This hotel is incredible. Everything about is exceeded our expectations and the staff there are extremely nice. The location is perfect and the rooms are amazing, everything controlled by touch screens by the bed where you can choose your own mood lighting etc, and the bathroom was extremely modern. The buffet breakfast every morning was so nice and you'd eat it up stairs on the balcony, there was a fan outside aswell as sun shades. The staff here are so nice they even pre made a breakfast for us and left it in our room as we left the next morning at 6AM. If your staying in Chania you should 100% stay here. Also if your into aviation, every morning while eating breakfast on the balcony we would see fighter jets fly over from Chania airport which for me was an awesome bonus. Thank you for being so welcoming our stay was the best we had during our entire stay in Greece.

The hotel is located in old town. Easy walking distance from the waterfront, so many restaurants and shopping. Windows are noise proof so its great to be in the middle of it all, but your room is so quiet. Bathroom was amazing. Best bathroom in all of Greece. Soooo clean and very well appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds and a great little balcony. Breakfast is very good and it's really nice to enjoy the terrace or sit inside. Decor and finishes are really beautifully executed. Communication was good leading up to our arrival and the staff are all very nice and helpful. There are no cars in old town, so if you have a car you must park in a parking lot on the edge of old town. Reception can assist you. Whilst not entirely comfortable it was not a deal breaker either.

This hotel is gorgeous - i think we were in the most ‘basic’ room but it was still so beautiful, we were so impressed! And also love the technology for the AC and lights too! We were also really looked after on the breakfast front - the owner/manager(?) was amazing and brought vegan products in especially for my husband who has a dairy allergy. And the setting for breakfast on the terrace is gorgeous! The location is perfect, lots of amazing restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep but it wasn’t even noisy at night time, we had our best sleep of our whole 2 week holiday the 2 nights we stayed here!

Everything was perfect - no complaints here!

This place is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They send you the best tips where to park, booked a taxi for us and as our flight back home was too early they left breakfast for us at the room one day before. They are the best! The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general is cozy and the decoration is so welcoming. The area is also so calm and at the same time you have everything out there, great restaurants and coffee shops, nice stores. I loved this stay, we had a great experience. Thank you! I will stay here again

Everything was perfect

The room was modern and very comfortable, with everything that you need for a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to have breakfast out on the common balcony. There is a small lift to get luggage up to the reception area. A beautiful boutique hotel just off a busy restaurant strip with great dining options. Walking distance of 10 mins to the local bus station.

There’s a town beach, but many people also take buses to other beaches out of town.

very centrally located. Room is spacious and everything smart controlled. the bathroom amenities are very good and the terrace for breakfast has amazing view. The staff at the reception are very friendly and even prepared us delicious breakfast to go since we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight.

Nothing in particular. Only minor thing is the cake from breakfast tastes quite dry.

The staff was wonderful--very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great--I was amazed they could do so much in the small space they had. The balcony for eating breakfast was very nice in the morning. And, the location, in the heart of the historical district was great. Be advised that you cannot take a car/taxi directly to the hotel, but it is only a short distance walk to the hotel itself.

One night of three, there were people in the small street in front of the hotel. They were loud and because of the small street and buildings on either side, the sound magnified. When they woke me up, I thought they were actually in the hotel. We had our windows opened and with them closed, it was a lot better.

We absolutely loved everything about Malmo!!! The location was prime, walking distance to tons of incredible restaurants, shops and the harbor. The staff was welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the roof top was delicious and the view beautiful.

While a lloud at night due to diners etc the windows completely soundproofed the noise. The staff went above and beyond and everything was perfect. Varied,delicious breakfasts on terrace that was beautiful. Room very comfortable with enough space. We loved every bit of our stay

Cannot think of anything other than we had to leave

Arrived late afternoon. Escorted to restaurant where we were given water, welcome drink (nice glass of red wine by our choice) and plate cheese/olives/smoked chicken. Had to leave early the next morning before breakfast but after letting reception know a plate of meats/cheese/olives, bread, yoghurt, marmalade, etc was left for us in. Our room/fridge while we were out…much more food than expected from breakfast box

Took us awhile to figure out you had to point the remote at the air conditioner to get it to turn on….initially thought air was broken but it turned on strong when we finally figured it out
