Room with fireplace, nice balcony spotless, lovely shower booth, breakfast ok. Loved the salt cave, close distance to pozar thermal baths, which were very relaxing, fresh country air.

Smoky air from fire wood burning for heating, caused some caughing, clothes smell of burnt wood. Lost 300 pounds, were in the drawer by my husbands bedside, and disappeared. Owner didnt not accept responsibility, as stuff were tgere long time and as he claimed honest. Owner claimed that his wife cleaned the room therefore money couldnt have been lost. They tried to make us look crazy. We had to inform them m about the incident, my husband didnt want to call the police but he let go. We never experienced anything like that before and weve been travelling for many years. Now from now on will never leave cash in drawers, no more trusting people.

On-site spa, grandeur of architecture, comfort beds, spotless & perfectly maintained, staff was superb. In particular the matron of the family that owns the hotel, Elena, is a goddess - beautiful, nurturing, kind and capable. She gave messages that relieved chronic pain. The facilities are also unique & can be reserved for private use : salt cave , hamam (low temp steam); steam room, and pool (with some salt purification that prevents chlorine smell) . I cannot wait to return. I am eager to see cherry blossom season in may - which is right before busy season . Every touch was thoughtful and comforting (fireplaces , softest linens & comforters, spa showers and a jacuzzi in some rooms) . I especially loved the luxury of having a series of treatments and taking the elevator to my room. They even provided a lovely tote bag when I checked out which I perfect for the items in has shopped .. finally the mega thermal spas are a 4 minute ride and there is an excellent “fast -food” place across the street which has organic chicken kabobs, shredded cabbage salads and local semi- sweet wine..

Lovely hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Every question or request we had was responded to immediately. We booked a Junior Suite, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Fridge in the room which we used for our wine and cold cuts. We relaxed in the Salt Cave, spent time at the pool, and enjoyed a massage - I recommend all of it. Loved the location: close enough to go to Loutra Pozar even before breakfast (rent your bathrobe at the reception) and perfect to explore the area.

Two things just for information: While the jacuzzi is very nice, there is no shower, and it is a bit difficult to shower in the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast is rich but lacks vegetables or salads. However, we were given tomatoes and cucumbers immediately after asking.

The breakfast included a large variety of delicious, homemade food. The entire staff treated us like family-so friendly and truly invested in making our stay fabulous. The massages were amazing! I tried a hot stone massage and relaxed immediately!! We liked the jacuzzi pool at the hotel spa much more the indoor Pozar Baths.

Overall we were very pleased and would recommend this hotel and spa.

Nice facilities, clean, comfy bed. The bath was huge, seen better days, very high up so difficult to get in and out of.

Breakfast offering could have been better, it was ok. The balcony area was listed as private, arrived to someone else's stuff on our balcony for the lady next door to walk around and retrieve her stuff...then sat out on balcony in evening and they went to walk across to our side. Found that very invasive and not very private whatsoever.

The trendy upmarket look of the whole establishment. Comfortable rooms, good furnishings throughout. Pleasant bedding. Good buffet breakfast with Greek flavours. Ample parking, close to most restaurants. However, would recommend the Loutron restaurant overlooking the thermal baths offering good Greek meals to meet any palate, simply the best location of all at Pozar

For us, a bit too far from the thermal baths. Would have preferred to be closer to the mountains area.

The staff at the Hotel were extremely welcoming. Although we had to check in after midnight, the staff kindly awaited for us and shoed us our rooms at that time. The rooms were extremely wide, big and and comfortable. Car parking was available at all times.

Breakfast could have been a little bit richer. I would have preferred that the facilities in the hotel be included in the price.

A place where we keep on returning to. A bit more expensive than others in the area, but the offerings are definitely worthy. Ideal for a more luxurious stay in the area. Great full spa services, plus the amazing salt cave which is a must. We always get the suite which is great. The breakfast is well rounded with a few local products as well, but nothing too fancy.

Loved the whole experience. ❤️ We even had our own kitty that we fell in love with, We named her Lily, wanted to take her home with us ♥️ Lily we will come back to visit God willing next summer

Great facility with several spa activities, with a modest extra charge. Big rooms with verandas, good breakfast extremely polite and helpful staff. Free parking walking distance from restaurants. Reasonable prices.
