As simple as the hotel is, our room was very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We once had trouble with hot water, after letting them know a handy man was there to fix it about 2 minutes later. The hosts were very nice and friendly giving us clear instructions and also giving recommendations about local restaurants, public transport etc. We were very satisfied during our whole stay.

this hotel was basic, clean and tidy, close to all the amenities. it's a 30 second walk to the beach and bars ..the noise can't be heard in the hotel at all.. the stafff were super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay comfortable. loads of restaurants and bars but no nighttime entertainment just chilled vibes in the bars,, loved Benitses it's beautiful, beaches, marina and you feel very safe.. if you want a totally relaxing week I suggest you just book and go it's well worth a visit.

shower wasn't the best but there had been water pressure issues. was waiting to be fixed.

The rooms were a good size, the terraces (they were much more than balconies) were large and had lovely sea views as promised. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The welcome, the help and the kindness given by Connie and Constantinos in reception were second to none.

Both the hotel website and the booking.com listing states that breakfast is available at 10 Euros, there is a bar plus a restaurant. None of these were available and had not been for some time we were told. This didn't actually matter as there are excellent places to eat and drink within a minute's walk, but there is a pretty courtyard garden fully furnished where it would have been lovely to sit and have a drink. The hotel needs to update its website and its main photo too, as in real life the hotel is nothing like the website photo and much prettier too!

Location is amazing! Only a few minutes walk to Benitses main strip, beach and bus location. Staff were so beyond friendly at check in and gave us some recommendations around Corfu. Having parking was a plus as the main street of Benitses can be quite busy. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, would love to stay here again!

The shower was very small and the curtain kept sticking to you when you showered. There were also a few ants in the room but didn’t impact our stay. The bathroom was lacking basic things like hooks to hold your towels and also there were no shampoo/body wash provided but no worries as there is a market right on the corner.

Property is located in a greattt area! Very close to multiple restaurants and nice beaches about an 8 min walk. The owners of the property are super nice and are available if you ever need help with anything. This hotel id about a 30 min drive to the old town of Corfu. I only wished the beds were a bit more comfortable. Me and my boyfriend stayed in the twin bed budget room. Overall a great stay and I definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a nice area near plenty of restaurants and beaches.

Bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and to reach the parking spot you have to go through a very narrow road were you can easily scratch your car so beware if you are renting as we scratched ours but luckily had full coverage!

Very nice hotel, clean and cozy! It is close to the beach, supermarkets and center of Benitses. Mr. Konstantin the administrator is a very good man, try always to help! Best hotel in Benitses!

Hotel Arches was very clean, every two days, sheets were changed.Staff at the hotel specially Konstantinos was very kind and with so much help, that i can say "go and you will feel safe and satisfied". He helped us with a taxi in the middle of the night. He told us how to find the city bus, which was the best taverna's, which Beach to visit,where prices are normal, even where the best coffee is at the Island. So go and enjoy your time and vacation.

Good AC, personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Helped us find a parking spot. Close to a good food place - Big Bite. Went there instead of breakfast at hotel.

Shower was a little small and no shower gel or shampoo. Bumped my feet into bed frame multiple times. Could maybe rearrange furniture for better spacing.

The staff were super-friendly and very professional. They answered all of our messages quickly, and really made us feel welcome, and made us feel like we can count on their help with any possible problem during our stay. Location is great. 2 minutes away from a lovely beach, shop, bus station, and excellent restaurants. 20 minutes bus drive from the center of Corfu town. Room was very clean and just as shown on the pictures. Beds are comfortable, and the balcony is quite spacious and pleasant.

I can't think of anything. Great value for money. I would recommend to anyone.

It was very easy to find, in a good location. Parking was free and the rooms were big, clean and had a nice view. The staff were very welcoming and helped us with all our questions about the island. Special thanks to Konstantinos and Conny from the reception for making our stay so pleasant
