The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The pool area was nice. We had to leave very early one morning for the ferry and they prepared breakfast just for us at 6 am. The small town was just a short walk away.

We would have loved a sea view. They had music playing throughout the hotel which you could hear in the rooms. I had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep. The pool was dirty with algae. We never saw anyone cleaning the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The room with the private pool and the sea view was truly exceptional, perfect for couples or quiet stays with friends. Very special mention to Sam behind the bar, Maria and her sister in the service. We particularly enjoyed our stay thanks to them, always smiling and with unparalleled values of hospitality. The food was good, and i tried the best espresso martini of the country ;)

We had a little noisy neighbors the last few days, but nothing too annoying since the surroundings compensate for any disturbances. The “clean my room” and “do not disturb” light display system needs to be reviewed. Indeed, with the light of day, the housekeepers certainly could not distinguish the red light from the "do not disturb" and entered the room even though we were sometimes not properly dressed to open the door for them. It happens 3 times during our stay and it was not okay. The smell near the spa is not very pleasant, maybe put some candles or room perfume to compensate?

This is a fabulous hotel- often when you arrive late somewhere after a long day’s travel you don’t see the best in the accommodation you picked? Uh-uh we definitely didn’t get that here. It was definitely a “wow” on arrival. The staff are just wonderful and make you feel valued, the accommodation itself is just beautiful. We had a room with a pool which was perfect to pop into to cool off after rambling round all morning and the patio was in shade in the afternoon which was perfect for us. The main pool area is extremely attractive too if it’s sun you need. It’s pretty central (and Sissi is just lovely) and there’s a variety of entertainment if you want it. Plus a gym and spa….

There’s absolutely nothing to say here!

Pool was good size but I had a private pool which was perfect for dipping in and out of. Had an upgrade to the boutique suites which didn’t seem completely finished but was fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only let down for me was the food, not much choice, breakfast was cold and toaster didn’t actually toast and handle kept breaking. Indication of what some of the food would have been helpful. Fish served in evening was dry. Salads were good and deserts nice although minimal choice. Also, ice cream would have been nice occasionally as well.

This is an exceptional hotel! The staff were always smiling and helpful and kind. They quickly remember who you are and your preferences. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and rooms cleaned every day. Our room was fantastic, 102 and we were so pleased to get the sun on the pool all day long, if you are lucky enough to get 101 you'll get a bit extra on the side too. I have never had such a comfortable bed in Europe, soft and huge! The pool area is large, and there are plenty of beds and space. Breakfast is a huge selection of both continental, Greek, and cooked options. We didn't eat dinner here as there are so many restaurants around the hotel we chose to eat out every night. Lunch options were very good, though, and we enjoyed a club sandwich and Ceasar salad. There is also a supermarket right next door, which is handy. In the evening, when we got back, we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar with other guests, and they are excellent cocktails! I would have no hesitation to book here again. A heads up if you come at easter, it is right next to a church and they have a big build up, there is a lot of prayers on the speaker which go on for hours and days and one day the bells rang every 15 seconds for almost the whole day until late at night. It's part of the cultural experience, but if noises bother you, maybe go the week after Easter. It could get a bit much at times.

There is nothing not to like.

The dinner meal option was very good and as this was at the start of their season most of the dining opportunities in the village were closed. The food outlets were mainly small bar and tavernas, there were no real restaurants. Room was fine but the plunge pool clder than my gin and tonic - too early in the season and it lost the sun about 5 pm. Not a 5* hotel, but the staff were 5*, and made us most welcome.

Room service was touch and go. Several days no bath sheets were left .

The staff were very helpful. The hotel feels very spacious. Great location, our room overlooked the beautiful church. Fabulous cocktails and bar snacks.. if you're looking for a tranquil resort, then this hotel is perfect.

We stayed in a room with our own private pool and felt the sunbeds provided could be updated as not very comfortable..

Staff was extremely nice and caring. We had a problem in our room and they moved us to another room. Breakfast was very good. The private pool was very nice and well equiped. Location was good - a few minutes walk from the main street and sea. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Bedroom was upstairs. Not convenient to go the bathroom in the middle of the night....

The room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was very good, it had a nice relaxed atmosphere and was close to the harbour where there are a number of quaint shops and tavernas. Some of the staff were indifferent but Eleni was great, always ready to chat but very hardworking, a credit to the hotel.

We had a hot tub but there were balconies above overlooking it so it was not very private. The dinner was a set menu except for the main course. It was always tasty except for the main course (don't know why, was always a bit overcooked/dry) and drinks were not included in the deal so we found ourselves paying over 30 euros per night for a bottle of wine and water. On hindsight it would have been better value for money to go bed and breakfast and eat dinner in one of the local tavernas.

One of the friendliest and most caring staff ever: from the check-in to each interaction they were all extremely kind. Bed were super comfortable and room was huge (we received a complimentary upgrade to the superior room with private pool). Unfortunately in April the weather is just starting to get warm so the pool was pretty cold, but it was amazing anyway. We enjoyed also the room patio with two sunbeds and the indoor jacuzzi. Breakfast with "a la carte" menu was very tasty, with an ample selection both sweet and savory. The welcome drink at the reception, and two local desserts and a bottle of local white wine in the room were a very nice touch, that goes well with the super polite staff. Hotel position is super strategic to the city centre and in walking distance to some nice local beaches (from 5 to 20 minutes). Overall it is super recommended, we'd definitely come back.

Only minor issues, noticeable just because it is a 5-star hotel so the attention to details is high. Room acoustic insulation is average, and with the hotel gym located right below the stairwell if someone is running on the treadmill early in the morning the noise is noticeable. Despite the bed being super comfortable, pillows are average with just one flat and soft and one tall but very hard. No hotel slippers. Hotel is located next to an Orthodox Church, so there are bells singing in the morning and in the afternoon, and all functions are broadcast outdoors via the church speakers (but we stayed in the days of Orthodox Easter celebrations, so this could not be an issue in other times of the year).
