes this way is not very convenient. Differentiate the breakfast throughout the week. Change at least one of the options. Personally I would like to have more vegetables.

What a delightful surprise situated within walking distance to old town and the beaches. The furnishings were modern with clean lines and the stunning finishes enhanced the experience The bedroom and bathroom were spacious with excellent toiletries. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep . The breakfast was excellent and the staff were most kind helpful and efficient. I would recommend Epavli highly. A perfect spot to stay for short or long stays.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to Joanna, Bill, George and Helena who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. They we're courteous, attentive and generally care about their guests. We also fell in love with Belita (We called her Shelley) the cat who lives by the hotel. She is beautiful and we hope she gets to stay safe. We will be back.

One lady on reception (Older lady) was rude which was the only fault on an otherwise perfect stay. She is the only one, all other staff members are amazing.

Lovely hotel & excellent staff, always friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were very varied & of a high quality. Hotel, including rooms, was spotlessly clean. 10 mins walk to Old Town, 10 mins walk to bus station & 30 min walk to beach. Hotel very quiet at night, bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space in room. Great shower in bathroom & lovely toiletries supplied.Water left in fridge every day. I highly reccomend this hotel!

There was nothing I didn't like!

The hotel looks like it's basically brand new - it has very nice interior design and modern facilities. Our room was big, with a comfy bed, walk-in shower, huge terrace and a jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast were good (food selection was fine for me, but not as big as in bigger hotels). The hotel is located very close to Chania old town - basically few minutes walk away. We would chose this hotel once again!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great suggestions for local cuisine and assisted with transport and activities to do in Chania. The hotel is new/updated with modern facilities. The servicing of the rooms each day was beyond expectation and the service at breakfast was great - staff remembered small things like coffee preferences etc. All staff were polite and helpful - they always greeted us with a smile and were welcoming. Breakfast had a decent variety of options - we stayed for 5 nights and breakfast inclusions were great. We could stay again!!

New hotel, good location, short walk into old town. Comfortable bed, quiet room with triple window glazing. Everything worked well. Very good breakfast. The staff were friendly, professional and polite. Tony at breakfast is a great guy. Always friendly and quick to make a delicious coffee and help out any way he can. Also the lovely young lady at reception who is from the Ukraine was always smiling and helpful. This hotel is a solid choice for a hotel near the Old town.

This was a lovely place to stay close to the old town , with a convenient underground car park across the road , which we paid for at reception . This made our stay much easier as we travelled out of Chania on some days . The room was spacious and modern with a lovely large comfortable clean bed and good shower . Our balcony was a perfectly fine size , but no view . The staff were all lovely and friendly too. Breakfast was nice , not a vast selection , but more than enough to choose from , and eggs could be cooked anyway you wanted to order . I would recommend staying here 😃

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. It was within a short walking distance to Chania old town and the bus stop. The staff was wonderful, especially Ioanna, Gemina and Antonio. They were so personable and helpful. Ioanna and Gemini made us feel at home and helped plan our days in Crete. They were exceptional. Antonio was a wonderful waiter. This was the best European hotel that I've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.
