We really enjoyed the staff's willingness to help and answer questions. They also always smiled when assisting! We asked for a small pen and paper at the entrance and we got it. We asked to get some cash changed into smaller bills and we got it. It's such little and miscellaneous stuff but they were so happy to assist and it made us feel at ease knowing they got our back. The baristas were really great, the waiters at the buffet and restaurant were extremely helpful. The food and cocktails were so so good! They even have their own cocktail to celebrate the resort's 50 years of activity and BTW it's awesome! The food at the buffets is so diverse, they got just about everything. They got enough for you to be unable to try a little bit of everything. Ice cream, yoghurts, different types of milk, different types of pastries... honestly I'm lazy to even list more because trust me it's a lot. You get 2 visits at 2 of their restaurants for a bit of "fine dining" and my god was the food and service top notch! The views are out of this world. The pools are very clean and have great rules to make sure everyone gets to have a good time. The beach also gets cleaned regularly and is very safe. The hotel got a little tunnel to the beach so no need to cross the road that is in front. We had a small fridge, kettle. Room even had refreshments with coffee, tea, water in the fridge and creamers. It even had a small sewing kit and amenity kit. The resort is also big enough for evening walks. Aeolos nails the small details! We definitely want to revisit.

The design of the shower allows water to freely "leave" the shower. It's like part of the existing floor. Water doesn't exactly sink as soon as it touches the ground so it can easily leak into the rest of the room. (It did for us) Wi-Fi was meh. Coverage was decent since the resort is huge but at times it barely loaded things. However watching things on Netflix was always a breeze. I'm not sure how that works.

Beautiful Sea View Bungalow, was very modern, resort was lovely , clean , the dining experiences were a welcome change from the standard buffet.

We were only there 4 nights which was great but I can imagine any longer may have been a bit boring as the resort is quite isolated on a busy road , the bus stop outside however was good for a trip into Corfu town and only cost a few euros.

The top infinity pool was lovely and never too crowded. The beach was fantastic - clear water and so many fish! Food and drinks were good. Hotel is in walking distance of the beautiful Achilleion Gardens

Toilets in the main lobby and by the pool didn't have locks on them which seems an oversight on otherwise a lovely hotel

Arrangement of the rooms in blocks around the property. Gardens, stunning views, proximity to Corfu town, ease of parking, beautiful infinity pool, plenty of sun beds, excellent value of all inclusive, wide choice of food, outside terrace to eat, beach restaurant/bar, cleanliness, fantastic shower.

The interior communal spaces would benefit from more soft furnishings and better quality furniture, to match the attractive building. The lighting to be more intimate and atmospheric in the evenings - fairy lights on terraces, slightly darker in main restaurant. A quiet bar for adults. The Spa to have more affordable treatments. I would have liked more colourful flowers/climbers everywhere, to make it feel more magical & Greek. We would have preferred a normal double bed rather than 2 put together- they slid apart and the gap was annoying.

I liked the hotel, it was nice considering price/quality factor. - the food was nice and always available at almost any time. - the drinks have very good quality - the view is amazing and territory is clean and pretty - coffee :) - transfer around the territory - animation was amazing, I really liked this vibe when we were dancing every single evening and on the last evening it was cold so dancing was not an option but a must to get warmer :) - vacationers are very kind and well-behaved. Many seniors :)

- rooms are a bit old (The shelf was broken in my cupboard, it wasn't fixed, I think they just put it back in neatly, but it's falling over) - the beach could be better cleaned up and organized for soft come in - water in bottles was provided only twice during the week and it's only one bottle for a couple. You can take water at the bar in glasses but it tastes like tap water. If you want to buy a 1.5 bottle, you should pay 2.70 euro - toilets don't have lock in most cases and there is only one before the restaurant which makes it a bit inconvenient. But there are nice toilets closer to the scene which are newer

The hotel is developed on slope, the uphill rooms are quite difficult to reach. However, the food and beverages were super nice, and the beachfront was well maintained.

There were a few cats on the property that they did not look very healthy. The hotel staff should have taken care much more on them, including to sterile them. It was also an unpleasant surprise to see jellyfish on the shore, their stang could be extremely unpleasant.

The property is very beautiful with the gardens, plants, lights. You can enjoy some exceptional sights from the resort. The food is divine! All the resaurants are top level and have such a variety to choose from. The pools are amazing, the beach is wonderful. Personnel is amazing. A lot of fun with the entertainment provided, including live music, karaoke, water polo and volleyball. Also there are activities and a pool for children.

Suggestion - take your own towel if you want to start your day early at the beach or by the pool, as the towels are available only from 10 am and by that time 2/3 of the sunbeds are taken. And the guests are also "reserving" the places by putting their belongings before they actually come to the area.

It was incredible - a combination of location, architecture, landscaping, amenities, service, energy, luxury. Everyone is positive, helpful and smiling. Incredible variety, quality and abundance of food and drink. Unique nature. Bed, mattress, pillows, blankets - sleep like in a cloud. Clean and perfect. The golf carts that they transport from and to every point of the complex for super convenience with always smiling drivers - we didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The entertayment was great, fun, diverse. The options for goodies and drinks by the pools and the beach are great. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing and recharging place - a real paradise. We will come back to this paradise again!

The hotel rooms are quite new and beautifully designed, clean. From the outside, it may seem like fewer people are staying, but the hotel is quite crowded, especially during meals and by the pool and beach. The majority of the guests are elderly, and there are few activities organized at the hotel.

Although it’s a bit difficult to reach our room on foot since it’s on the top floor, there is a buggy service available. I think there should be another alternative for people who don’t want to wait for the buggy (as sometimes you have to wait a long time during meal times or certain hours). For example, a shortcut in the form of a staircase could be built instead of walking around. Unfortunately, at the pool and beach, people reserve spots early by placing towels, and the hotel does not take any action regarding this.
