The staff were really lovely and helpful. The place is 15 min walk from the centre of Fira with a beautiful view along the way. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a luxury.

No privacy in the hot tub as people are walking past

We had to leave early hence the hotel provided a breakfast in the evening. First the girl asked me to carry the tray upstairs as we were about to leave to have a dinner. The breakfast turned out to be dry white bread and plain yogurt which we didn't touch. I have never seen so bad breakfast box. It was ok, since we got a breakfast in the lounge a bit later.

Loved the location of hotel and view was absolutely spectacular.

Thought there was a lack of privacy of people walking past.Other issue we had was afternoon lady at reception who was rude and abrupt. There was no toilet paper or coffee and milk in room all we did was ask and she became very rude.Also issue with front door which she was quite rude as well.Full marks though to Tanya who apologised next day for her behaviour and couldn't be more welcoming. Little things that make a hotel perfect.

Excellent location, I could see the magical Santorini’s sunset from my balcony and I could reach Fira and Imerovigli by foot. The airport was 10 minutes by car. The room exceeded my expectations, it was very cozy with comfortable bed, jacuzzi and very clean. The plus was the breakfast with big variety and delivered to our room whatever time I wanted. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. I had an amazing time in the hotel and I would definitely choose it again and suggest it to my friends.

Even though I've booked the side-looking room thinking "I need a budget hotel and I'll be outside all the time anyway", the room turned out to be great! beautiful side balcony, seeing Imeroviglion in its glory while having a nice breakfast. The room was extremely clean, cleaners were really kind people too. Hot tub was really useful after a long hike to Oia! Tania at the reception was amazing. She helped me with every single question I had, explained the island in depth, I've got the info I need solely from her! Amazing person! Thanks! I definitely recommend this place.

I don't have any complaints but, for some, the location could be a problem. Firostefani is 10 mins walk away from Fira (Thera). At the time of my arrival there were no buses to Fira or Oia from Firostefani. To get to Oia, you have to walk to Fira and take the Oia bus at the station OR get a taxi. Same for returning from Oia, it's either a taxi or a ride to Fira and climbing up to Firostefani. There might be bus rides available at around peak tourist seasons. But if you don't have any problem walking around, the place is great.

Exceptionally cozy place. Beautiful decoration in pure white and blue hues, very calm and peaceful. Gorgeous views, wide open. Complete breakfast at the room. We made on foot the trip from Fira to Oia: 9.8km through the hills, after this adventure, the jacuzzi was a monumental welcoming experience to rest the legs. Tania is an incredible host, and so is Brave! I’ll keep forever the great memories of this fantastic place.

Nothing. Everything is superb!

The location was great. Away from the cruise ship port, but close to Fira and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The colors were bight and cheerful and it had good lighting. We had a wonderful view of the crater and sunset, and a nice little patio where they served us fabulous breakfasts at a time of our choosing. We also had our own little hot tub.

Our patio and hot tub were not at all private. The cliff side path passed right beyond the plexiglass enclosure of our patio. It did allow us to people watch, and we had fun sitting in the hot tub at sunset, with our glasses of wine, waving to and chatting with the passersby.

- the jacuzzi/minipool from the room is in an awkward position, hard to use (other rooms have it on the balcony) - pretty hot in the summer/autumn afternoons due to sunset in front of the hotel

Incredible view. Central. Clean. Bed was very comfy. Inside jacuzzi was a real treat.

Property location isn’t great and we weren’t warned in advance. Taxis cannot access so we had to drag our cases along very bumpy streets and up stone stairs. Might be good to pre warn. Also breakfast which was nice and beautifully served to the room.. was a bit sparse..

The location! The room! The staff! Firostefani is located as 15-min walk along the caldera edge from Fira. The walk can be longer because you will want to stop every 5 steps to take a photo! Close enough but far enough from the crazy crowds that invade Fira daily from the cruise ships. Firostefani is a lovely village with great restaurants and churches. Lovely, friendly people. The hotel rooms are beautifully appointed with million-dollar, unforgettable views of the caldera. Skaros Rock, Imerovigli up on the hill.... ❤️. The in-room hot tub was a welcome respite at the end of the day. The staff was so kind and caring. Dania and Teresa at the front desk, Guilleta who kept our rooms spotlessly clean, and Yanni who brought in our delicious, hearty breakfast every morning.... lovely folks! Thank you all! A hotel is more than a room with a great view, its the people! If we go back to Santorini, we will go back to this hotel. Cant beat the value!
