We had a room with a spa on the balcony and ocean view. It was great and the view was fantastic. The buffet at breakfast was excellent. Great variety et very good quality. The staff was absolutely great.

There is no access to the beach. The pool is small and the area around it is quite shallow. But we were told that those issues would be solved within the next year (new larger pool and beach access).

Excellent resort a 20 minute walk to Elounda town. Very new and opened this season and so there appear to be a few teething problems. But on the plus side the rooms are very well appointed, super comfy bed, spacious bathroom with rain shower. We loved the sea view over the bay and with a private jacuzzi on the balcony. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very tasty with great variety and fresh specialties. Service can be a little hit and miss and although the staff are super friendly it is not quite 5 star service. The main pool area is nice but not especially attractive. We didn't use the new outdoor gym but it looks reasonably well-equipped. 20 minute walk to town, which can be quite hot during the day, but most other people seemed to have a car. There is a small stoney beach across the road.

Service could be a little unprofessional and slow at times but all the staff were very friendly.

The location is spectacular, couldn't fault it. So scenic and unspoilt, and then just a manageable walk or quick taxi into the vibrancy of Elounda or beauty of Plaka, both with copious amounts of stunning restaurants. Also, worth upgrading to a room that has a private pool with sea view. Breakfast was good - with an exclusive amount of guests staying at the resort, it allows the chefs to create really high quality food, rather than produced on mass, which you see in many buffets where there are more guests. Staff - great. Sara and Zoe, and everyone else, were exceptionally helpful. In short - phenomenal location and hotel, excellent staff and relaxed vibe.

The a la carte restaurant is in a lovely setting, but didn't feel very inviting - not sure what it's missing, but I'd suggest this is the area that could be better for guests to enjoy who aren't staying half board. The pool area is small, as many guests have their private pool to enjoy - but it can still get crowded. Only a minor comment, and not a biggie. Same with the outdoor gym - just needs a little bit more in terms of equipment and sun cover. Again, super minor, as it is hard to pick fault with this place. The hotel would do well to offer all day snacks or a small shop on site for essentials, so guests don't need to visit Elounda for a couple of basic items.

Stunning property, only recently opened. Our room was very spacious and the bottle of wine in the room and hot tub on the balcony were wonderful extras. Staff were super friendly throughout and really helpful recommending restaurants and arranging dinner for my partner’s birthday. We took the half board rate and ate in about half the time and there was a different style dinner every evening, so always plenty of variety. All food, including breakfast was super fresh and extensive. Points to note: it’s a pleasant 20-25 min flat walk along the seafront to Elounda village; the hotel is built into a hill so expect a short, steep walk, or get a lift in their buggy; the shower in some rooms has a glass door so not always private from the room (it didn’t bother us but may some); drinks are not included in the half board rate; Elounda has some delightful shops and restaurants (recommend Megaro for dinner and Olous for lunch) and you can get boat trips to Spinalonga here; Agios Nikolaos is only a 10-12 min taxi ride at c€22 each way with more shopping and plenty of eateries; we scuba dived with Creta’s Happy Divers who were absolutely brilliant. All in all we had a truly relaxing break and would highly recommend!

Our only very very small gripe: please get some teaspoons! Wooden stirrers are not at all 5 star

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff, particular shout out to all reception staff, Petalouda in housekeeping, Mario in restaurant and Chrisa & Katerina at the spa. The food was exceptional quality with lots to choose from every morning & night. The cleanliness of the resort was second to none, rooms cleaned daily. I understand the hotel is not fully completed yet, such as second restaurant, a new pool & full spa. You can walk into the town of Elounda which is 2k. Recommend visiting Plaka a little village of approximately 2k in length with crystal clear waters and lots of resturants. Recommend visiting beach bar Isla bistro. Taxi cost €20 return from hotel, not possible to walk as no footpath.

I think it’s worth pointing out that the “spa” is not exactly a spa it’s a treatment room. I do understand that new spa is being developed. They provide treatments such as facials, massages and body wraps. The treatments are wonderful. I had a facial and massage with Katrina when I was there and it was amazing. There are limited sun beds around the communal pool. Also, sound proofing in rooms isn’t great particularly at front of hotel, but you get used to it after a few nights. I also thought the hotel was on the beach but it is a short walk up the road. Less than 3 mins but it a very small beach and beds cost €40 for 2 beds for the day.

First I’ll start with the staff. Every single person there is super nice and welcoming, they would do anything to make you feel comfortable. There was a lady at the reception called Laura who’s extremely adorable and nice to talk with. We had an issue with the room view not being what we paid for but she arranged a quick solution for us with a smile. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, the food was good and varied everyday and the view from the restaurant was amazing.

The pool could be improved, the water was super cold and not deep at all. It is a shame that the pool doesn’t have a nice view knowing that the surroundings are amazing. I was also shocked to see that the rooms did not isolate much the sounds, I used to wake up everyday at 8 am because people would walk by the room and you could hear their steps as if they were next to me. They should think about providing some covers for the balconies with jacuzzis because everyone can see you when you’re in rooms giving on the paths and reception.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional and delicious. The menu was suitable for all healthy diets, including vegetarians and vegans. It featured a healthy, nutritious, delicious, and diverse Mediterranean cuisine. The hotel was a twenty-minute walk or a ten-minute taxi ride (costing ten euros) from two beaches on either side. Room service was excellent, provided twice a day. Everything was orderly and clean, and the room and restaurant service were superb. The restaurant and hotel staff were all lovely, friendly, and attentive. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at night, and the room was worth the cost. It was the best experience for relaxation and rest in this area. The manager was responsible, attentive, and supportive. It was the best trip of my life.

There were tiny issues at first with the room which completely taken care of by staff.

The rooms are stunning and super clean. We got a plunge pool room with a sea view. Happy that we paid extra for the sea view. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to pay for a late check out. Overall an excellent price.

Still a couple of things they need to iron out but as it’s just recently opened I think these are just teething issues. Not an issue, just more for awareness. The rooms/ pool areas do differ depending on what room you get, we were very happy with ours but the images shown for chosen room did differ to what our room actually looked like.

The Elonda Infinity Exclusive Resort & Spa was just what the doctor ordered. The resort had only been open for the past couple of months so everything was shiny and new and impeccably kept. The rooms were a great size with ample wardrobe and storage for two people and a roomy shower and vanity sink area. We stay for breakfast and dinner that was all prepared and cooked at the hotel. With so many delicious options morning and night, i had to control myself not to over indulge. As much as the resort is relatively new with the beautifully landscaped gardens it will look stunning over the next few years. Most importantly the whole team from the office, the kitchen, the restaurant and room service were all an absolute delight. They were all just wonderful and deserve credit for being so welcoming and obliging to ensure we had a relaxing stay. Elounda town was a short walk away from the hotel, which we enjoyed most evenings and occasionally hired the electric bikes available on site. It was our first visit to Crete and we would love to come back again one day but September we have decided to visit Chania. Since our return we have spoken very highly of the resort and Elounda recommending to other who would like a quiet getaway without the hustle and bustle. Thank you to everyone at the resort. There was nothing we didn't like. People spend too much time complaining instead of making the best out of life and what's in front of them.

Staff were lovely, attentive and friendly. I loved having my own little plunge pool, location was nice and quiet. It was 30 minutes walk to the Elounda Town and a 5 minutes taxi ride to Plaka. Breakfast was great! Comfortable room!

Water isn’t provided every single day unfortunately, so I did have to go into town to get bottles of water. Just a little bit more privacy with the room that I had with my plunge pool, I suggest a tall door at the entrance of my room to cover guests from looking in, mostly other rooms had it except for the one I stayed in. A little bit more variety with breakfast would have been even better, the fresh orange juice was a little watered down.
