Hotel is located in the middle of everything. It’s a few minutes away from the main shopping/restaurant area and less than 10 minutes from the glorious waterfall. The room I had was really large, as was the bathroom/shower. I also enjoyed sitting on my balcony in the evening and taking in the city’s energy. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Only 3 parking spots out front and NO parking lots anywhere. I had to park on a random street about 7 minutes away and hoped that the car wouldn’t be ticketed/towed by the next morning. The streets around the hotel are also being renovated. The drilling seems to be done, so no jackhammering really, but there is noise from the construction trucks/machinery, although to be fair the noise was very faint when the balcony door was shut.

Everything was great. The room was clean with new furniture and it had great view to the monument of Alexander the Great.The staff was polite and tried to help us with whatever was needed.The hotel is located in the very center of the city. It is impossible to find parking nearby. But everything else was great. We would come to this hotel again.

No breakfast. Location was great. We could walk to everything. Having a balcony was wonderful.

Shower had some problems. The hand-held shower holder would not stay upright, and the sink pies leaked a little. The balcony door would not stay shut when we arrived, but they had it fixed.

Very clean rooms and big. The manager of the hotel was very kind and extremely helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the centre of the town and there are allocated parking spaces.

The room was so big and we even had balcony! There are private parking spaces near the hotel so it's very comfortable if you're traveling with a car. The hotel is located very close to the city center with tons of restaurants, shops and attractions.

Rather large room, has everything one would expect from such hotel. Nice balcony on the fifth floor. We were asked if we would like to upgrade free of charge.

We could use an electric kettle for some in-room coffee. Edessa is a nice small town, the hotel is a bit off the main attractions. The price was a little to high for the value.

Excellent value for money. It's a very basic hotel, but everything is very clean and well cared for. The staff are very kind, and the hotel is well located.
