I recently stayed at the Minos Imperial Luxury Hotel in Crete and had a mixed experience. The Sea View Suite, while offering breathtaking views, was smaller than expected. The service, however, was outstanding. The staff, particularly Elena, Emily, Sara, and Fotini, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay far more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any requests truly stood out and added a special touch to our trip. Also, the hotel is situated in a beautiful but hard-to-reach area. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The hygiene standards at the buffet were lacking, with the tray and the trolley where they transport the plates and cups were unclean, which raised concerns about food safety. As well as the hotel having a lot of bugs around even leading up to the rooms and sometimes within the room. This aspect of our stay was particularly troubling and detracted from the overall experience.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Wi-Fi was active in common areas and in the room. Very nice staff.

They don't have enough staff. It's a bit disturbing. You can see these people work way to long and there is not enough of them. When you have one exhausted ukrainian girl to bus 30 tables it's absurd. Room service it's the same. 1h wait, order came messed up, but just looking at the state of the staff I didn't even say anything. Hire more staff and pay them and service will be good.

We like the room, the view, the number of pools, and the private beach. The bath in the room was great.

The hotel service. They missed the room water every day and we had to ask every time. The lift to the room was not working a few times. The buffet food wasn't great for the price.

The location is amazing. Special mention for bar&restaurant manager Yorgios, but all staff was amazing. Nice beach, nice pools, everything clean The room was huge and well equiped, very nice

The food is not bad, but not great either. Many dishes, but none of them to mention especially.

+ The design and the architecture of the Resort. + The size and the mix of nature with pools, bars, restaurants. + The view. + The Staff, other than the reception employees. Fantastic people at the bars and restaurants, the life guards.

- The reception employees. Totally not prepared to work in a Radisson Blu hotel. They might be young and cute, but they don't know what they are supposed to do. We wasted a couple of hours to check out. As we have done the booking through Booking.com, the hotel didn't want to give us an invoice for the stay which we'll be a problem for my company, as this was a business trip. - The "a la carte" restaurant available ONLY on reservation. Nobody told us, so we needed to explore other possibilities outside the resort in order not to starve. (Closest village is at a few kilometers away). - The smell in the shower of the room. It stinks strongly like urine.

There are so many different sizes and types of pools on top of a very beautiful private beach where you can snorkel with many fishes with a crystal clear water. The hotel facilities are clearly getting old and you can see the signs of them in many places including rooms themselves but they are still maintained okay. There are so many selections of food menu for breakfast/dinner buffets and they change a bit by bit everyday. Quality of foods is excellent apart from a lack of good quality coffee. Staffs are very friendly and services are excellent especially at other restaurants than the buffet places. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable. We recommend this place if you want to have a calm beach/pool relaxing holiday staying the resort. Be careful that the resort is located in an isolated area of the island and far from anything nearby unless you have a rental car.

Some facilities are not updated showing signs of ageing. Quality of coffee at restaurants.

beautiful private beach area, lovely resort with a number of pools. Adonis was great in trying to help us and very friendly.

restaurants are very poor quality and expensive l. the same goes for the pool bars. there’s no variety of drinks at all the pool bars.

The facilities, food and staff. All areas were cleaned regularly. The food was freshly prepared and cooked. Staff always wore a smile.

Not to be checked into the room originally booked for 2 days of my holiday because the resort was overbooked! This really affected my relaxation into my holiday. It was not a great experience, hotel should stop overbooking to give customers a good experience

Large property, multiple swimming pools, pool bars and restaurants, some entertainment shows , clean rooms and facilities

The beach side is small and full of rocks, not enough sun umbrellas on the pool side , drinks at the pool bar not fit for a 5 star resort . Not enough drinking water in the rooms . The food at the main restaurant is tasty but the selections are more on the quantity not on quality
